The purpose of this study is to take a look the situation of social enterprises under CIVID-19 Pandemic and to suggest future directions. The COVID-19 pandemic which started at the end of 2019, has influenced the various areas of our society, such as health, economic, social and networking. The virus is spread through human respiratory, and it is working as a disability factor in human focused social economy. Under the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Social entrepreneurs are being constrained in financial aspects. In the process of continuing pandemic, the size of the social economy has been expanded and cleaning & health businesses are showing economic performance. This is to tell the fact that social economy is solving COVID-19 issues based on a reciprocity and solidarity. To create a sustainable ecosystem for the social economy, we should select and promote universal and concrete future directions at the economic and social safety net building level rather than to respond to COVID-19.

Before 2010, assignments proposed by government caused inconvenience of users(operation institutions & customers) as performing that National research organization suggested requirements from private organizations to special institutes, but now the institution of assignments is improving to reflect opinions from the present users. This is a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit. The definition of multiple stakeholders(local government, operation institution, research organization, academic world, the industrial world, etc.) related to rolling stock of urban railway/Light railway transit, experts in rolling stock and the application for designing of question items verified and designed through Delphi technique for objectivity, justness and fairness. Also, it is to draw a conclusion of assignments through a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit as sharing a process of assignments and integrating opinions of each stakeholder of urban railway/light railway transit.

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of pair/group work on the improvement of receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. One hundred and twelve university students participated in the study and they were divided into three groups. Pair work group(n=42) performed three vocabulary activities in pairs as extra-class works, and Individual work group(n=38) did them alone. On the other hand, Group work group(n=32) did the activities in groups consisting of four or five people during the class. Data were collected from one pretest and two posttest scores. The results showed that collaborative group work was conducive to the growth of both receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. In contrast, pair groups who do not work collaboratively gained least vocabulary knowledge among three groups. From collaborative group work, participants in higher proficiency levels made greater vocabulary gains than those at lower levels. Based on these results, pedagogical implications are discussed.

R&D projects for land, infrastructure, and transportation is to identify challenges through academic-industrial demand survey, and to promote R&D projects through detailed planning projects. These R&D projects have been promoted to be applied to most domestic project-oriented. Despite continuous R&D investment, the investment has been promoted to the world top technology rather than to international construction projects. This study analyzed the international construction market trends and international construction contracts in order to promote technology development for enhancing international construction competitiveness. This study suggests three R&D technology development directions and ten research projects for expanding international construction projects.

최근 지구온난화, 배기가스 배출에 의한 대기오염, 화석에너지 고갈에 따라 대체에너지에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있고, 이에 따라 세계 각 국가들이 해당 분야에 관한 연구를 활발히 진행하고 있다. 그 핵심 과제의 하나는 전기자동차이며 최근 전기차에 대한 관심이 점점 고조되고 있고 전기차의 실 구매도 많아짐에 따라 전기차의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 배터리에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 전기차에 사용되는 배터리는 높은 에너지 밀도, 높은 전력 밀도, 긴 수명과 친환경적인 장점을 가지고 있어야 한다. 하지만 안전성, 지속성, 획일성, 가격 등에 대하여 배터리의 사용에 한계가 있다. 여기에서는 배터리 관리 시스템(BMS)을 비롯한 배터리의 주요 연구 테마들에 관한 현재까지 연구동향을 소개하고자 한다.

21세기의 두드러진 특징 중 하나는 조직의 환경변화가 끊임없이 매우 불규칙적으로 일어나고 있으며, 그 변화 속도가 가속화되고 있는 것이다. 이로 인한 극도의 불확실성은 치열한 생존경쟁에 대응하며 지속적 발전을 추구하기 위해 각 조직 구성원의 적절한 활용과 중요성이 크게 대두되게 됐는데 이와 관련된 패러다임이 임파워먼트이다. 특히 일선 현장에서 근무하는 사회복지종사자는 사회복지의 근본 목적 달성을 위해 그들의 업무를 어떻게 수행할 것인가에 대하여 스스로 파악할 필요성이 강하게 대두되며, 자신의 능력을 지속적으로 개발해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 사회복지종사자의 임파워먼트는 결국 직무만족에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이며, 이는 궁극적으로 사회복지의 실천적 과제 달성을 가능하게 될 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 사회복지종사자가 임파워먼트 할 수 있게 함으로써, 그에 따른 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 이론적 배경을 제시하는 것이다.

전투실험은 미래 작전 요구능력을 충족하는 신기술/신체계, 신교리, 신조직의 대안을 반복적으로 실험하고, 성숙시켜서 성공이 보장되는 전투발전 소요를 제기하는 과정으로 우리 군에서도 1999년 이후 육군을 중심으로 교리 및 정책, 전술 등의 분야에 적용되는 전투실험을 수행하고 있다. 전투실험을 수행하는 다양한 방법들이 있으나 국방시뮬레이션 모델을 활용하는 전투실험이 비용 및 효용성 측면에서 매우 유리한 것으로 인식되어 국내의 전투실험 과제수행에 있어서도 다수의 국방시뮬레이션 모델이 활용되고 있다. 특히 한국국방연구원이 1991년 이후 지속적으로 운용하고 있는 JANUS 모델은 단위 무기체계 수준의 상세한 무기체계 모의가 가능하고 무기체계 획득 및 교리검증 시에 탁월한 효용성을 발휘할 수 있으므로 다양한 전투실험과제에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 육군 전투실험에서의 JANUS 모델 활용기법을 체계적으로 검토하여 국방시뮬레이션을 활용한 효과적인 전투실험 기법을 분석하고 개선사항을 도출함으로써 우리 군의 시뮬레이션 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

정부는 '한국판 뉴딜 1.0'(2020.7)과 '한국판 뉴딜 2.0'(2021.7)을 발표하여 국가의 새로운 미래를 설계하고자 디지털뉴딜, 그린 뉴딜, 휴먼 뉴딜, 지역균형 뉴딜 분야에 집중 지원 중이다. 이 중 디지털 뉴딜은 사회, 경제 전반에 걸친 디지털화의 확산 및 디지털 신사업 육성이 목표이다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 뉴딜과 관련해 인공지능(AI)과 이동통신(5G) 분야에 대해 국가R&D 지원 현황 등을 분석하였다. 분석 데이터는 2015년부터 2020년까지 NTIS에서 서비스하는 총 61,356건 과제와 총 198,355건 성과정보를 키워드 추출을 통하여 수집하였다. 데이터 분석 결과 각 분야의 과제와 연구비, 논문 성과는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 특허 성과는 최근 소폭 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 정부가 추진하는 한국판 뉴딜 정책의 혁신성장 성과분야에 대해 이용자가 바로 파악할 수 있도록 다양한 분석을 통하여 향후 NTIS에서 서비스할 계획이다.

양자 키 분배는 물리적 안전성에 기반을 두어 지속가능한 보안성을 제공한다. 양자내성암호는 양자 컴퓨터로 풀이가 어려운 문제에 기반을 둔 공개키 암호이다. 양자 키 분배 네트워크를 구성하여 안전한 통신을 구현하기 위해서는 키 조합 혹은 인증 단에서 양자내성암호의 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 양자 키 분배 네트워크의 해결 과제를 살펴보고, 이를 극복하기 위한 연구와 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

It has been two decades since Green Information System attracted scholars in information systems research. The surge of sustainability issues over the world naturally made Information Systems scholars to turn their attention to understanding how the use of Information Systems is making impact to our society and environments. This paper reviews studies on Green Information Systems(Green ISs) to evaluate efforts made in the last decade. Based on a systematic approach, 64 articles published in peer-reviewed international journals in Information Systems and Business & Management disciplines are analyzed to identify research gaps and propose future research agenda in Green ISs that include the application of psychological theory in the design of Green ISs, energy efficient IT/IS to respond to accelerated virtualization, and contribution of Green ISs to biodiversity.
