  • The extant study on virtual store loyalty has not been comprehensive and has focused on identifying limited variables such as design, product value, contents, communication, security, that have influence on virtual store loyalty. Their limited perspectives have frequently yielded empirical studies with fragmented results and contributed to the research with low explanation. This paper thus examines the effects of virtual store image, satisfaction and trust on loyalty. The study results confirm that virtual store image have significant effects on satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Also, satisfaction and trust directly influence vitrual store loyalty. This study contributes to the understanding of the role of virtual store providers in online shopping situation.

  • Verbal communication has limits in the interaction between robot and man, and therefore nonverbal communication is required for realizing smoother and more efficient communication and even the emotional expression of the robot. This study derived 7 pieces of nonverbal information based on shopping behavior using the robot designed to support shopping, selected facial expression as the element of the nonverbal information derived, and coded face components through 2D analysis. Also, this study analyzed the significance of the expression of nonverbal information using 3D animation that combines the codes of face components. The analysis showed that the proposed expression method for nonverbal information manifested high level of significance, suggesting the potential of this study as the base line data for the research on nonverbal information. However, the case of 'embarrassment' showed limits in applying the coded face components to shape and requires more systematic studies.

This results shows that these are very important factors for valuable navigation activities and continuous and more frequent visits giving closer communication and rich contents to users. And the stickiness plays a role as mediating variable between this relationship, this is that interactivity, contents and community can be shift to the loyalty of the web-brand through this stickiness. This study suggests several effects on theoretical and practical area, and offers important theoretical backgrounds for the study of web stickiness.

  • Purpose - There are many antecedences and consequences of the positive emotions of customers. The purpose of this research is to examine how Chinese service companies improve not only the positive emotions of customers but also the quality of life through effective verbal and nonverbal communication. Furthermore, we tried to analyze the moderating role of negative expectancy disconfirmation perceived by customers in those causal relationships among the variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The eight hypotheses were proposed and we tested them empirically in this research. Four hypotheses were about the relationship among communication, positive emotion, trust and quality of life. The other four hypotheses were about the moderating effect of negative expectancy disconfirmation in the causal relationships among four variables such as communication, positive emotion, trust and quality of life. A total of 356 samples who had visited the service companies in China were surveyed and 8 hypotheses were tested by empirical analysis using SPSS and AMOS. Results - The results of this research are as follows. First, positive verbal communication and nonverbal communication of employees in the service company have a positive effects on the positive emotions of customers. Second, positive emotion has a positive effect on the overall quality of life on the customer side as well as the trust on the corporate side. Third, negative expectancy disconfirmation perceived by customers has negative moderating effect in the causal relationship between employees' positive verbal communication and customers' positive emotion, and it also has a negative moderating role in the causal relationship between customers' positive emotion and overall quality of life. Conclusions - Based on these results, there can be such implications as follows. First, managers and employees of service companies can induce positive emotion of customers through effective communication. Second, service companies should try to improve not only the corporate-side performance like trust but also the customer-side performance like quality of life. • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the CSR activities of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry in South Korea. Since previous research on CSR activities has considerably focused on large enterprises whereas small enterprises have relatively less attention, this study aims to explore the characteristics of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry and their CSR activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The population of interest for this study was social enterprises registered in Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (2016), and it was used to verify the social enterprises which has a certification for social enterprises. From 1672 companies in total, the sampling frame was a database with 117 companies in hospitality and tourism industry. This study investigates social enterprises' CSR activities on the company's official websites (e.g., company reports, magazines, the news articles, and interviews). The websites of the selected enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry were analyzed for examining CSR activities by the quantitative content analysis. All of the CSR activities in small social enterprises were classified into six dimensions based on the stakeholder theory. Results - The findings of this study provide the characteristics of the 117 small social enterprises and their specific CSR initiatives. A total of eight main business lines were identified: 1) fair travel, 2) leisure/sports, 3) accommodation/camping, 4) medical tourism, 5) exhibitions/art events/cultural events, 6) leisure activities for vulnerable social groups, 7) Korean traditional culture, and 8) ecotourism/agricultural tourism. The CSR initiatives were classified into six dimensions: 1) environment, 2) employment, 3) multicultural families and vulnerable social groups, 4) local community, 5) economic prosperity, and 6) product. • This study aims to examine the recent trend of domestic researches on the Internet of Things(IoT) which has drawn a lot of attention in the field of ICT. This meta-analysis analyzes 101 studies published in academic journals from 2010, focusing on research topics, methods and the fields of study. The results show that the research topics of most used studies were related to the technological and industrial issues, and especially in the technical field, the major topic was suggesting new IoT technology. The most research method was testing research followed by the literature review. Even though engineers are holding the mainstream of the IoT technology, some experts in the field of social science release their articles nowadays. These results indicate that the IoT has a great ripple effect both technologically and socioculturally, and researches need to be vitalized in the fields of industry, service, policy and institution as well as technological fields. In addition, the research for the future should extend methodological diversity and take more convergence approaches in a variety of fields.
