Innovation clusters have different factors depending on different stages. Innovation clusters in Gyeonggi now are early stages, which are necessary to investigate factors so that they go into upstages. Silicon Valley is known as one of the best innovation clusters, which are now represented as the forms of related variety. The purpose of the paper is to investigate current situation of innovation clusters in Silicon Valley and suggest appropriate policies for the development of innovation clusters in Gyeonggi. In order to do this, we visit several representative institutions regarding infra, human-training, industry-academic-institution cooperation, start-up assistance and local government. Throughout the case study, we propose implications, and produce policy tasks for the development of cluster policy in Gyeonggi.

It is recent trend that every countries are opening their border in the name of liberalization of contemporary era. Shipping is not exceptional and it used to be said as international business. Therefore, co-operation and openness of maritime sectors between regional countries is required to utilize resources that each countries can manage. It can be done by employing their vessels in other countries' short sea area. However, there are some problems to implement this practices, here cabotage is centre of issue. Each countries do not open their sea in order to protect their national interests in sovereignty. But, it should be opened if co-operation between each countries work well and properly. To achieve true maritime co-operation, countries as Korea, China and Japan in Northeast Asia region should have understanding for the opening of cabotage. In order to make things work well, it can be done by the lessons from EU and American cases. Therefore, it should be clarified such as market scale to provide cabotage trade, employment as well as interested parties, and technical safety matters as well as environmental standards. Then cabotage matters can be smoothly resolved between three countries in Northeast Asia region.

The result management of R&D projects which carried by national research organization, research institute contributed by government, many universities and enterprises through intra system has not been processed in regular order. To maximize results of R&D products, we must draw up a plan for effective management, spread, and application. In this paper, we argue on the design and implementation of web-based system for managing R&D results(project, paper, book, seminar, intellectual property, technology transfer information, etc) systematically. This system is operated within intranet system, and the data managed by this result management system will be used for related information management through connection with research net based national R&D structure but also it will be major knowledges available for researches executed in many research institutes and organizations.

IPTV는 기술적으로 TV에 PC적 기능이 더해지고 인터넷 프로토콜(IP)을 통해 인터넷과 연결되는 서비스로, 국내 초고속인터넷의 속도가 VDSL, 광랜과 같은 서비스의 등장으로 최대 100Mbps에 이르러 동영상 콘텐츠의 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 가능한 환경이 구현되었다. IPTV 도입을 통해 산사건 방송, VOD 등의 기본적인 서비스뿐만 아니라, 양방향 광고, IPTV 민원발급 및 IPTV 공공서비스 제공 등 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 활성화를 기대하였다. 또한 IPTV를 통해 유료방송의 경쟁을 촉진시키고 케이블TV의 디지털 전환을 촉진시킴으로써 시청자들의 복지를 향상시킨다는 취지도 함께 있었다. 정량적으로는 IPTV가입자가 2012년에 이르러 보수적으로 290만가구, 낙관적으로는 450만 가구에 이를 것으로 예상하였으며, 관련 시장규모도 동년도에 약 7,515억원에 이를 것으로 전망하였다. 하지만, 2011년 말이 이미 450만 가입자를 돌파하고 2012년 8월 500만 가입자를 유치하면서 IPTV 서비스는 본격적인 mass market을 형성해 나가고 있다. IPTV 시장이 확대해 나가면서 유료방송 가입가구 수도 증가하였는데, 도입당시인 2008년 말 1,740만 가구가 유료방송에 가입하여 104%의 보급률을 보였으나 2011년 6월말 현재 가구수 대비 유료방송 가입자구수는 127%로 증가하였다. 이렇게 IPTV서비스 시장이 확대되고는 있으나, 정부의 신규 서비스에 대한 과도한 요금규제, IPTV와 경쟁하는 케이블방송사(SO) 계열의 콘텐츠 사업자(CP)들의 방송채널 공급거절 및 지상파 방송사의 과도한 재전송 대가, 전국 권역사업자인 IPTV에 대한 권역별 가입자점유율 규제, IPTV의 차별성으로 내세웠던 T-Commerce 및 양방향 광고에 대한 규제는 앞으로 개선해 내가야할 과제이다. 이에 본고는 IPTV의 시장성과를 조망하고, 시장의 지속성장을 위해 필요한 제도개선 방향을 살펴보았다.

A pucci print was immediately recognizable and, although often based on medieval heraldic banners of the sort waved at the "Siena Palio", so utterly of the moment that it could be taken as a classic symbol of the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was a brilliant colourist and his colours became the colours of the decade: hot pink, lime blue, purple. He seemed able to capture the sun and fun of Italy in his print and, along with Galitzine, he can take the credit for creating the concept of relaxed, informal elegance in Italian faslion.ian faslion.

This paper presents the state of art and the role of geophysical exploration techniques with evaluating the trend of domestic and worldwide seawater intrusion research, and illustrates advanced techniques obtained through the project of 'Development of the techniques for estimation, prediction, and prevention of seawater intrusion' funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. The advanced geophysical interpretation was achieved by adding the digital geophysical logging data. DC resistivity and TEM monitorings were applied to determine whether or not the seawater intrusion was in progress. Induced Polarization technique using electric current monitoring channel was introduced to discriminate seawater contaminated zone from highly conductive layer caused by clay minerals. A conceptual model was suggested with spatial visualization of the study area to predict the diffusion of seawater contamination. Finally, the future work of the development of geophysical techniques was suggested with the base of the present level of them.

국립수의과학검역원과의 공동연구과제(소 아까바네병, 츄잔병, 아이노 바이러스혼합불활화 예방약 산업화)에 의해 실시한 시험을 통하여 소 아까바네병, 츄잔병, 아이노 바이러스병에 대한 예방약인(소 츄잔병, 아까바네병, 아이노병 불활화 혼합오일백신) 면역원성 시험 및 야외에서의 적용시험 등을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 혼합오일백신의 기니픽에 대한 면역원성 시험에서 아까바네 바이러스, 아이노 바이러스 및 츄잔 바이러스에 대한 중화항체가는 시험백신을 3주 간격 2회 접종한 시험구가 무접종 대조구에 비하여 높게 나타났다. 2. 혼합오일백신의 야외농장 3곳의 육성우에 대한 면역원성 시험에서 시험백신을 2회 접종 후 아까바네 바이러스의 항체가는 평균 102배, 115배 및 134배이였으며, 아이노 바이러스의 항체가는 평균 8배, 24배 및 27배로 나타났고, 츄잔 바이러스의 경우에는 3곳의 농장에서 평균 30배, 46배 및 172배로 나타났다. 3. 야외농장 2곳에서 혼합오일백신을 임신우에 2회 접종하였을 때, 중화항체가는 아까바네 바이러스가 평균 64배와 93배를 나타내었고, 아이노 바이러스의 중화항체가는 평균 70배와 96배, 츄잔 바이러스의 중화항체가는 평균 20배와 20배로 나타났다. 4. 혼합오일백신은 임신우에 대한 공격접종시험에서 시험백신을 3주 간격으로 2회 접종 후 3주째의 중화항체가는 아까바네 바이러스가 128$\sim$256배이었고, 아이노 바이러스는 64$\sim$256배로 나타났고, 츄잔 바이러스는 8$\sim$32배이었다. 공격 접종 후 부검 전의 중화항체가는 아까바네 바이러스가 16$\sim$128배로 나타났고, 아이노 바이러스는 32$\sim$128배였으며, 츄잔 바이러스는 4$\sim$16배였다. 혼합오일백신을 임신우에 3주 간격 2회 접종한 뒤 공격접종하여 채혈한 혈청의 면역원성이 무접종 대조군에 비하여 방어효과가 우수하였다. 5. 3롯트의 시험백신을 선정하여 2$\sim$7$^{\circ}C$의 냉암소에 보존하면서 보존 기간별(제조당시, 6개월, 12개월, 15개월, 18개월)로 특성시험, 무균시험 및 안전시험을 실시한 결과, 전 보존기간에 마우스 및 기니픽에 대한 안전성이 인정되었으며, 보존기간별로 시험백신의 기니픽에 대한 면역원성 시험을 실시한 결과, 기니픽의 중화항체가는 15개월까지 지속되는 것으로 나타났다.

As the mobile device supply is increasing currently, the era of N mobile devices per person has opened. Types of mobile devices and OS are increasing continuously. Samsung and Intel are developing TIZEN, the OS mobilized by UBUNTU of Linux is going to be released as well as the market share of Google's Android and Apple's IOS remains above 90%. However, it is a reality that there are not specific technologies or systems which can share files between different OS. Despite of technologies such as Bluetooth and WiFi Direct, constraints are shown in device compatibility and file formats. In this paper, we have studied how to share files between OS as well as mobile devices, and to share files in a wireless LAN environment of heterogeneous variety. Future research includes the mobile phone integration server system that provides services such as introduction, management, maintenance, and repair in one-touch Mobile Server that spread and building are easy.

What is an alternative to medical information security of medical information more secure preservation and safety of various types of security threats should be taken, starting from the software design. The software architecture design of medical information systems and sharing of medical information security issues and communication phase allows the user to identify the requirements reflected in the software design. Software framework design, message standard design, design a web-based inter-process communication procedures, access control algorithm design, architecture, writing descriptions, evaluation of various will procedure the establishing architecture. The initial decision is a software architecture design, development, testing, maintenance, ongoing impact. In addition, the project will be based on the decision in detail. Medical information security method based on the design software architecture of today's medical information security has become an important task of the framework will be able to provide.

This study focuses on the characteristic of community making in urban areas and the implications in the case of Samduck-Dong, Daegu City. This study observed the geographic feature of Samduck-Dong, the background and process of community making and the citizen's interests and respondence. Samduck-Dong is located near CBD of Daegu and surrounded by useful places and facilities. This area is perceived as an attractive housing environment. As the commercial function is increased and the studio type house for rent, so called one room, is constructed, it is anticipated to get some trouble of building up community. The program of community making in Samduck-Dong, started from wall removal, is attempted diversly now. The places in relation to community making became a representative character of Samduck-Dong. However, there is problems of citizen's participation and the appreciation sharing about the contents and scale of community making.
