항해정보플랫폼 개발을 위한 S/W 아키텍처 설계과정 적용에 관한 연구

  • 시스템의 기술 중심적 개발은 사용자 및 이해관계자들이 개발공정을 파악하거나 개입하기 어려워, 불필요한 기능과 품질 낮은 서비스로 구현될 수 있다. 자율운항선박 항해정보플랫폼의 초기설계에 S/W 아키텍처 설계과정을 적용하면 이해관계자들의 요구기능과 서비스 품질이 반영된 시스템 개발에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 S/W 아키텍처 설계 절차를 적용하여, 요구기능 정의와 품질속성을 분석하고 속성별 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이해관계자들의 참여를 유도하여 플랫폼의 중요 요구기능과 제약사항을 도출하고, 분석결과를 목록화 하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 아키텍트는 항해정보플랫폼 아키텍처 개발에 있어 기술적 해결방안을 수립할 수 있을 것이며, 이해관계자들의 요구가 반영된 시스템 설계가 가능할 것이다.

The Effects of Fairness and Service Quality on the Loyalty in the R&D Processes: Mediation Effect of Trust (연구개발 과정에서 공정성과 서비스 품질이 충성도에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개효과)

  • Collaboration works on R&D project have many characteristics in interoranizational relationships. There are many variables on explaining the their relationships. In the previous study, I chose some relevant variables and some hypotheses. Base on service marketing theories and relationship marketing perspective I suggest 5 hypotheses. Independent variables are fairness and quality, and dependent variable is loyalty. And trust are treated as the intervening variable between the independent variables and dependent variable. To test the research model and some hypothesis empirically, I collected the data using the questionnaire. Sample size was 448, it was enough to analyze statistically. Data were analysed using the SPSS and AMOS. In the previous study, H1($fairness{\rightarrow}trust$), H2($quality{\rightarrow}trust$), H5($trust{\rightarrow}loyalty$) were accepted, but H3 and H4 were rejected. The reason H3($fairness{\rightarrow}loyalty$) and H4($quality{\rightarrow}loyalty$) were not accepted might be attributed to the fact that trust was the mediating variable between fairness and loyalty, quality and loyalty. Specific research methodologies and statistical findings from AMOS were referred in the previous study(Jeong 2018). In this study, I suggested some hypotheses on the mediating role trust between fairness and loyalty and service quality and loyalty. Using the PROCESS-macro, I found that trust was the mediating variable between fairness and loyalty as well as service quality and loyalty. This research is the complementary and extended study from previous research.

A Study of Subjective Speech Quality Measurement in VoIP (VoIP 음질의 주관적 평가에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we discuss the scale of subjective speech quality measurement over VoIP(Voice over IP) network which is a component of broadband networks. Objective parameters of multimedia services like PSNR or jitter can easily measured and defined, but these factors are not easily meet the user's perceptual recognition. We suggest the speech quality measurement scale through the subjective measurement for end-to-end speech quality composed of sender-side quality, transmission quality, receiver-side quality, which provide the degree of correctness of representation of speaker, the degree of impairment caused by various factors, the degree of recognition of processed speech, respectively. Also, we examined the proposed method and verify it's availability.

  • We survey the software faults according to the software characteristics, so we can use it to make a software testcases. We divide the software fault according to six characteristics, functionality, usability, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. We analyze the software faults to find the common factors according to the software products, also we survey the number of faults according to six characteristics. We propose the method of weight application using the relative comparison of the number of faults.

  • 현재 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 국제 표준이 새롭게 제정되어지고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질 측정을 위해서 사용하던 소프트웨어 품질 관련 국제 표준 문서인 ISO/IEC 9126을 소프트웨어 품질 측정 과정에 대한 표준 문서 ISO/IEC 14598과 함께 내용을 새롭게 정리하여 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈 SQuaRE 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질을 좀더 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 방안으로 새롭게 제정되어지고 있는 국제 표준에 대한 동향을 조사하고 국내 표준 동향 조사를 통해서 앞으로의 과제에 대하여 연구한다.

  • In the software development process, various development product are made in each phase of lifecycle. Formless software is visualized by products, and quality management is implemented by management for products. But, because standardization for products which is made in the development process is not established practically, developers use different development methodologies or documentation specifications. Therefore the reality is that quality evaluation is not implemented along standardized methodology or systematic process. In this paper, we constructed quality management system and designed and implemented analysis phase quality evaluation toolkit. We constructed quality external and internal character to evaluate software quality for quality management and constructed relational metrics and system of qualitative quantitative evaluation element items and, under these systems, we constructed quality evaluation toolkit and Implemented functions and evaluated products.

A Study on the Effect of the Information System Factors and the Organizational Factors of Venture Firms on Procedural Management Performance (벤처기업의 정보시스템 특성과 조직특성이 과정적 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information system factors and organizational factors on procedural management performance in small and medium-sized venture companies in the Seoul metropolitan area. In the previous study was conducted mainly on large companies and general SMEs. In this study, the research was conducted considering the characteristics of SMEs. The results showed that system suitability, system quality, and IT assets had a positive effect on procedural management performance, and manager perception and human resource capacity had a positive effect on procedural management performance. But the evaluation and compensation did not have a positive effect on procedural management performance. The results of this study showed almost the same results as those of the previous studies. Venture firms have poor financial ability, technology, and organizational management ability than general SMEs. However, the introduction and diffusion factors of new information systems were not significantly different from those of general SMEs.

  • A new product development and product realization process (PRP) is a circulating and feedback process by generating ideas through creative problem solving process. The early stages of PRP correspond to conceptual design and product development, in which a large portion of product life cycle cost can be saved. The optimal design method for this stage is a robust design suggested by Taguchi. Quality must be 'engineered in' since it can not be 'inspected out.' A robust design is an engineering methodology to improve the quality of a product by minimizing the efforts of variations without eliminating the causes. The objective of this study is to propose a scheme and a case study of robust design for exploring design parameters, and introduce a creative problem solving process. Major research subjects include a creative problem solving process, robust design procedure and their implementation. For the experiment of Taguchi method, a toy catapult is adopted. For the creativity development, a short project is assigned to devise a similar tool with the toy catapult. A reference model is suggested to compare and evaluate their ideas.

Scoring Method of Fingerprint Image Quality using Classified Block-level Characteristics (블록 레벨의 분류 특성을 이용한 지문 영상의 품질 측정 방법)

  • The purpose of this research is to propose a method for scoring the quality of a fingerprint image using the local information derived from the fingerprint image. In previous works for the quality measuring, most of the quality scores are related to the performance of a matching algorithm, and this makes the quality result more subjective. The quality score of a fingerprint image proposed in this work is sensor-independent, source-independent and matcher-independent one, and this concept of fingerprint sample quality results in effective improvement of the system performance. In this research, a new definition of fingerprint image quality and a new method for measuring the quality are proposed. For the experiments, several sub-databases from FVCs are used and the proposed method showed reasonable results for the test database. The proposed method can be used in various systems for the numerous purposes since the quality scores generated by the proposed method are based on the idea that the quality of fingerprint should be sensor-independent, source-independent and matcher-independent.

  • In order to enhance the understanding of social commerce which is widely spreading globally in a few years, the characteristics selecting social commerce company are analyzed by using quality function deployment(QFD) that is popular in quality management area. To achieve this purpose, this study investigates the concept, market environment, and major competitors of social commerce and interactive relationship between customer's requirements and service characteristics was uncovered by using the house of quality(HOQ) which is a method of QFD. In addition, this study proposes the conceptual model integrating analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and QFD by quantitatively evaluating the importance of customer's requirements and service characteristics.
