But students with a lower entrepreneurial education showed higher entrepreneurship when ESE was higher. Finally, the interaction effects of career uncertainty was confirmed in relationship between ESE and entrepreneurship. In other words, university students with a higher career uncertainty showed higher entrepreneurship when ESE was higher. But students with a lower career uncertainty showed higher entrepreneurship when ESE was lower. In order to improve the entrepreneurship of the pre-founders, it is necessary to strengthen the behavior control of university students by enhancing the ESE. Also, the improvement of entrepreneurship of pre-founders should strengthen the ESE of university students, and should complement systematic and effective entrepreneurship education. In particular, we should provide the stability for career decision by eliminating uncertainty about the career path of university students.

To reveal the structural relationship between main variables, the survey was conducted on 318 IT employees. An EFA, CFA, and reliability analysis were performed to confirm reliability and validity, and the structural equation model was conducted to testify research hypotheses. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that techno-uncertainty and techno-insecurity had the significant positive effect on problem focused coping(PFC). And, techno-complexity, techno-uncertainty, and techno-insecurity were found to have a significant positive effect on emotion focused coping(EFC). Second, in the relationship between stress coping and job burnout, it was found that EFC had a significant positive effect on burnout. Third, in the relationship between technostress and burnout, techno-uncertainty and techno-invasion were found to have a significant positive effect on burnout. • Notwithstanding the big potential benefits from interorganizational information systems (IOS), not very many companies have realized these benefits. In an attempt to explain this phenomenon, this study proposes a new construct of IOS asymmetry which refers to the asymmetry in information transparency between supply chain (SC) partners. When there is IOS asymmetry in SC relationships, IOS may not facilitate seamless information exchange among SC partners. Instead, IOS asymmetry may result in SC inefficiencies due to a lack of information sharing. The objective of this study is to empirically investigate whether IOS asymmetry exists in practice and whether it influences SC performance negatively. The data was collected from 130 matched pairs of upstream SC partners in manufacturing industries. The results show that IOS asymmetry indeed decreases overall SC performance. Also, the relationship between IOS asymmetry and SC performance is strengthened under the conditions of high environmental uncertainty.

This research tried to investigate both the characteristics of B-to-C service factors and B-to-B industry factors of franchising industry from the perspectives of CLalt, trust, communication, and other important variables. Hypothetical research model was proposed and, by using SPSS and AMOS, research hypotheses and structural equation models were empirically tested and supported. The results showed that environmental uncertainty has negative effects on relationship characteristics and industry characteristics of franchise. Trust showed positive impact on the performance. Managerial implications and limitations of the study results were also discussed. Future research direction was suggested.
