The certification for Smart Factory supoort successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of manufacturing process. In Korea, these standards are prepared as the national standards since 2015, and also, there are actions being taken to adpot the certification for Smart Factory. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about Smart Factory. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of atakeholders' perception for the adoption of Smart Factory certification given the circumstance that the cetitification is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. This study will be provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of Smart Factory certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.

The steel structure fabrication plant certification program was enacted as a part of the construction technology management act, article 24-3, to improve the quality of steel construction after the decay falling accident of Seongsu Bridge in 1994. However, the national certification program for structural precast concrete that is a prefabricated construction products produced by casting concrete in plant is not implemented yet. So, to introduce the proper certification system for precast concrete, the quality certification programs of North America, Europe and Japan are surveyed. In North America, the organizations that manage the plant certification programs are PCI, NPCA, CPCI and so on. Sales of precast concrete elements in Europe are governed by the construction products regulation 305/2011. Therefore, CE marking is mandatory from July 2013 for all construction products including precast concrete. In Japan, precast concrete products used in civil engineering are certificated by JIS mark, product certification system and plants for manufacturing precast concrete building elements are audited by Japan Prefabricated Construction Suppliers and Manufacturers Association. Based on these survey studies, in this paper is described an adaptation of precast concrete plant certification to comport with the certification system in Korea.

사료공장, 도계장, 가공공장 등 양계와 관련된 산업의 대부분이 HACCP를 도입하여 소비자의 요구에 맞는 양계산물을 공급하는 가운데 지난 2008년부터 양계장에도 HACCP가 도입되면서 많은 농장들이 HACCP인증을 받기 위한 노력에 박차를 가하고 있다. 본고는 지난 12월 3일 산란종계장으로서는 처음으로 HACCP인증을 받고 위생적인 종란생산을 통해 병아리를 공급하고 있는 아인농장(대표 이광식)을 찾았다.

CJ제일제당 안산공장은 전당과 전분당 등을 생산하고 있는 식품소재 제조사업장이다. 업종 특성상 폭발 등의 사고가 일어날 수 있고, 전도, 협착, 추락 등의 재해 발생 가능성도 높은 편이다. 실제로 이곳은 지난 2007까지 매년 사고가 발생하면서 골머리를 앓았다. 밀폐된 공간에서의 사망사고, 협착사고, 추락사고, 지게차 사고 등 사고유형도 다양했다. 하지만 지금 이곳은 무재해 5배수 기록을 달성한 사업장으로 지역사회에 큰 귀감이 되고 있다. KOSHA18001 인증, PSM 인증 등 안전시스템 구축과 교육체계의 확립, 안전관리자의 열정, 그리고 한번 해보자는 임직원들의 관심 어린 참여가 어우러져 나타난 결과다. 여기에 한 가지 더. 이곳이 무재해 사업장으로 자리 잡을 수 있었던 것에는 안세천 공장장의 안전경영이 큰 몫을 했다. 안전에 대한 확고한 신념을 가지고, 안전사고 예방을 철저히 강조하고 있는 안세천 공장장을 만나봤다.

UL(Underwriters Laboratories Inc)은 미국의 대표적인 비영리 민간 안전시험기관이다. UL마크는 세계적으로 권위가 있다. 특히 미국내에서 소비자인지도 및 주정부의 강제적용에 힘입어 UL인증없이는 시장 유통이 어려운 실정이다. 공산품에 대한 단체 임의 인증 마크로서 전기, 전자제품, 건축재료, 해양장비(선박)등을 대상으로 화재, 폭발관련 안전성 시험에 합격하고 공장심사 및 사후관리 협정을 맺은후 마크가 부여 된다.
