The rapid changing technology and globalization allow consumers get information and new products or services faster, have more choices than before, which might be causing more competitive and more uncertain demand. The relationship quality between enterprises positively influence the relational performance. Through this research, enterprises should realize the importance of relationship learning to improve the competitive advantage. Also this research provide the strategic solutions to promote the relationship learning. this is considered to be able to present an improved directionality of the relationship between the buyer and the supplier. In addition, from the perspective of policy, this research provides implications for large enterprises and SMEs to promote their coexistence relation. The empirical model of this paper is established on basis of previous research. The empirical results show that: first, as the influence factors, relation solidarity level, environmental uncertainty, learning intension affect relationship learning, whilst special transaction assets influence information shared and relationship memory and have no effect on mutual understanding; second, relationship learning influence on relational performance and this influence relation becomes stronger if the relationship trust is higher.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of leisure activity on learning agility and to verify the mediative effectiveness of interpersonal relationship between leisure activity and learning agility for youths. To achieve these purpose, 6,637 data that sampled by 'IEA ICCS 2016' were analyzed with structural equation. The results of study were as follow. First, leisure activity directly effects on learning agility for youths. Second, leisure activity directly effects on interpersonal relationship. Third, interpersonal relationship directly effects on learning agility and partial mediative effects between leisure activity and learning agility. These results implies that youths' leisure activity is not only directly affecting learning agility, but also affecting interpersonal relationship. And this interpersonal relationship also effects learning agility. Based on these results, some practical implications were proposed to develop learning agility in terms of leisure activity and interpersonal relationship.

본 연구는 비동시적 온라인 토론 환경에서 학습자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 보다 포괄적으로 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 토론과 관련된 선행연구 분석을 통해 교수학습설계요인, 동기적 요인, 사회-정서적 요인을 영향요인으로 도출하였으며, 영향요인들과 학습자의 인지적 참여(과정)와 학습(결과)간의 구조적 관계를 나타내는 이론적 연구모형을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 웹기반 신용교육에서 학습자의 몰입과 학습효과간의 관계를 분석하여 이를 기반으로 프로그램의 기획, 설계에 있어 시사점을 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 기존 연구 결과에 기초하여 웹기반 신용교육에서 몰입에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들을 학습자의 자기효능감, 상호작용성, 프로그램 유용성으로 정리하고, 몰입수준, 학습효과간에 어떠한 인과적 관계가 있는지 규명하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 상호작용성과 프로그램 유용성이 몰입수준, 학업만족도, 학습전이도 등과 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입 영향요인으로 정리된 자기효능감, 상호작용성, 프로그램 유용성은 모두 몰입수준에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 몰입 영향요인 중 상호작용성과 프로그램 유용성은 몰입수준 촉진을 매개로 하여 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 프로그래밍 학습에서 교육용 로봇인 피코크리켓을 활용하여 동료지도학습을 실시하고 학업성취와 교우관계에 미치는 영향에 대해서 효과를 검증하는 실험연구이다. 프로그래밍 학습은 다양한 학습효과에도 불구하고 문법의 어려움과 학습내용의 어려움 때문에 그 효과를 제대로 발휘하지 못하고 있다. 그러나 교육용 로봇에서 사용하는 프로그래밍 언어는 입문자를 배려한 프로그래밍 방법을 사용하여 학습자가 쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 요소가 있다. 한편 프로그래밍 교육은 타 학습내용에 비해 수준별 학습이 더욱 요구되는 학습내용으로서 일제식 수업방법으로는 지도의 어려움이 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 프로그래밍 교육을 동료지도학습법으로 실시하고 이의 학업성취와 교우관계에 미치는 영향을 탐색해 보는 연구를 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of peer tutoring on academic achievement and peer relationship in computer programming. It was assumed that peer tutoring as an alternative teaching method can positively affect to enhance learners' learning achievement and to develop a closer relationship among learners. To achieve the purpose, an experimental research was performed with 50 10th graders. The results showed positive effects of peer tutoring on academic achievement and peer relationship.

This study attempted to investigate the influence of relationship marketing on the quality of educational services and learners' relationship commitment, and the goals are to provide basic data needed to develop business management strategies and promote the growth of beauty education industry. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against the students from beauty academies in Yeongnam region, and a total of 503 copies were used for final analysis. The study results found the followings: First, there were differences by each factor among relationship marketing, quality of educational services and learners' relationship commitment. Second, relationship marketing revealed a statistically significant effect on the quality of educational services. Third, relationship marketing showed a significant influence on learners' relationship commitment. Fourth, the quality of educational services showed a significant effect on learners' relationship commitment. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data needed for beauty academies to develop business management strategies and promote the growth of beauty academy industry.

본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of undergraduates' self-directed learning on the school life satisfaction and interpersonal relation ability. For this purpose, 341 undergraduates were targeted and analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. First, significant positive correlation was found in self-directed learning, school life satisfaction, and interpersonal relation abilities. Second, as a result of analyzing school life satisfaction, a sub-factor of self-directed learning, all of gender, grade, and age affected. In addition, sub-factors such as study confidence, study passion, study responsibility seemed to affect positively significantly in order. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect on interpersonal relation skills of self-directed study, there was no significant relation in gender, grade, and age. However, there was significant positive effect in study responsibility, study passion, and study confidence in order. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that school life satisfaction and interpersonal relation abilities are closely related to self-directed learning. This is significant in that to revitalize institutions such as educational service, study support for students, self-directed learning programs development in education field at the university, etc. are required.

본 연구는 B시의 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 230명을 대상으로 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 내재적 학습동기와 외재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며, 학습과제에 대한 몰입은 학습동기가 증가될수록 높아지는 성향을 나타내었다. 그러나 외제적 학습동기보다 내재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 더 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 학습몰입은 내재적 학습 동기 뿐 아니라 사회적 성공동기와 상대적 유능성 동기와 같은 외재적 동기와도 부분적인 상관관계를 나타내고 있었다. 요양보호사 인력양성의 발전을 요양보호사 교육에 대한 다각적인 측면의 연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다.
