The purpose of this paper is to review China's perception on the U.S. power after the global financial crisis. Although economic power of U.S. was declined by the global financial crisis, U.S. hegemony in the international order still maintains. Gap of national power between U.S. and China may be narrow because of decline of U.S. economic power. It can be predicted China will push a policy that secures an initiative of reform in the global monetary system and is going to take a more cooperative policy without U.S. hegemony power harming China's core interests.

최근 동양사상은 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 활용되고 있으며 디자인 분야에 적용하려는 연구 역시 지속적으로 이어져오고 있다. 이러한 맥락으로 볼 때 동양사상과 인터페이스의 관계에서도 음양오행, 팔괘, 하도낙서 등의 기본원리에 의한 적용이 가능하다고 유추할 수 있으며, 우주 만물의 조화와 균형을 추구하고 있는 동양사상을 사용자 인터페이스에 적용한다면 사용하기 쉬움과 어려움의 균형이 적절하게 조화를 이루어 인간이 보다 자연스럽게 사용할 수 있는 UI가 개발될 가능성을 가지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 구궁. 팔괘의 의미에 따른 모바일폰 메뉴 구조를 통하여 단순히 사용빈도가 높거나 유사한 항목간의 관계, 기업의 마케팅을 위한 관계 설정이 아닌 각 기능이 가지고 있는 본질적 의미를 팔괘로 해석하고, 구궁에 적용함으로써 질서와 조화를 갖춘 메뉴 관계를 형성하고, 이를 통해 인간이 보다 자연스럽게 사용 할 수 있는 UI를 제언하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구방법으로 음양오행, 주역의 팔괘 등을 체계적으로 수용하고 있으며, 구궁이라는 9개의 공간에 의미와 시간의 요소를 조합하여 해단함으로써, 인간사 전반에 걸친 해석이 가능한 '기문둔갑'이라는 동양학문을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 사용자 인터페이스와의 관계를 밝히고 적용가능성을 설명하였다. 사례연구로 $3{\times}3$ 메뉴구조의 모바일폰 디스플레이 인터페이스에 기문둔갑의 기초인 구궁, 팔괘를 적용하는 방법을 설명하고 디자인전공자 30명의 설문으로 얻은 사용자 멘탈모델과 비교 분석하여 디자인에서의 동양사상 활용 가능성을 설명하였다.

Single phase $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ ceramics doped by 10 mol% of electron donors such as $La^3,\; Pr^{3+,4+},\; Nd^{3+},\; Sm^{3+}$, were synthesized and their B-site cationic ordering structures were investigated by XRD and TEM. In the XRD patterns, only fundamental reflections were observed for the undoped $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$, while the (h/2 $\textsc{k}$/2ι/2)(h,$\textsc{k}$,ι all odd) superlattice reflections resulting from the 1:1 ordering induced unit cell doubling were also observed for the donor-doped $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$. In the TEM selected area diffraction patterns, the (h/2 k/2 l/2)(h,k,l all odd) superlattice reflection spots as well as the fundamental reflection spots were observed for all the samples, but the relative intensities of the superlattice reflection spots to the fundamental reflection spots were significantly enhanced by the donor-doping. In the TEM dark-field images, antiphase boundaries were observed only for the donor-doped $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$. It was therefore experimentally verified that doping by electron donors such as $La^3,\; Pr^{3+,4+},\; Nd^{3+},\; Sm^{3+}$, enhances the B-site cationic 1:1 ordering in $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$. These experimental results were interpreted in terms of the charge compensation mechanism.

This article is to study the purpose and significance of Chongyoulun of Peiwei, and it is composed of the two parts of philosophy and critical mind. The critical mind on Chongyoulun is as follows: first, it is mis-interpretative to define the main thought of Laozi as Xuwu. Next, the old philosophers did not criticize Xuwuism properly; as a result, they failed to stop spreading Xuwuism. Last, Guiwulun brought about the disorder of the way of life and the collapse of the public order. Based on this critical mind, Peiwei built up the following philosophy based on You as the fundamental principle of the existence and the movement of universal nature. First, Tao is the combined Wanyou, not abstract substance which is outside of Wanyou. Second, Wu is the state of being without You, and You only comes from You. Third, You can survive depending on external You because You is not the independent substance. Therefore, understanding the external You is the main factor of its existence. Fourth, Wanyou do not harm each other as they get together since Wanyous are interdependent. People are the being who can live through the mutual dependent relationships; hence, social system and morals (ethics) are key factors of the world in the oncological point of view. Wanyou had tried to rebuild the corrupted way of life and public order by recovering the justification of moral orders based on the mutual dependence of Wanyou which is the substance character.

일본(日本)이 선진국(先進國) 추급(追及)을 국민적(國民的) 노력(努力)으로 추구하여 옴에 있어 이를 뒷받침한 일본(日本)의 사회조직적(社會組織的) 특성(特性)은 적응적(適應的) 집단주의(集團主義)로서 기업에 국한하여 보더라도 경영제도(經營制度) 기업간관계(企業間關係)의 제측면(諸側面)에 나타나 있다. 그러나 경제성장과 함께 진행된 인구구조(人口構造) 기술(技術) 및 산업(産業) 의식구조(意識構造)의 변화(變化)는 일본(日本)의 경제사회를 움직여 온 전통적인 제도 및 조직의 논리와 운동양식(運動樣式)의 한계를 드러내고 있다. 한편 일본(日本)의 경제선진화(經濟先進化)가 실질적으로 끝남과 동시에 일본(日本)을 중심대상(中心對象)으로 하는 국제경제(國際經濟)의 구조적(構造的) 질서적(秩序的) 재편성(再編成)이 촉구되고 있다. 일본(日本)은 이러한 전환기에 직면하여 국내외적으로 발상(發想)과 행동(行動)의 근본적(根本的)인 변화를 시도하고 있으며, 일본(日本)의 장래(將來)는 이것의 성공 여부에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다. 이는 특히 한(韓) 미(美) 일(日) 관계의 전개 및 우리나라의 발전방향(發展方向)에도 큰 의미를 갖는 것이며, 일본(日本) 경제사회(經濟社會)의 동인(動因)을 이해하려는 것은 이러한 관점에서 매우 중요한 것이다.

본 연구는 서울지역 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 거주자의 주거환경 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성과 주거형태에 따른 주거환경 만족에 차이, 그리고 주거환경 만족도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 아파트 거주자 500명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 1일부터 2009년 9월 20일까지 조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 빈도 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울지역 아파트 거주자의 주거환경만족도는 중간이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 사회환경 중 단지질서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 거주자 변인에 따른 시설환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 거주자 변인에 따른 근린, 사회환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) 주거환경 만족도 변수상호간에는 주택환경 만족도와 단지 내 환경 만족도, 단지 내 환경 만족도와 관리상태 만족도간 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

In this paper the existence of chaotic signal is probed in adaptive dead beat control law for nonlinear dynamic system. These chaotic signal makes the system unstable and difficult to control, but it broaden the range of application, confirms the robustness of system and gives a lot of information. Considering of low correlation between chaotic signals, robust adaptive control method which uses for parameter estimation is proposed. With this algorithm the parameters converges stable rapidly. Finally the superiority of it is proved by computer simulation.

This article is designed to help ensure that "Laotzu's Tao and Saussure's Linguisticse's Linguistics" can meet properly. To carry out this project, I asked how to understand Laotzu's 'not the eternal Name(非常名)'. Comparing Kongzi's 'the Rectification of name(正命)' with Laotzu's 'not the eternal Name', The meaning of the two concepts becomes clear. Kongzi's 'the Rectification of name' is political philosophy to restore etiquette through language order. In comparison, Laotzu's 'not the eternal Name' refers to Randomness[arbitraire] of the symbol. It shows that the order of languages can be dismantled, and that the structure, norms, and etiquette of society, which are established by language order, can be dismantled. Laotzu's 'not the eternal Name' is a logic that defies language as an institution, as a symbolism, and as a logic of disintegration. To illustrate this point, Searsure's Linguistics was brought in for discussion. In Saussure's Linguistics, the arbitrary nature of the symbol is the same as the Lotzu's 'Not the eternal Name'. Three arguments were used to elucidate the logic of the resistance and the logic of Deconstruct of the Language structure. First, I explained that the discussion of 'Name' was not just about 'the name of an object' but about the system, laws and norms of a society. Second, I explained the argument that language order is a social institution and a social structure by taking the words Saussure and Lacon. Third, I explained that 'not the eternal Name' is an important term that reveals the arbitrary and arbitrary relationship between the signifiant and the signifie. These arguments explain that Laotzu's 'not the eternal Name' is the logic of dismantling the language as a system and as the symbolic.

Recently, there is increasing interest in strengthening wholesaler functions and building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores in medical supplies channel. Building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores is a prior condition to normalize and modernize medical supplies channel. This study tries to understand relationship characteristics and examines the relationships between relationship characteristics and cooperation in medical supplies channel. Drawing from the previous studies, this article identifies relationalisrn, reward power, trust, and dependency as the relationship characteristics and empirically investigates their relationships. The study results confirm that relationship characteristics have significant effects on cooperation and satisfaction. Also cooperation influences satisfaction. Based on these study results, various plans to build cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores are suggested.
