This study aims to evaluate KOLIS-NET system by usefulness testing of 'KOLIS-NET client integrated system' and by usability testing of 'KOLIS-NET web site'. For evaluating the usefulness of the system, we used searching, ease of use, customer support as criteria, and used brainstorming and in-depth interview as evaluation method. On the other hand, for usability testing of the web site, we used cognitive walkthrough. Evaluation results are categorized and represented as page redesign, term consistency, function improvement and new functionality.

There might have been weakness in securing user authentication or verification with real time service approach, while existing unimodal biometric authentication has been used mainly for user identification and recognition. Accordingly, it is essential to research and develop ways that upgrade security performance with multi biometric based real time authentication and verification technology. This paper focused to suggest binding assignment and strategy for developing multi biometric authentication technology through investigation of advanced study and patents. Description includes introduction, technology outline, technology trend, patent analysis, and conclusion.

연구자의 R&D활동은 연구기획에서부터 과제제안, 과제수행 및 실험, 연구자간 공유와 협업, 결과해석, 성과확산 및 성과관리 등에 이르기까지 다양한 영역에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 활동을 지원하는 통합서비스가 존재하지 않아 각각의 서비스를 찾아서 융·복합적으로 활용하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 R&D활동에 필요한 정보와 데이터, 서비스, 고성능 컴퓨팅 인프라를 연계·융합 활용할 수 있는 통합서비스 개발을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 통합서비스 개발 사례로 ScienceON을 소개한다.

항법장치 인간-기계 인터페이스(HUMAN-Machine Interface)는 운전자의 편안함과 안전, 수행도 및 시스템의 사용성, 도로, 안전의 향상 등을 위한 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있 다. 그러므로 항법장치 인간-기계 인터페이스 체계가 운전자와 교통에 미치는 영향은 직접 적인 항법장치의 시장성 확보와 첨단교통체계의 전개와 성공에 영향을 미치는 중요한 기술 로 떠오르고 있으며, 특히 선진국의 인간-기계 인터페이스 표준의 연구 및 제정의 노력으로 인해 항법장치의 인간-기계 인터페이스 설계 및 평가를 위한 가이드라인과 효율적인 평가 방법의 개발이며, 이들의 데이터베이스화 역시 설계 및 평가 효율향상을 위한 기본적으로 중요하게 여겨지는 연구과제이다. 본 논문은 기존 항법장치 인간공학적 평가 방법들의 비교 평가를 통해서 적합한 항법장치의 평가방법론과 추출된 항법장치 인간-기계 인터페이스 설 계 변수를 제시하며, 이들을 가이드라인화하여 데이터베이스화 할 수 있도록 설계된 Navi HEGS(Navigation HMI Evaluation & Guideline System)에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제시된 주관적 평가 방법인 RNASA-TLX(Revision of NASA-Task Load Index)와 운전자의 시각분석의 결과를 본 시스템을 사용하여 분석 제시하며, 이들을 통해 국내 항법장치 인간-기계 인터페이스 연구의 기반을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 정부 출연(연)에서 수행하고 있는 국가연구개발사업 과제에 대한 종합적인 정보와 과제의 수행으로 인해 발생된 연구성과들에 대한 체계적인 수집과 정보 연계 방법에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 수집된 연구과제 및 성과정보에 대하여 다양한 관점의 사용자 요구사항 등을 파악하여 어떻게 활용 할 수 있는지에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 활용하여 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)에서 국가 R&D 정보를 활용하기 위한 체계적인 정보수집 방법, 정보의 활용과 분배, 다양한 계층의 사용자를 위한 서비스 등에 대한 모델 제시를 통해 향후 국가차원의 연구개발 정책 추진 및 지원에 활용될 수 있게 될 것이다.

This study attempts to suggest an improvement plan of the currently prescribed record classification standard table as the guidance to select and assess the public records of local governments. For this purpose, this study utilized the methodologies of literature review, survey, and experts' assessments. It investigated the current situation on unit tasks and preservation periods targeting major functions of 'construction and architecture' in the record management standard table in the 9 provinces, and it also deduced the characteristics and problems of unit task and preservation period by comparing and analyzing the unit task and preservation period utilized in more than 3 provinces. Based on the results from the analysis on the current situation and comparison, this study deduced the new unit tasks and preservation periods. And the evaluation targeting practitioners and expertise was conducted, and then the revised design plan was finally presented 4 medium- function items, 18 small - function items operated in more than 4 provinces, 47 unit task items, which led to the total 69 items. This study can be utilized as a guidance for establishing the record management standard table based on the uniqueness and originality of public record of local governments and the task function and organization of institutions in the future.

본 논문은 LOD2 커뮤니티 과제 중 하나인 NLP2RDF를 한국어에 적용하면서 고안한 프레임워크에 대해 제시하고 있다. 이 프레임워크를 통해, 한국어 NLP2RDF는 다양한 한국어 자연언어처리 도구들로 부터의 결과물 및 다양한 한국어 언어 자원에 대한 활용도 높은 이용 방법에 대한 제시 및 국제적 상호 운용성을 위해 NIF(NLP Interchange Format)[1] 규격을 준수한 RDF(Resource Description Framework)를 생성하기 위한 방법론을 소개한다. 또한 NIF(NLP Interchange Format)를 통한 포맷 통일화 과정에서 발생하는 NIF 온톨로지의 불완전성에 대한 개선 방향에 대해서도 갼략하게 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the proper methods of presenting question materials for generate of various question by comparing type, level, objectivity, manipulation of question in the presenting methods of question phenomena. I selected and showed actual objects, movies, and photographs as ways of presenting question materials, to each of which three question tasks were assigned. The generated questions by students were compared. The results showed that the question of conjectural, predictive, methodological, exploratory, verificational, qualitative, quantitative, simple-manipulative, pre-manipulative questions turned out to have significantly higher average frequencies in the cases of the presentation of photographs and movies than in the cases of the presentation of actual objects. However, the question of post-manipulative questions turned out to have significantly higher average frequencies in the cases of the presentation of actual objects than in the cases of the presentation of photographs and movies. and There were no significant differences between individual methods of question task presentation in average frequencies with respect to causal and methodological, subjective questions. Thus, we have learned from this that methods of presenting question phenomena had influence on the students' question. This suggests that we should consider forms of presentation of question materials in planning the teaching-learning of question.

본 연구는 Usability 중심의 웹사이트 평가를 위한 프레임워크 모델의 구축을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 기존에 구축된 웹사이트 평가 방법론을 분석하여 평가 요소 별 중요도를 설정하였다. 비교 분석을 통해 나온 문제점들을 기초로 웹사이트평가를 위한 평가요인(Critical Factor)을 선정하여 새로운 프레임워크 모델 $C^3$ISP(Contents, Community, Commerce, Interface, Security, Performance)를 제시하였다. 향후 연구과제로는 프레임워크의 유용성을 분석하기 위한 Running Test를 실시한다.

입력된 영상정보로부터 3차원 물체를 찾아내거나 인식하는 것은 컴퓨터에게 인간과 같은 능력을 부여하기 위한 가장 기본적인 과제라 할 수 있다. 본 글에서는 우선 3차원 정보를 취득하는 다양한 방법을 간단히 살펴보고 이에서 받아들인 3차원 정보를 가지고 어떻게 3차원 문체의 형태를 서술하는가를 기존의 발표된 많은 문헌에 근거해설 요약해 보았다. 3차원 물체의 인식기법을 살펴보고 신경망을 이용한 3차원 물체인식 특히 Kohonen Map을 통한 3차원 인식을 중점적으로 다루었다. 마지막으로 보행 로보트의 주행에 필요한 3차원 정보 취득 및 그 이용 방법을 제시하였다.
