공항의 용량측정은 수요군의 흐름에서 발생하는 소비시간분석을 요구하며 공항체계 의 대부분 시설에서는 흐름의 시간변위를 연속대기례에 의한 비효율적방법으로 예측할수도 있으나 청사내의 여객동선에 대해서는 여러 시설을 활용하려는 여객의 선택선호로 인하여 확률적 접근이 바람직하다. 본 논문은 공항의 청사내에서 부대시설에 의하여 소비되는 여객 의 이완시간을 예측하는 모형을 개발하였다. 총이완시간은 여객이 각 시설을 이용하는 확률 과 이용시간의 기대치에 대한 함수로서 계산되었으며 정상적인 여객의 동선이 이들 시설에 의하여 영향을 받을 경우에만 정의되도록 하였다. 이 이완도는 연속된 청사의 기능시설에 대한 여객동선분포의 입력과 출력을 설명하는데 쓰이게 되며 나아가서는 청사전반의 용량산 정을 위한 지표를 제공한다. 모형 검증을 위한 자료는 매표대와 보안검사대 사이의 부대시 설을 중심으로 수집되었으며 자료의 특성과 모형의 심요성이 논의되었다.

공항 개발은 공항이 입지하는 해당 지역의 경제뿐 아니라 국가 경제에도 중요한 영향을 미친다. 공항과 그 주변에 대규모 개발과 투자가 이뤄지고 지역 특성에 맞는 다양한 시설이 들어서게 돼 부동산 시장 파급 효과도 크다.

본 연구의 목적은 공항 내 혁신시설에 대한 공항이용객의 평가를 통해 혁신적 서비스 양상과 기틀을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 소비행동의 관점에서 공항이용객의 추구 혜택, 지각된 혁신성, 수용 의도, 구조화에 대한 욕구 등 4가지 개념의 이론에 근거하여 수행되었다. 공항의 혁신시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 299명 성인을 대상으로 2022년 7월 5일부터 9일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 공항이용객의 추구혜택과 수용의도 간의 관계에서 공항이용객의 지각된 혁신성의 매개효과 및 공항 이용객의 추구혜택과 지각된 혁신성 간의 관계에서 구조화에 대한 욕구의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공항이용객의 추구 혜택은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 지각된 혁신성은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공항 이용객의 욕구에 근거하여 혁신적인 기능을 향상시켜야 함을 시사한다.

In modern society the population of disabled goes on increasing rapidly not only in congenital deformities but also in acquired handicapped persons due to various factors such as car accidents and industrial disaster. And the number of disabled passengers in airports is growing every year with economic growth and globalization in Korea as well. That is the reason why the effort to the convenient facilities for the disabled in airports is needed more. The real situation in airports which are the public buildings is that the effort to install the facilities for the disabled is only perfunctory to meet the legal standard and cannot answer to the expectation of the facilities for the disabled. In this study I would like to give the airport operators the guide line to expand the facilities and the disabled an opportunity to use airports more freely and conveniently through the presentation on the problems and solutions with the current situation of the facilities for the disabled and the satisfaction of users in all airports in Korea.

전라남도 여수시 율촌면 신풍리의 여수공항. 90년 한국공항공사가 여수지사를 설립한 이후 95년 공항시설 확장공사에 들어간 여수공항이 지난 11월 25일 신여객청사를 개관했다. 여수공항의 확장공사는 외관의 크기만 늘어나는 것이 아니다. 내부의 전등기기, 기계실 기기 등을 고효율기기를 활용하여 '에너지 절감'의 효과도 잡아내고 있다. 새로워진 모습으로 국제화를 위해 비상할 여수공항을 찾았다.

(주)한진중공업 컨소시엄 인천공항사업소는 인천국제공항 여객터미널, 탑승동 신축공사에 참여해 사업을 성공적으로 마무리한 데 이어 개항 후에는 공항시설의 유지관리 업무를 맡아 공항의 안정적인 운영에 기여를 하고 있다. 인천국제공항에서 이곳 사업소가 차지하고 있는 비중은 상당하다. 주요 시설물의 관리운영 및 유지보수를 철저히 시행하여 각 시설물들이 완벽한 성능과 기능을 유지토록 하고 있는 것. 사실상 공항 관련기관 관계자 및 상주직원, 공항 이용객 등이 사업소 덕분에 공항을 안전하고 편안하게 이용하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 빈틈없는 안전관리로 공항을 찾는 사람들에게 행복과 기쁨을 선사하고 있는 이곳 사업소의 안전관리자 박영재 대리를 만나봤다.

Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport are planned to merge in 2021 while the aviation market is suffering an unprecedented prolonged crisis due to COVID-19 and therefore it is necessary to revitalize the airport to keep up with the passenger's demands. The study conducts an empirical research survey on the passengers of both airports regarding the importance, satisfaction, and overall satisfaction to derive a strategic marketing direction. The results show that to establish a strategic marketing direction, an urgent improvement is required for all "Commercial Facility and Diversity," "Rest Facility and Comfort," "Facilities for the Transportation Vulnerable," "Latest Facility" factors, and "Air Route Diversity." On the other hand, it is required to stop further investing and improving in "Publicity and Marketing" and "Flight Schedule". The results of this study demonstrate academic and practical importance through the comparison of two IPA models, based on Gwangju Airport and Muan International Airport before their integration, to provide substantive and meaningful marketing strategies.
