This study aimed to develop Research Data Management (RDM) Services in a domestic university library of Korea. In this study, elements and levels of RDM services are examined and in-depth interview was conducted with university researchers affiliated in Seoul National University, which has the largest amount of research fund among universities in Korea. Interview was conducted to analyze their data management practices and needs of RDM services. Interview results show researchers' lack of awareness toward Data Management Policy and data sharing obligations of funding agencies and academic journal publishers. Also, they had trouble managing research data systematically. However, many of the researchers understand the necessary of research data management and education of data management. Based on the interview result, service elements and contents are suggested for RDM services which is consisted of education services, professional consulting services, curation technical services. This study result will help to guide for the planning the future RDM service in university library of Korea.

최근 연구 환경과 연구 패러다임이 데이터 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 특히, 공공 연구성과의 개방과 공유에 기반한 오픈 사이언스(Open Science)가 과학 연구의 글로벌 어젠더로 새롭게 부각되고 있다. OECD는 오픈 사이언스를 정책의제로 채택하고 있으며, 미국, 영국, 호주 등 세계 선진국에서는 공공자금이 투입된 연구과제로부터 생산된 연구데이터의 체계적인 관리와 쉬운 접근, 재사용을 통한 가치 창출을 위해 데이터 관리 계획(Data Management Plan)을 비롯한 오픈 연구데이터 정책을 적극적으로 시행하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 연구데이터를 공유 활용하기 위한 법제도적 기반과 관련 인프라가 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 오픈 연구데이터를 위한 세계 각국의 정책 동향을 소개한다. 그리고, 국가과학기술연구회 소속 22개 정부출연 연구기관과 국내 20개 대학의 연구자를 대상으로 조사한 연구데이터 생산, 관리, 활용 현황과 데이터 공유 활용을 위한 시사점과 개선방향을 살펴본다.

하천 미세플라스틱 측량을 위해 많은 연구자들이 노력하고 있으나 모든 하천에서의 미세플라스틱 실측은 현실적으로 어렵다. 미세플라스틱의 물 환경에 대한 영향을 이해하고 예측하기 위해서는 오염원과 오염원 운송 매개체로서 물 환경에 존재하는 플라스틱의 물리적 거동을 아는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 미세플라스틱의 하천 내 물리적 거동을 과학적으로 규명하고 하천 미세플라스틱오염을 예측가능한 물리모형의 도출이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 물리기반 하천수질모형인 Water Quality Analysis Simulation Program(WASP8)의 Advanced Eutrophication Module을 이용하여 상용 수질 물리모형의 하천에서의 미세플라스틱 거동 모의 가능성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 미세플라스틱과 유사한 거동을 보이는 수질지표를 대리인자로 하여 기존에 알려져 있는 물리모형(WASP8의 Advanced Eutrophication Module)을 이용해 미세플라스틱의 하천 내 거동을 설명하고 예측 가능한 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구결과로부터 하천 미세플라스틱 오염 분석 및 예측의 기초자료를 마련한다.

The objective of this study lies in researching what kind of literature is mainly used by researchers in the related field by analyzing the research pattern of researchers who major in the same field of science. and to propose a list of literature that is indispensable for college libraries to prepare. Based on such analysis results of cited literature. this study is to propose necessary standards for selecting and reading journals in the field of Library and Information Science(LIS) in the libraries of Korean colleges where a LIS department is established.

과학기술 문헌에 대한, 정확한 인용 정의의 제공을 위해서는 인용 관계를 구성하는 인력에 대한 동명이인 문제가 우선적으로 해소되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 저자 중심의 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 URI(Universal Resource Identifier)를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구의 특징은, 지속적으로 추가되고 갱신되는 인용 정보를 일관성 있게 유지하고 정확한 문헌으로의 접근성을 보장하기 위해, 시맨틱웹 기술의 하나인 URI를 문헌과 저자에 적용하여 저자 중심 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축한다는 것이다. 실험에서는, 국내 학술대회 발표 논문들로부터 2,872개의 저자 중심 인용 관계 쌍을 추출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 구축한 저자 인용 네트워크에서는 135개의 인용 네트워크 그룹을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국가과학기술인력 종합정보시스템에서 제공하는 인력 DB 및 과학기술정보 포털서비스인 YesKiSTi와의 연계를 통하여 새로운 개념의 다양한 연구자 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This thesis attempted to examine the mechanization of humans, humanization of machines, and coexistence through dance works. The dance works were reviewed by partial excerpts from Oscar Schlemer's <3 Chord Ballet>, Felindrome Dance Company's , and . Also, I looked at the dance work , which has an inherent form of coexistence. Through the above work, robot-like science and technology and fusion. It was found that various dance performances that coexist in complex forms provide continuous creativity to humans, and various forms of sensibility and creative movements based on data make it possible to produce rich performances for humans. This researcher expects numerous works that accept and reflect the changes of the times through the embodied interaction of dance performances with science and technology.

The purpose of this study is to identify trends and to analyze knowledge structure and knowledge flow of studies on science and technology policy adopting the keyword network analysis. For analysis, we established a data set of published papers in the Journal of Korea Technology Innovation Society and Journal of Technology Innovation from 1993 to 2016. As a result of analysis, a great part of existing researches have been carried out in Seoul and Daejeon area, universities and public research institute. So it should be carried out in diversified form rather than being concentrated on specific regions or research performing subjects in the future. By research scope, more than 70% of research were carried out in 'R&D management' and 'technology innovation'. In the future, more research must be carried out in 'public process of science and technology' and 'public management of science and technology'. On the other hand, we performed the keyword network analysis to identify the knowledge structure of studies on science and technology policy. As a result of analysis, it was clustered into 'public process of science and technology', 'public management of science and technology', 'R&D management' and 'technology innovation', So It has not been different from research scope proposed by Yi, Kim and Oh(2016). And also, in earlier stage, research topics were general such as researchers and R&D investment. But as time goes by, topics were more diversified and subdivided. Therefore, in future, the research scope of studies on science and technology policy should be further expanded in terms of 'public process of science and technology', 'public management of science and technology', 'R&D management' and 'technology innovation', and systematic knowledge structure should be formed.

This study aimed to identify the entire lifecycle of research projects in science and technology. Specifically, it attempted to reveal major research steps and research activities from the beginning to the end of R&D projects. It also investigated information needs, source use and problems scientists encounter in each research step. In-depth interviews with 24 Korean scientists in the fields of bio- and nano-science and technology revealed five major steps of lifecycle, namely idea formation, seeking funding, experiment and analysis, output disseminations, and evaluation. We further identified specific information behaviors and salient communication and research tools in each step.
