정보기술 위험관리 과정과 기법

  • 위험관리는 정보기술 보안관리의 초석이라고 할 정도로 매우 중요하고 비용효과적인 보안대책을 구현, 운영하기 위해서는 반드시 실행되어야 하는 과정이다. 특히 최근의 보안관리체계 인증에 대한 수요가 점증되면서 위험관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 위험관리 과정에 대한 표준문서의 내용을 요약 정리하였고 새로운 위험관리 기법의 발전방향인 시나리오 기반의 위험관리에 대해 소개하며 기존의 대표적인 위험분석 자동화 도구에 대한 비교분석을 수행하였다.

성과측정과 관리 동일하지 않다

  • 기업의 성과를 관리할 때 성과측정은 필수적이다. 그러나 성과측정을 성과관리의 반복적인 과정과 혼동하는 일이 대단히 빈번하다. 이 기사에서는 성과측정이 관리과정의 필수부분이기는 하지만, 그 둘이 같지 않다는 것을 밝히고자 한다. 또한 균형성과 기록표(BSC)가 성과관리 과정을 자동화하는데 어떻게 사용될 수 있는가 하는것을 설명하고자 한다.

A Study on the Development Direction of the Effective Disaster Management Process Applying the Military Operation Process: Focusing on the Process of Establishing a Basic Safety Management Plan (군(軍)의 '작전수행과정'을 적용한 효과적인 '재난관리 수행과정' 발전 방향에 관한 연구: '안전관리기본계획' 수립 과정을 중심으로)

  • Purpose: It is to present the development direction of the overall 'disaster management implementation process' (tentative name) for the establishment of an effective 'safety management plan' by the government and local governments. Method: To this end, prior research on the 'safety management plan' was reviewed to derive common problems, and the direction of development was suggested by incorporating the 'disaster management execution process' (tentative name) that can solve these problems with the military's 'operational execution process'. Result: Common problems of previous studies can be supplemented through the 'disaster management performance process' (tentative name) presented by this researcher. Conclusion: Through the "disaster management implementation process" (tentative name), the government's basic ideology of disaster management can be finally achieved, "confirming that it is a basic mission of the state and local governments and allowing the people to live in a society that is safe from disasters."

  • In this study, curriculums of Record Management in America, China, France, Japan were reviewed. Through this research, scope and education level of Record Management in Korea were considered, and education purpose, general guidance. curriculum of Record Management in Korea were suggested. Improved qualifications for Record Management Professionals were also suggested.

Analysis and Application of Nursing Management Practicum Case Simulation for Developing Performance-Centered Education (성과중심 교육과정 개발을 위한 간호관리실습 사례시뮬레이션 적용 및 내용 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a nursing management case simulation (NMCS) framework based on the five components of nursing management process and to apply it to clinical nursing practice of nursing college students. The subjects of this study were NMCS reports submitted by the 4th grade 105 nursing students of an university. The research tool is a simulation framework for nursing management practice. It reflects the brainstorming and debriefing process used in the previous simulation exercise based on the five elements of planning, organization, human resource management, directing and control of the nursing management process respectively. As a result of the study, 32 nursing management cases were found to have 79.6% correct rate, 11.6% concept error rate, and 5.6% classification error rate in the first brainstorming and debriefing process for the five components of nursing management process. On the other hand, in the second brainstorming and debriefing process, 94.6% correct rate, 0.0% concept error rate, and 4.4% classification error rate. Based on these results, the NMCS framework developed in this study can be applied to the nursing management theory and practice course of nursing college students as well as simulation based job training and maintenance educations for clinical nurses. Therefore, we propose follow-up studies in various clinical nursing settings and a longitudinal cohort study to investigate the effect of nursing management job skills of nursing college students after graduation.

  • 본 연구에서는 현 연구개발 과제의 선정과 관리 체제하에서 발생할 수 있는 역선택과 도덕적 해이의 문제점을 방지하지 위한 연구개발 과제 선정·관리 체제의 효율화 방안을 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 선정과정에서는 효율화를 위한 이론적 논의와 함께 정부주도의 연구개발 사업의 선정과정의 변천을 살펴보았다. 관리과정에서는 프로젝트 수행자의 도덕적 해이를 방지하기 위한 방편으로 엄격한 성과 중심의 관리체제 도입에 중점을 두었으며, 이와 관련한 우리 나라의 현행 성과 관리체제 및 성과측정 방법에 관한 이론적 접근과 성과측정 모형 등의 성과 중심의 관리에 대한 고찰을 하였다.

  • The objective of this study is to draw implications and also to design an evaluation model suitable for vocational education in college based on the literary consideration of the quality management of curriculum and the case analysis on the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, and then to seek for the measures for the systematic quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department applying the evaluation model. To the core of this study, as the evaluation measures for systematically approaching the quality management of curriculum in the aspect of department, this study presented a curriculum quality management model for early childhood education department of college which was mixed with CIPP model as a program evaluation model that has been a lot used for the evaluation of domestic/foreign curriculums in the evaluation(C) stage of PDCA with the use of PDCA procedure as a school administrative process, and then suggested the roles and quality culture of members. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, desired by diverse institutions and projects for the institutional support in the future.

  • 전자출판, 하이퍼미디어, 정보관리기술을 주요 기술요소로 한 디지털도서관이 출현하게 되어 정보의 접근과 전달의 문제는 해결하였으나, 동시에 해결해야 할 새로운 문제가 발생하였다. 그것은 디지털도서관의 대상데이터인 정보의 생산과 배포, 이용의 과정에서 발생하는 저작권의 문제인 것이다. 디지털도서관의 저작권문제는 비디지털자료를 디지털화하는 정보의 생산의 과정에서 발생하는 문제와, 디지털 데이터를 이용하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제로 나눌 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 LC의 전자저작권관리시스템을 위해 수행되고 있는 CORDS(Copyright Office Electronic Registration, Recordation & Deposit System) 프로젝트를 토대로 후자의 문제를 해결하기 위한 전자저작권관리의 개념과 구성요소에 대해 논하고자 한다.

  • The purposes of this study are to compare and analyze archival curriculums in Korea and the United States in aspects of specializations, changes, relationships between archival science and library and information science, numbers of the courses and their proportions, and to suggest a future direction of the revised archival curriculum. Archival Science in Korea needs to prepare a more systematic and firm foundation by opening commonly required or prerequisite courses according to each component of the archival body of knowledge. Based upon the reinforcement of the methods of using information technology in integrated environment and development of critical thinking skills, the effectiveness of archival management should be approached in curriculum. And strengthening of research skill through providing of systematic practicum and internship, seminar, workshops and writing thesis will prepare problem solving skills in complicated archival work.
