초고속기간망의 효율적 구축위한 LAN 기술과제 및 추진과제

  • 우리협회와 한국정보문화센터는 지난 9월 18일 한국프레스센터에서 "초고속정보통신망 기반 구축과 LAN 심포지움"을 개최했다. 정보통신부 주관으로 열린 이번 심포지움은 천조운 초고속정보통신망 구축기획단 부단장이 "초고속정보통신망과 LAN구축 활성화 정책방향"을, 임주환 ETRI 교환기술연구단장이 "초고속정보통신기간망의 효율적 구축을 위한 LAN기술과제 및 추진전략", 김용서 쌍용정보통신(주)대표이사가 "초고속통신기반구축에 대비한 LAN산업의 경쟁력 강화방안"을 각각 발표했으며 이어 토론회가 활발하게 진행되었다. 이의 주제발표내용중 한국전자통신연구소의 임주환 연구단장의 글을 요약 정리하여 싣고 토론회의 요지를 정리한다.

  • S사 연구소는 과제 차질율 감소와 과제 사업화율의 증대를 위해 기존 연구개발 프로세스의 분석을 통하여 신프로세스를 설계하였고 연구개발 업무에 대한 표준을 재정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 1997년 9월 1일부터 과제 종합관리 시스템(SAP PS/DMS)을 전면 도입하여 적용하였다. 4년 6개월이 지난 현재 당시 도입된 신프로세스는 완전 정착단계에 있으며, 해외 연구소(유럽, 일본)를 포함한 Global R&D 체계를 구축하였다.

A Model for Measuring the R&D Project Similarity using Patent Information (특허 정보를 활용한 R&D 과제 유사도 측정 모델)

  • For efficient investments of government budgets, It is important to analyze the similarities of R&D projects. So, existing studies have proposed a techniques for analyzing similarities using keywords or segments. However, the techniques have low accuracy. We propose a technique for similarities of projects using patent information. To achieve our goal, we suggest three metrics that are based some mathematic theories; set theory and probability theory. In order to validate our technique, we perform case studies that have 156 R&D projects and 160,218 patent informations.

고진공펌프종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발

  • 지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제3세부 과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 진행되고 있는 연구수행결과를 소개한다. 국내 초고진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 기본적인 초석 확립은 현존하는 모든 진공 발생 장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄 과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 이를 위한 3세부과제의 추진 방향은 기 완료된 1단계 기술개발에 근거한 1세부과제 및 2세부과제와의 유기적인 infra를 통한 성공적인 지원체계 구축 및 상용화 제품 개발 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 전략을 수립, 수행하는 것을 골자로 하고 있다. 또한 2단계 사업 추진 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 모든 개발된 기술을 적용할 수 있는 기반 제공 및 상용화를 위한 성공적인 기술이전도 포함된다. 상용화 개발 완료 후인 Post Project 기간 동안에 발생할 수 있는 모든 지원체계의 구축도 장기간에 걸친 연구 개발의 연장선상에서 추진되어야 될 것으로 예상된다. 세부 추진내용으로 나노팹 공정현장의 고진공펌프 신뢰성평가의 기본 개념설계를 포함한 현장 데이터의 확보 및 분석 현황, 공정현장의 실제 환경에 투입하기 전 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 방안, 터보분자펌프의 경우 파괴실험을 포함한 over speed, shock venting, foreign debris dropping test 등 상용화 단계에 필요한 기본 시험평가 조건을 고찰하고자 한다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험 평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위하여 추진 연구개발 방향 등 진행형인 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용 및 infra 구축의 상세개발 로드맵을 완성하고자 한다.

A Study on Paper Writing Education in Academic Library (대학도서관에서의 과제 작성 교육에 관한 연구)

  • Some academic libraries have paper writing education as part of information literacy education. Paper writing education includes the following contents; choice of subject, information type and information location, information retrieval. citation and bibliography writing, plagiarism type and(a front) cover table of contents writing. This study investigated paper writing education of the academic libraries that have it. Upon investigation, the academic libraries put a high importance on information type, location and retrieval. On the other hand, they lacked of the education on citation and bibliography writing, especially plagiarism. And some of the academic libraries had not the education on a choice of subject and(a front) cover a table of contents writing. Improvement of teaching method was required. This study finding will give effective material to the academic libraries having education and will have education.

Mathematical Task Types to Enhance Creativity (창의성 신장을 위한 초등수학 과제의 유형)

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze mathematical task types to enhance creativity. Creativity is increasingly important in every field of disciplines and industries. To be excel in the 21st century, students need to have habits to think creatively in mathematics learning. The method of the research was to collect the previous research and papers concerning creativity and mathematics. To search the materials, the researcher used the search engines such as the GIL and the KISTI. The mathematical task types to enhance creativity were categorized 16 different types according to their forms and characteristics. The types of tasks include (1) requiring various strategies, (2) requiring preferences on strategies, (3) making word problems, (4) making parallel problems, (5) requiring transforming problems, (6) finding patterns and making generalization, (7) using open-ended problems, (8) asking intuition for final answers, (9) asking patterns and generalization (10) requiring role plays, (11) using literature, (12) using mathematical puzzles and games, (13) using various materials, (14) breaking patterned thinking, (15) integrating among disciplines, and (16) encouraging to change our lives. To enhance students' creativity in mathematics teaching and learning, the researcher recommended the followings: reshaping perspectives toward teaching and learning, developing and providing creativity-rich tasks, applying every day life, using open-ended tasks, using various types of tasks, having assessment ability, changing assessment system, and showing and doing creative thinking and behaviors of teachers and parents.

Analysis of Students' Cognition for Enrichment Mathematics Textbook Tasks' Levels of Cognitive Demand (심화수학 교과서 과제의 인지적 노력수준에 대한 학생 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual realization of the opportunity to learn given to students by examining students' cognition for enrichment mathematics textbook tasks' levels of cognitive demand. First, we analyze characteristics and limitations based on the theoretical framework. Second, we examine students' cognition about the distribution of the mathematics textbook tasks' levels of cognitive demand. And we analyze how the opportunity to learn actually work. Third, in the sense that enrichment textbooks are textbooks for science school students, we analyze whether the opportunity to learn for gifted is offered. The conclusion is as follows: First, with respect to levels of cognitive demand, PNC tasks account most. Second, students also cognize that PNC tasks account most. Third, tasks for gifted are not offered and students also cognize that opportunity to learn for gifted is lacked.

The Effect of Vestibular Stimulation Activity on Visual Perception among University Students in the Age of Twenties (20대 대학생에서 전정계 자극 활동이 시 지각 과제 수행에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of vestibular stimulation activity on visual perception. Methods : A total of 58 healthy adults in chungnam was participated in this study. I divided into the total 3 groups and studied. Group A was no vestibular stimulation, they sat on general chair and performed the visual perception task. Group B and C sat on general chair and ball chair respectively, after vestibular stimulation activity and they performed visual perception task. I measured the visual perception task with the time. Results : There was a significant difference between Group A and B and C. There was no significant difference between group B and C. Conclusion : The result shows that the vestibular stimulation activity is effective for an improvement in visual perception.

A Study on the Perception of Users and Experts for the Development of National Policy Information Portal Service (국립세종도서관 정책정보포털 국정과제 서비스 개발을 위한 이용자 및 전문가 인식 연구)

  • In this study, to expand and develop the policy information portal (POINT) of the National Library of Korea Sejong. This study conducted a survey and in-depth interview with government officials and policy researchers. The suggested ways to support the policy information portal (POINT) in the future. As a result of the analysis, the use of the current policy information portal service was found to be low, and it was found that improvement of information access, integrated search, and expansion of information provision data were more necessary. It was suggested that a one-stop service should be implemented to provide various information, systematic information on related data for each task, overseas trend data, core service data, promotion activation, data linkage by strengthening cooperation with various government ministries and research institutes, and easy information provision and menu composition.

An Exploration of Cognitive Demand Level in MiC Textbook based on the Tasks of 'Data Analysis and Probability' (MiC 교과서의 과제에 대한 인지적 요구 수준 탐색 -'자료 분석과 확률' 영역을 중심으로-)

  • Mathematical tasks in general introduce and deal with real-life situations, and they derive to students' thinking fluently in solving the given tasks. The tasks might be considered as an important and significant factor to lead a successful mathematical teaching and learning situation. MiC Textbook is a representative one showing such good examples and tasks. This study explores concretely and in detail the cognitive demand level of mathematical tasks, by the subject of MiC Textbook. To accomplish this, this study is to reconstruct more elaborately the analysis framework developed by Hwang and Park in 2013. The framework basically was set up utilizing 'the cognitive demand level' suggested by Stein, et, al. The cognitive demand level is divided into two levels such as low level and high level. The low level is comprized of two elements such as Memorization Tasks(MT), Procedures Without Connections Tasks(PNCT), and high level is Procedures With Connections Tasks(PWCT), and Doing Mathematics Tasks(DMT). This study deals with the tasks on the area of 'data analysis and statistics' in MiC 1, 2, 3 level Textbook. As a result, mathematical tasks of MiC Textbook led learners to deal with and understand mathematical content for themselves, and furthermore to do leading roles for checking and reinforcing the content. Also, mathematical tasks of MiC Textbook are comprized of the tasks suitable to enhance mathematical thinking ability through communication. In addition, mathematical tasks of MiC Textbook tend to offer more learning opportunity to learners' themselves while the level of MiC Textbook is going up.
