공정설계는 설계와 가공에 대한 지식을 갖고 있는 사람이 부품설계 도면의 정보를 이용, 생산 현장에서 소재를 부품으로 가공하기 위하여 필요한 가공정보들을 수집, 검토하여 상세한 작업지시를 준비하는 일련의 활동이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 공정설계는 제품을 경제적, 효율적으로 생산하는데 필요한 체계적인 결정방식이며, 설계와 가공사이의 정보흐름을 원활하게 하여 제조공정상의 교량역할을 하는 핵심적인 부분이므로, 본 논문에서는 첨단생산시스템을 구현하기 위한 차세대가공시스템의 소과제중 하나인 "지적공정계획기술" 과제에서 기존에 상용화된 CAD/CAM(Compu-ter Aided Design / Manufacturing)시스템을 이용하여 설계와 가공의 정보를 체계화하고 지식 베이스화하여 설계정보가 생산현장까지 이어질 수 있도록 개발중인 컴퓨터를 이용한 공정설계자동화시스템(CAPP : Computer Aided Process Planning)에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 용해공정을 위한 실시간 퍼지 전문가 시스템을 소개한다. 유리 용해 공정은 운전자의 경험지식에 의해 내부의 상황을 판단하게되고, 이는 용해로 수명과 제품의 품질에 중요한 영향을 준다. 기존 운전자의 지식을 분석하여 룰을 형성하고, 시스템에 맞도록 구현한 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 퍼지 전문가 시스템은 실제 용해로의 생산공정에 효율적으로 적용되었다.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, and the moderating effect of Convergence Federation in Small & Medium Business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 481 establishments located in Kangwon-do, Chungpuk-do, Kyunggi-do, Kyungpuk-do province and so on. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis are applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, 2) the moderating effects of Convergence Federation's participation on the relationship between knowledge management and innovation. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and application showed to be positively related with all innovation activities(organization innovation, human resource innovation, product innovation, and quality innovation). Second, Convergence Federation's participation strengthened the positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and product innovation, and it did also the positive relationship between knowledge application and product innovation.

This study examines the relationship between firms' external search strategy and their innovation performance. In addition to revisiting the relationship between open search strategy and product innovation, we further extend the impact of use of external knowledge sources to process and organizational innovation. Using the 2010 Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) of manufacturing firms, we report that on average, venture firms search more widely (external search breadth) and deeply (external search depth) across a variety of external search channels than non-venture firms. We then further explore the impact of venture and non-venture firms' use of external search strategies on innovation performance. We find that both searching widely and deeply increase the likelihood of non-venture firm's successes in product, process and organizational innovation. Similar results can be found for the venture firm's success in organizational innovation. However, only searching deeply increases the likelihood of venture firms' success in product and process innovation.

화학 공정에서의 이상 진단 시스템 개발 및 응용에 대한 연구는 지난 5년간 많은 발전이 이루어졌다. 화학 공정의 본질적인 특성으로 대형 시스템, 비선형 특성, 모델링 자체의 어려움, 공정 변수의 large dead time 및 복잡한 인과 관계등을 들수 있으며, 이러한 어려움에도 불구하고 적절한 이상 진단 시스템의 중요성을 인식하여, 초기에는 주로 rule-based approach가 도입되어 현장에서의 조업에 많은 도움을 주었었다. 그러나 개발 기간의 단축화, 개발 과정의 표준화 뿐 아니라 개발된 시스템 자체의 일관성 등을 위하여 체계적인 접근 방법이 필요하게 되었으며, 그중 지식 베이스 합성 문제는 그 동안 활발하게 연구되어 오고 있는 분야이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기호화된 정성적인 정보를 얻기위한 기존의 실험 방법의 한계를 극복하고자 동적 모사를 이용하여 정량적인 정보로부터 정성적인 정보를 생성시키는 방법론에 대해 연구하였다. CSTR(Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor)에서 나타날수 있는 이상의 종류에 대한 동적 모사를 수행하여 이상 진단 시스템을 위한 지식이 생성되는 과정을 보였다.

인공 지능의 주요 분야 중 하나의 전문가시스템 기술은 현재 산업현장에서 여러 가지 분야의 문제해결에 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 축 대칭 원통형 제품의 deep drawing 공정 설계를 위한 전문가시스템 DOX(Deep drawing Opertion eXpert)의 개발에 관한 것이다. 시스템의 입력은 원통형 제품의 형상 정보와 재질 정보이며 자동 인식 또는 수동입력의 방법으로 입력된다. 시스템은 이러한 정보를 받아들여 deep drawing 공정설계에 필요한 다수의 요소들을 결정하며, 최종결과로서 process layout 도면을 CAD 시스템에서 자동 출력한다. 개발된 전문가시스템의 지식베이스는 산업 분야 전문가의 전문 지식과 경험지식을 획득, 분석하여 구성하였으며, 추론 전략으로는 규칙기반추론(rule-based reasoning)을 이용하였다.

In a rapidly changing corporate environment, the relationship among organizational justice, job attitude, and cynicism as factors influencing exit, voice, loyalty, and neglect that can promote the performance improvement of organizational members was analyzed with the PLS (Partial Least Squares) structural equation in two stage approach. Organizational justice constitutes a formative secondary factor by the first order of distributional justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, and job attitude is a formative secondary factor of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. We analyze the direct and indirect effects by mediating relationships of cynicism and job attitude on the factors such as exit, voice, loyalty, and neglect. From the perspectives of knowledge management, we analyzed how the perception of organizational justice affects the overall performance of the organization through the improvement of the employees' performance.

이 가이드는 골판지포장산업 현장 전문가 및 골판지 포장산업 관련 업체들의 도움으로 만들어졌으며, 골판지 생산 현장에서 나타나는 불량 및 문제들을 크게 네 부분 - 제판 시 문제, 인쇄 시 문제, 타발공정 상 문제, 완전공정 및 상자 봉합 시 문제등으로 나누어 각각의 원인과 대책을 설명하였다. 또한 이 가이드는 골판지 제조 공정에서 나타나는 문제(불량원인)등에 대한 명명, 정의 그리고 그 대책을 위한 기본적인 지식을 제공할 것이다. 그러나 현 골판지 제조 공정의 모든 문제점을 이 가이드에서 제공되는 방법으로 모두 해결할 수는 없을 것이다. 다만 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 더욱 완벽한 지식 및 기술의 축적이 이루어지고 그것이 널리 퍼져서 전체 골판지포장산업 발전의 밑거름이 되고자 한다. 이 가이드는 TAPPI에서 출판한 Corrugating Defect / Remedy Manual(6판)을 한국화학연구원 선입연구원인 성용주 박사가 맡아 번역할 예정이며 번역이 완료되는 대로 TAPPI와 저작권 문제를 협의하여 단행본으로 출판할 예정이다. 따라서 골판지 포장관련 종사자들의 관심과 애정 어린 충고를 부탁드리며, 조금이나마 골판지포장산업의 진일보된 기술의 발전이 있기를 기대해본다
