This paper covers the development process of multimedia evaluation system, especially focused on customer satisfactory factors while customers navigating net-based Interactive multimedia system. Customers usually experience new level of interaction cased by newly developed web-based technology In ordinary multimedia system. However, if it gives customers satisfactory experience is a matter of question. To find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and interactivity factors exposed by multimedia system, a model has been developed which describes the structure of web-based multimedia system and its relation to customer satisfactory factors. Five different experiments, including 'semantic differential', 'focus group interview', and 'expert review', has been conducted and four customer satisfactory factors were identified. Those are 'customery value', 'structural perfectness', 'visual perfectness', and 'contemporaneity'. With these factors and newly delveoped evaluation system, 7 different web-site has been evaluated and analyzed at the end of this report.

공중무선랜은 오늘날 빠르게 증가하고 있는 무선인터넷 서비스에서 빠른 전송속도와 저렴한 설치비용 등으로 빠르게 성장하고 있는 중요한 기반요소로 평가되고 있다. 하지만 무선랜 시장에 대한 기대 뒤에는 보안에 대한 우려 또한 높아지고 있으며 로밍이나 핸드오버에 대한 수요가 커지고 있으나 실제로는 서비스 반경이 작고, 간섭에 의해 서비스 품질을 보장하기 어려우며 사용자 인증, 접근제어, 과금 부분에 있어 믿을 만한 초기 단말 인증이 보장되지 않아 도메인간 연동 문제가 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제를 보완하여 초고속 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 Mobile IP 기반 로밍 및 핸드오버에 대한 기반 기술 및 Mobile IP에 적용되는 사용자 인증 서비스에 대한 기반기술인 802.1x를 비롯하여 802.11f, Mobile IP등을 고려하여 이동성이 보장된 공중 무선랜 서비스를 위한 인증 방안을 제안하고 검증하며 제안된 방안은 차후로 ALL-IP 기반의 차세대 3G 이동통신망에서 이용될 수 있는 AAA 방안으로 확장하여 적용이 가능한 AAA 모델의 기반기술이 될 것이다.

분산 컴퓨팅 기술 및 전기통신 기술의 발달과 새로운 서비스에 대한 이용자 요구로 공중망은 다양한 서비스를 개방 망 환경에서 수용하고 있다. 또한, WWW에 의해 컴퓨터통신의 수요는 ATM기반의 공중망 서비스의 필요성을 증대시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 기술과 전기통신기술이 통신망 구조에 융합된 공중망인 TINA의 서비스 관리 시스템을 구현 시 고려해야 할 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하고, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 객체지향 응용 프로그램과 데이터 저장소 사이의 투명한 인터페이스를 제공하는 객체 관리 시스템(Object Management System: OMS) 구조를 제안한다. 또한 서로 다른 저장소에 저장되어 있는 객체들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여, 메타데이터를 이용한 OMS-metaData Registry(OMS-MDR)를 제안한다. 제안된 구조는 TINA의 서비스 관리를 위한 객체 지향 응용 어플리케이션을 개발하는데 적용하였다.

This paper was studied on influence analysis of Telecommunications Network in Electronic Government. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The five kinds of telecommunications network influence in Electronic Government is National Information Infrastructure Networt, Local Area Network, Integrated Services Digital Network Public Switched Telephone Network, and Cable TV Network. The five kinds of telecommunications network service influence in Electronic Government is Telecommuting Service, Internet Service, PC Telecommunications Networt Video Conference Service and Electronic Data Interchange Service. The five kinds of telecommunications influence in Electronic Government is as follow: First Telecommuting Service must be Constructed. Second, Public Administration Service must be improved. Third. citizen must be participated in decision making. Fourth, Public Administration duty service must be digitalizing. Fifth, Video Conference Service must be improved.

기존의 공중전기 통신망들이 B-ISDN으로 통합, 발전되어 가는 과정에서 경제성 및 효율성 등의 이유로 인해 필연적으로 기존망과 연동과정이 필요하게 되며, 이러한 B-ISDN 통신망의 연동계획은 가능한 최적의 통신망 진화전략에 부합되어야 하고, 다양한 기술의 응용 가능성을 제한하지 않도록 수립되어야 하며, 또한 기존망의 기능을 수용하면서 구현될 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 B-ISDN과 N-ISDN의 망간 연동 프로토콜을 설계하고 설계한 프로토콜을 워크스테이션 상에서 구현하였으며, 구현한 프로토콜이 표준 규격과 일치하게 동작하는지 테스트하기 위하여 적합성 테스트 중 오류 검출 능력이 우수한 국부시험 방법을 이용하여 구현된 프로토콜이 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) provides underlying structure to transfer, store and processing management information which are necessary for Telecommunication network and service management. The application of TMN is widely applicable to Analogue telecommunication network Public and private network switching system, Transmission system, Telecommunication related software and logical telecommunication network resource management and others. This paper consider TMN as one System Under Test(SW), and propose a new TMN test architecture, besides existing simulation based test method, which is able to test, on the basis of standardized testing procedure and testing method, directly with test system. There are several fields in protocol testing and one of them is protocol conformance testing which is defined in ISO/IEC 9646 series and it has twin document as ITU X.290 series. To apply this standardized procedure on TMN testing it is prerequisite to devise a new TMN testing architecture and set up testing procedures according to the new architecture.

MPEG-2는 영상회의에서 HDTV까지 광범위하게 활용되는 국제 동영상 부호화 표준이다. MPEG-2 표준에 맞게 압축된 신호는 유선 통신망이나 공중파를 통하여 전송이 되는데, 특히 공중파 전송과정에 채널의 상태에 따라 전송 오류가 발생된다. 이로 인해 수신단에서 복호할 때, 영상의 화질 열화, 오류 전파둥 영상의 출력에 영향을 미치는 것들이 존재하게 된다. 특히 전송 자료 중에서 헤더 정보는 영상의 출력에 중요한 정보를 가지고 있어 오류 발생 시에는 영상의 출력에 심각한 영향을 주는 것이 대부분인데, 아직까지 헤더에서의 오류 검출(detection) 및 정정(correction)에는 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 비디오 비트스트림의 헤더부분에 전송 오류가 발생할 경우 오류를 검출하고 정정하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

In recent high-speed data moderns for use over PSTN or leased line, the data compression technique based on CCITT V.42bis Recommendation is of popular use along sith CCITT V.42 error control function. A remaining concern to advanced-application users is the protection against unintended eavesdropping. This paper proposes the architectural model on how the security mechanism should be adopted into the above mentioned error-correction/data compression moderns. Also, the functional definitions and the operational procedures are described in detail for possible implementation.
