  • 제품의 정성적 품질평가에서, 제품의 최종품질을 구성하는 다수의 특성에 대한 만족도가 언어로써 표현되어 소비자의 구매행동이란 의사결정으로 표출되는데, 이러한 주관적 평가에는 평가의 애매함(fuzziness)이 수반되므로 품질의 평가구조를 합리적으로 파악하기 위해서는 애매함의 존재를 고려에 넣지 않으면 안된다. 다수의 품질특성이 계층적(hierarchical)인 구조로 연결되어 최상위 품질특성으로 구성되며, 특성간의 중요도(relative importances)가 계층별로 결정되는 경우, 이들 개개의 특성에 대한 만족도의 평가로부터 어떤 구조적인 관계를 통해 그 제품에 대한 종합평가가 이루어지나, 개개의 특성에 대한 평가가 애매한 이상 최종 결과인 종합적 만족도도 애매한 것으로 된다. 즉, 평가모델의 구조도 평가의 패턴도 퍼지화되므로 이러한 평가에서 퍼지이론의 응용에 따른 효과를 가장 크게 기대할 수 있는 퍼지추론모델을 이용하여 계층간, 품질특성간의 퍼지관계와 특성의 중요도 및 언어변수(linguistic variables)의 형태로 주어지는 입력정보로써 품질구조를 명확히 하고, 패턴인식(pattern recognition)의 개념을 이용하여 평가자의 제품에 대한 평가결과를 언어로써 표현한다.

Effects of Perceived Quality of TikTok on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: and the Role of Commercial Viability (틱톡(TikTok) 서비스에 대한 품질 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향과 상업성 인식의 효과)

  • This study examined how the quality of TikTok service affects user satisfaction and continuance intention. This study classified the quality of Tiktok service as service quality, information quality, and system quality, and examined the effect of each dimension on user satisfaction and continuous intention. In addition, the role of perceived commercial viability was also examined. In this study, we conduced an online survey on 237 Chinese TikTok users and analyzed the data with the SEM and a moderated regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, information quality and system quality are positively associated with user satisfaction. Second, information quality is positively associated with continuance intention. Third, user satisfaction fully mediates system quality and continuance intention, and it partially mediates information quality and continuance intention. Fourth, although user satisfaction is positively associated with continuance intention, commercial viability does not function as a moderating variable.

  • This study on CRM oftKorean restaurant guests to test the emotional response and behavioral intention. Three kinds of variables(service quality, information quality, system quality) from Korean restaurant guests were set to test the CRM. Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed a positive significant relationship with respect to quality of service, quality information, and quality system with all customer emtional reaction. Second, the results also found that the three independent variables of quality of service (${\beta}=.104$, P<.01), information quality (${\beta}=.215$, P<.001), and system quality (${\beta}=.682$, P<001) had a significant positive effect on the dependent variable for customer behavior (+). Third, CRM quality of service, quality information, and quality of the restaurant system are shown to influence the behavior and it also showed that both the part-mediated effects.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of service quality factors and related ties on the repurchase intention of home shopping products and application home shopping through smart media using relation bonding according to the platform. In this study, it was confirmed that the relationship between home shopping and home shopping follows the process of establishing brand equity by mediating or partially mediating the influence relationship between specific service quality factor and repurchase intention. At this time, the mediating effect of the relationship tying is different according to the home shopping platform, but the relation of the TV + application group to the use of TV home shopping has no mediating effect. Also, according to users' usual media usage habits, service quality factors for home shopping have different influence relations on repurchase intention through relationship binding.

  • 방산물자의 품질 개념에서 강조되어야 할 중요한 관점은 신뢰성 문제이다. 궁극적으로 방산물자의 품질보증은 납품 당시의 품질보다는 요구된 운영기간 중 고장률을 일정 수준 이하로 유지하며 장비를 효율적으로 유지할 수 있는냐하는 신뢰성에 그 초점이 맞추어져 있다고 하겠다. 또한 양산단계의 품질문제와 불가분의 관계를 갖고 있는 개발단계에서의 품질보증 문제와 배치운영단계에서의 사용자 불만처리와 사용자 만족도 제고를 위한 방안을 제시해 보았다.

  • 급속히 성장하고 있는 Web Analytics 서비스는 기본적으로 인터넷 상에서 기업간의 거래를 전제로 하며 서비스를 이용하는 고객사의 입장에서는 웹분석 분야 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 한 형태이다. 본 연구는 이러한 거래적 특징들을 바탕으로 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 Web analytics 서비스 산업에서 고객사의 지속적 이용의도와 이에 영향을 주는 요인들 간의 관계를 실증연구를 통하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 서비스를 이용하는 고객회사들의 지속적 이용의 도는 동기적 요인인 만족도와 이탈억제 요인인 의존도가 동시에 고려됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, Web Analytics 서비스 산업에서 고객사의 만족도에 영향을 주는 품질 요인으로는 정보품질만이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 거래상대방과의 관계에서 이탈이 고려될 때 이탈을 억제하는 역할을 수행하는 의존도 에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 관계가치, 전환비용, 서비스 이용기간이 의미 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 동기적 측면에서는 전환경험의 유무에 따라 시스템 품질과 공감성이 만족도에 미치는 영향관계가 다르게 나타났고, 이탈억제 측면에서는 전환경험의 유무에 따라 전환비용이 의존도에 미치는 영향관계에서 차이가 있었다.

Relationship among e-Service Quality, Relationship Quality, and e-Loyalty of Small Medical Clinic (소형병원의 e-서비스품질, 관계의 질, e-충성도의 영향관계)

  • The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has been increasing non-face-to-face activities; as a result, this has resulted in the number of individuals obtaining medical information from the websites and mobile contents of medical institutions increasing. The study conducted the structural equation modeling to test hypotheses; as a result, all sub-factors of e-service quality of small medical clinic websites and mobile contents, usability, security, responsiveness, design, and information, had a significant positive effect on relationship quality, and relationship quality had a significant positive effect on e-Loyalty. Moreover, the structural equation model showed a good model fit, χ2/df of 2.021, NFI of .954, TLI of .969, CFI of .976, RMSEA of .046. Future research is suggested to study relationship quality by developing a system able to quickly and accurately respond to websites and mobile contents users; furthermore, improving e-service quality and relationship quality is likely to strengthen e-loyalty.

Causal Role of Emotionally based Satisfaction and Service Reputation in Explaining Relationship between Service Quality, Satisfaction and Service Loyalty in Mobile Telecommunication Company (이동통신사의 서비스품질과 만족 및 서비스충성도 관계에서 감정적 만족과 서비스명성의 인과적 역할)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the causal role both emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation by examining the relationships among each dimensions of service quality, cognitive satisfaction, emotionally based satisfaction, service reputation and service loyalty in mobile telecommunication company. The results of the study are as follows: First, conviction quality had not influence on both cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, but tangibles quality had more influence on cognitive satisfaction than emotionally based satisfaction and responsiveness quality had more influence on emotionally based satisfaction than cognitive satisfaction. It found that there was a significant positive relationship between dimensions of the service quality, cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, and dimensions of the service quality affect satisfaction either directly or indirectly through emotion. Second, consumer satisfaction had more effect on service loyalty through service reputation than direct effect. Therefore, service loyalty can be build by increasing emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation to customer who is perceived as good service.

  • As Chinese luxury consumption is rapidly expanding and dominant in global luxury market, it becomes very critical to understand Chinese consumers' luxury consumption pattern. Under this circumstance, this study empirically tested the impacts of Chinese consumers' perceived service quality of luxury stores and extended self of luxury on luxury purchasing intention. The result of this study is as follows. First of all, Chinese consumer' perceived service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury have positive impacts on luxury purchasing intention. However, Chinese consumer' extended self of luxury has partial interaction impact on luxury purchasing intention. From the results, to promote Chinese consumers' luxury consumption, marketers must improve the service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury. This research not only enrich theoretical knowledge about Chinese consumers' luxury purchase behavior, but also assist marketer to develop luxury marketing strategies in China.
