최근 컴퓨터와 통신의 기술이 빠르게 발달함에 따라 사회 각 부분은 그동안 경험하지 못했던 정보화라는 새로운 변화를 겪었다. 그 결과 정보화 수준이 점점 고도화 될수록 더욱 다양하고 방대한 데이터가 생성되어 데이터베이스를 이루게 되었다. 방대한 데이터에서 유용한 정보를 얻는 데이터마이닝 기법이 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 데이터마이닝 기법은 점점 더 많은 분야에서 합리적인 선택을 위해 필수적으로 사용된다. 본 논문은 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 방대한 데이터베이스가 최적의 여행 경로 선택을 제공한다. 본 논문은 빈발 패턴 증가 기법에 가중치를 두어 여행자가 여행지를 선별하기 좋은 환경을 제공한다. 미래 산업 중 가장 중요한 산업 중 하나인 관광 산업은 계속적으로 성장하고 있으며 논문에서 제시하는 데이터 마이닝 기법으로 더 큰 발전을 기대한다.

현장조사학습은 학습자로 하여금 생생한 현실에 직면하게 함으로써 보고 듣고 느끼는 구체적인 학습을 통하여 생활경험과 시야를 넓히고 사회사상 간의 관계를 보다 잘 이해할 수 있게 하며 사회과 교수, 학습과정에서의 문제해결을 위해 교실을 벗어나 고장을 중심한 우리도의 현지학습을 위주로 하는 것을 말한다. 그러나 21세기 정보화시대를 맞아하여 우리는 수많은 정보를 일일이 다 경험하기에는 한계가 있으며 현실적으로도 매우 어려운 실정이다. 또한 초등학교 사회과 편성의 주요방향인 정보화능력을 바탕으로 학습자가 정보화 사회에 나아가 다양한 정보를 취득하고 활용하여 현대사회의 문제를 창의적이며 합리적으로 해결하는 능력을 길러야 한다. 이러한 능력을 기를 수 있는 기틀을 마련해 주기위해 학습자가 원하는 시간과 장소에서 자기 학습력과 속도에 맞춰 자기 주도적인 학습을 할 수 있도록 학습자에게 다양한 미디어를 결합시킴 형태의 WBI를 설계하고 구현하여 학습효과를 극대화 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회과 4학년 1학기 보조교과서 "우리 경상남도의 생활"을 재구성하여 서부경남의 7개 시 군의 교통, 관광, 인구, 특산물, 문화재, 등에 대하여 정보를 탐색, 분석, 활용할 수 있는 능력을 길러주고자 한다.

지난해에는 문화관광부의 '도서관정보화추진계획' 발표, '학교도서관살리기국민연대'의 결성, '문화개혁을 위한시민연대'의 도서관 자료구입비 증액 캠페인, 남ㆍ북도서관협회 대표단의 역사적인 회합 등 도서관발전을 위한 각계 각층의 관심이 활발했던 한 해 였다. 하지만 '저작권법시행령' 개정공표로 도서관에서의 복제전송 문제가 불거지고 '도서관및독서진흥법'의 개정으로 '도서관및독서진흥위원회'와 '도서관및독서진흥기금'이 폐지되어 도서관계를 안타깝게 하기도 하였다. 그 어느때보다도 도서관의 사회적 역할이 증대되고 있는 지금, 우리 도서관계 각 단체의 올 한해 각오와 사업방향 등을 알아보았다. 편집자 주

지난해에는 문화관광부의 '도서관정보화추진계획'에 따른 전국 공공도서관과 학교도서관의 디지털자료실 설치, 공공도서관 자료구입비 증액 지원, 3개 도교육청의 사서교사 채용 시험 실시, 각 종 언론과 방송에서의 독서 프로그램 편성 확대 등 도서관 발전을 위한 각계 각층의 관심이 활발한 한 해였다. 하지만 여전히 진행되고 있는 도서관 명칭변경, 민간위탁의 문제와 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 사서직 고용불안정 현상 등은 우리 도서관계가 올 한 해도 피할 수 없는 숙제로 남아 있다. 바야흐로 21세기가 본 궤도에 오른 2002년 새해를 맞아, 그 어느 때보다도 도서관의 사회적 역할이 증대되고 있는 지금, 우리 도서관계 각 단체의 올 한해 각오와 사업방향 등을 알아보았다.

부가가치통신망(VAN)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 컴퓨터를 본격 생산하고 정보산업을 육성하기 시작한지 불과 수년 내에 정보통신의 첨단기술이 실현되고 있는 것이다.어느 사이 우리 나라의 정보통신이 고도화의 길을 가고 있음을 느낄 수 있게 한다.그러나 초기 도입단계에 불과한 만큼 개념정립마저도 아직은 확고하지 못한 것이 우리 VAN의 위상이라 할 수 있다. 국내 VAN의 분야별 실태를 점검하고 아울러 바람직한 발전방향을 찾아본다.

정부의 공공데이터 활성화 전략에 의해 행정기관과 공공기관의 정보공개 및 재이용이 활발해 지고 있다. 이러한 분위기와 함께 민간에서의 공공데이터 활용이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 당초 기대치에 못 미치는 성과와 공공데이터 개방하는 기관에는 정보화시스템을 운영하는 비용은 증가하였다. 따라서 상대적으로 민간에서 선호하는 문화관광 공공데이터를 통해 공공데이터의 효율성을 분석한 후 시사점을 도출한다.

The purpose of this study was to look over the sharing and flow of information on tourism tourist destination made through social media by utilizing social network analysis. In this research for compared the exchange and diffusion relationships and made information sharing among users of the network group for the Seoul / Busan Tourism Twitter. The first part of analysis dealt with the network centralization and information dissemination patterns from a global perspective. The second part was an analysis of nodes with the highest degree centrality in order to identify the most influential user within the Twitter network and determine the information flow and user characteristics with respect to the information dissemination pattern in Seoul/Busan tourism Twitter. The results scientific evidence was presented that social media users' information search behavior information to understand the sharing and spreading patterns, social media as a marketing tool, simple products and services that will ultimately provide the desired information detainee information is not a means of promoting utilization was presented.

This study proposes the methodology of analyzing the expected performance of the Integrated Computing Environment(ICE) on the assumption that the ICE of the agencies and the affiliated organizations under Ministry of Culture and Tourism is constructed and operated. The main objectives of the study are as follows : 1) deriving the performance criteria divided into the operational expected value and the strategic expected value of constructing and operating the ICE for Culture and Tourism informatization, 2) proposing the ways of extracting the detailed criteria for four performance areas(the degree of jnformatization efficiency, the degree of public service, the innovation and development of IS organization, the culture and tourism value creation) to evaluate the operational expected value based on the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) Perspective by using the CSF(Critical Success Factors) methodology, and 3) developing the detailed performance criteria and measures for the economic evaluation of the informatization efficiency from the TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) perspective and suggesting the practical evaluation method by applying them to the case of Culture and Tourism informatization.

High availability means Service-technology that can provide any solution when occur a problem in relation to hardware, software, network etc. We are in the times that the network computing service are essential to our daily life. So the importance of the high availability is being higher and higher in this social change such as the arrival of information anger times, e-commerce the extension of multi-media service etc. In this thesis, I analyzed about High-availability Linux Server for Multimedia Tourism Information System, and I proposed an alternative plan which related with its result.
