마이크로어레이 기술은 근래에 개발된 신기술로써 동시에 수천-수만 개의 유전자 발현을 측정할 수 있어 다양한 생물학적 연구에 이용되고 있다. 여러 단계의 실험 과정과 이를 통해 얻은 다량의 데이터를 처리하기 위해서는 이를 효율적으로 관리. 저장, 분석할 수 있는 통할 정보 관리 시스템을 필요로 한다. 현재 외국에서는 몇몇 관리시스템이 개발되어 있고. 국내에서도 WEMA 등이 있지만 아직 데이터 관리부분에 기능이 치우쳐 있다. 따라서 우리는 복잡한 자료구조를 가지는 마이크로어레이의 실험 정보와 각 단계별 처리 정보 등을 사용자의 관점에서 효과적이고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있고, 데이터 정규화 및 다양한 통계적 분석 기능을 갖춰 불필요한 시간과 비용을 줄임으로써 마이크로어레이 연구에 도움을 주고자 통합 분석관리 시스템 cMAMS (cDNA Microarray Analysis and Management System)를 개발하였다. 웹 기반으로 구현된 cMAMS는 데이터를 저장, 관리하는 부분과 데이터를 분석하는 부분, 그리고 모든 관련 점보가 저장되는 데이터베이스 부분으로 구성되어 있다 데이터관리부분에서는 WEMA의 계층적 데이터구조론 도입해 관리의 효율성을 높이고 시스템의 이용자를 시스템운영자, 프로젝트관리자, 일반사용자로 구분하여 데이터 접근을 제한함으로써 보안성을 높였다. 통계처리 언어 R로 구현된 데이터분석 부분은 7 단계의 다양한 분석(전처리 정규화, 가시화, 군집분석. 판별분석, 특이적 발현 유전자 선뿐, 마이크로어레이 간의 상판분석)이 가능하도록 구현하였고, 분석결과는 데이터베이스에 저장되어 추후에 검토 및 연구자간의 공유가 가능하도록 하였다. 데이터베이스는 실험정보가 저장된 데이터베이스, 분석결과가 저장된 데이터베이스, 그리고 유전자 정보 탐색을 위한 데이터베이스로 분류해 데이터를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있게 하였다. 본 시스템은 LiNUX를 운영체계로 하고 데이터베이스는 MYSQL로 하여 JSP, Perl. 통계처리 언어인 R로 구현되었다.

Stateless computing supports a mobility of computing environment easily. It is becoming a major technology for securing personal user's information on shared computing environment. With the advance of virtualization technology and cloud computing, stateless computing is an essential part of personal computing environment connectivity (user's setting and data is stored in remote server or some storage, and it can be restored at any computing environment) In this paper, we propose uPC player that supports stateless computing execution environment on Windows. uPC player provides Windows operating system to user by using an uPC OS virtualization module. In this paper, we leverage how uPC player is designed and implemented for supporting a stateless computing execution environment. uPC player provides a desktop switch between host-system execution environment and uPC virtual execution environment. And it needs just one second for loading uPC virtual execution environment by using OS virtualization-based technique.

In multi agent systems, various inter agent communication models have been proposed, and, especially, there are several group communication schemes proposed so far, where some schemes guarantees transparent communication among the agents. However, in mobile agent environments, we require new group communication schemes that consider topology changes caused by mobile agent migrations. Also, these group communication schemes should be secure in order for them to be practical. In this paper, we propose a secure group communication scheme using the hierarchical overlay ring structure of mobile agents. The proposed scheme uses the ring channel in order to cope adaptively with the change of ring topology. The ring channel has basic information for construction of the ring and is managed only by the mobile agent platforms. Therefore, each mobile agent need not directly handle the ring channel and it can perform group communication without any consideration on the change of the ring topology.

This paper describes an efficient hardware design of key wrap/unwrap algorithm for security layer of WiBro system. The key wrap/unwrap core (WB_KeyWuW) is based on AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm, and performs encryption/decryption of 128bit TEK (Traffic Encryption Key) with 128bit KEK (Key Encryption Key). In order to achieve m area-efficient implementation, two design techniques are considered; First, round transformation block within AES core is designed using a shared structure for encryption/decryption. Secondly, SubByte/InvSubByte blocks that require the largest hardware in AES core are implemented by using field transformation technique. As a result, the gate count of the WB_KeyWuW core is reduced by about 25% compared with conventional LUT (Lookup Table)-based design. The WB_KeyWuW con designed in Verilog-HDL has about 14,300 gates, and the estimated throughput is about $16{\sim}22-Mbps$ at 100-MHz@3.3V, thus the designed core can be used as an IP for the hardware design of WiBro security system.

Online service has been emphasized in various studies for content uses and diffusion of cultural heritage domain. This study purports to investigate the status of contents organization and information services for online cultural heritage services and to suggest improvement directions. This study conducted case studies and expert interviews based on contents, search systems, additional services, and expansion services. It also suggested an integrated information retrieval service for cultural heritage contents as well as the provision of high-quality content and various types of contents. The flexibility of the search function through the content hierarchy, the expansion of access points through the construction of controlled vocabulary, and authority data were also focused. As an additional service, the study proposed a curation-based, user-customized service, data sets open and share, and user participation.

The handicapped are so desperate for other's help, but it is not enough. The number of social workers who offers help for the handicapped has annually increased, it is still not enough of these compared to the number of the handicapped. And then volunteers are needed information to service about welfare centers and the procedure. In this paper, we developed offering help and information of welfare android application for the handicapped of the vulnerable class of the society. This application was developed for the handicapped who are in need of help and the volunteers who want to help the handicapped. It basically displays position of welfare centers surrounding user on Google map. The handicapped who needs help of another indicates their current position with messages, the handicapped positions are displayed for volunteers. In addition, we developed bulletin board to be transaction and swapping for assisting device information.

Due to the simplicity of communication structure using RS-232 and RS-422, the majority ships have still adapted on these communication interfaces and have constructed their own communication network in the ship. NMEA-0183 is the one of standards for BNWAS(Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System) and currently being used in many countries. BNWAS utilises diverse sensor devices, GPS, AIS and so on for monitoring the status of ships and their deployments and environmental information(temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction, water temperature/current etc…). This paper proposes the use of any image sensors in NMEA-0183 environment and verifies possibility with certain video qualities through the experiment results. Furthermore the paper gathers videos and monitors the change of their qualities depending on the number of NMEA messages on RS-232 communication link. Finally we make conclusion that our proposal is sufficiently appropriate for ship monitoring system in the NMEA-0183.

This paper investigates how narrative folk songs have been transmitted and enjoyed through literature data and field research, and discusses their educational significance. Narrative folk songs have changed from songs that were enjoyed by common women to songs enjoyed by upper class men according to the times. They have ranged from tragic songs lamenting hardships to comic songs that relieve oppression, depending on the performance situation. Moreover, narrative folk songs have been enjoyed through media transmission beyond traditional custom. Narrative folk songs have not been enjoyed in one fixed way, but rather in various ways depending on the situation, so they have functioned to enable common women, who are their main singers, to share emotions, communicate, and maintain their community. Therefore, in literature education, narrative folk songs can be used as very appropriate materials for learners to reflect on themselves, communicate with others and contribute to desirable community life. By experiencing the various ways of enjoying narrative folk songs, learners will be able to grow into subjects who actively solve their own problems and those of their communities.

Slaves have been investigated around diaries or slave ownership papers of nobilities up to now. While slaves were described in tales or stories on loyal slaves or historic tales, slaves were not sufficiently examined. This paper analyzed the actual awareness on slaves through the description on slaves in Chinese poem. It was generally very difficult to deal with young slaves because young slaves were included in the lowest class without education and not an adult. The fugitive slaves were loss of labor and brought the emotional betrayal. There were spells to make fugitive slaves return. The sense of loss was nearly same in the death of slaves as in the death of family members. The longer the slaves lived with owners, the greater the sense of loss was. However, the difference of awareness on slaves per period was not identified in this paper. It can be identified only by fully examining more data on slaves. It will be the theme of further study.

Proptech, which has applied information technology to the real estate market, is leading real estate transaction innovation by presenting various value creation models. This study categorizes and understands values that are created and shared in proptech-based businesses, and develops evaluation data that reflects the relative importance of individual value areas. To this end, the dimension of value creation of proptech was hierarchically constructed, and the degree of relative value creation of the sub-industries of the proptech industry was evaluated. In order to grasp the relative importance of the proposed indicators, AHP analysis was conducted for industry and academic experts. In the first stage, intangible values, relational values, and advanced values were presented. It was derived as weights between indicators through two-way comparison. This study aims to improve and develop the value-creation capability of the entire Korean proptech ecosystem in the future by evaluating the value-created competence of each sector of the proptech industry.
