Recent popularity of smart devices and social media seem to increase much interests on social learning, Despite of positive expectation on technology-based social learning, there are not many successful cases and practices of how to apply hands-on technologies and measure educational results. In this study, we tried to promote idea-sharing among learners in a classroom using web-based peer-review of assignments on a specific topic. Then we investigated effects of idea-sharing among learners in terms of individual knowledge construction. Experimental results show that idea-sharing promotes knowledge convergence and divergence, and then knowledge construction at learner's own.

SCORM은 웹 환경에 존재하는 다양한 학습관리시스템 간에 표준화 된 컨텐츠 모델을 제시함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 호환성을 보장하고 재사용성을 높이고자 하는 표준이다. 하지만 기존의 SCORM 기반학습관리시스템은 학습 리소스의 공유를 위한 기반은 제공하지만 학습 컨텐츠의 세부적인 학습 내용과 학습 문맥을 표현하고, 이를 공유할 수 있는 방안은 제시해 주지 못한다.본 논문에서는 지식 관리 기술인 시맨틱 웹의 RDF를 사용하여 학습 메타데이터를 표현하고, 이를 통합 관리할 수 있는 학습 메타 데이터 관리 서비스를 기존 학습관리시스템과 연동될 수 있는 모듈로서 제안한다. 또한 SCO에 포함될 수 있는 RDF기반 특징정보 파일을 정의하고, 저장된 학습 메타데이터를 SOAP 프로토콜을 통하여 외부 학습관리시스템과 공유할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.이를 기반으로 교수자는 학습 주제와 관련된 컨텐츠를 검색하여 새로운 학습 컨텐츠를 제작 할 수 있으며, 학습자는 의미 기반 검색을 통하여 다양한 학습 컨텐츠와 능동적인 학습 환경을 체험 할 수 있다.

최근 디지털 기술의 발달로 인해 디지털 캠코더, 디지털 카메라 등의 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기가 증가하고 있고, 이러한 휴대용 장치를 위한 저장 장치로 낸드 플래시가 많이 사용된다. 이러한 장치는 고화질 미디어 컨텐츠 녹화 기능을 제공하고, 녹화된 영상물은 대용량 파일 형태로 저장된다. 대용량 파일의 필요한 부분만을 편집하여 재 저장하기 위해서는 새로운 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문은 낸드 플래시 메모리 전용 파일 시스템인 YAFFS를 사용하는 멀티미디어 휴대 장치에서 멀티미디어 파일을 고속으로 편집하고 동시에 필요한 저장 공간 소모를 최소화 하는 기법을 제안한다. 동영상 파일 편집 후 저장에 있어서 현재의 낸드 플래시 파일 시스템들은 편집 내용을 빈 공간에 새로 저장하기 때문에, 대용량의 파일일수록 많은 시간과 저장 공간이 소모 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 동영상 편집 후 파일 간에 중복되는 데이터를 새로 저장하지 않고 공유하도록 하면서 소모되는 시간과 공간을 최소화 한다. 이를 위해 파일 간 공유 되는 데이터를 관리하는 페이지 공유 맵을 설계하고 이를 이용한 동영상 고속 편집 저장 기법을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social enterprise's shared value creation on corporate performance and to develop policy measures to enhance competitiveness of social enterprises. The main results and implications are as follows. First, according to the general characteristics of social enterprises, the difference between shared value creation and organizational performance was not statistically significant. In other words, although the social enterprise has various organizational characteristics, it does not differ from the shared value creation or the organizational performance that it creates. The rapid increase of social enterprises led to a rapid increase in various types of social enterprises, but there is no difference between shared value creation and organizational performance. Second, the results of analyzing the impact of shared value creation on the organizational performance of social enterprises revealed that social performance was statistically significant influenced by re-recognition of product market and regional cluster among sub-factors of shared value creation. Among the sub-factors of social enterprise's economic performance, the re-recognition of the product market had a statistically significant effect on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises. Among the sub-factors of shared value creation. In the future, it will be necessary to make effort to improve corporate performance by introducing the concept of shared value creation for social enterprise and making policy efforts to activate it.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, interest in outdoor leisure activities is growing. Among outdoor leisure activities, marine sports can be seen as having good conditions to enjoy in Korea. In the case of yachting among marine sports, a number of yacht experience programs have recently been operated centered on Gwanganli and Suyeong Bay in Busan. This yacht experience is an attractive tourism product that can be enjoyed casually, and can bring stress relief to many users. This study tried to verify the effect of the attractiveness of the yacht experience on the stress recovery based on the tourists' experiences using the yacht experience tour. In addition, we tried to verify the intention of revisiting the yacht experience or sharing it with others through SNS through this stress recovery. In addition, as a moderator variable, the difference between the MZ generation and other generations, which use SNS more actively than other generations, was presented and its significance was verified. The survey of this study was conducted online for tourists who experienced yacht experience in Busan. As a result of the analysis, among the attractive factors of the yacht experience, the program, landscape, facilities and service was found to have a significant influence on the users' stress recovery, and satisfaction through stress recovery had a significant effect on the intention to revisit and to share the SNS. In the verification of the moderating effect according to age, a generational difference in revisit intention between the MZ generation and other generations was confirmed. Through this study, it was suggested that various programs of yacht experience should be developed to induce users to revisit, and various marketing using SNS should be carried out.

EIA consultation is a final decision-making process that enables a variety of stakeholders to participate in and to share important information about the expected environmental impacts caused by development projects. However, this process is often undermined through re-consultation processes by significant changes in the proposed plans. EIA re-consultation is a necessary process when an approved plan needs to be changed for a variety of importantreasons including the changes of land use, delay of construction, and surrounding environments. EIA re-consultation is also important to resolve conflicts among stakeholders and to respond flexibly to unexpected changes in surrounding environment. This study aims to analyze the operation status and the problems of current institutional systems of EIA re-consultation, and to draw implications by reviewing institutional systems of other countries such as U.S. EU, Scotland, and Japan. On the basis of the previous analysis, we propose recommendations to improve the existing EIA re-consultation process. We expect this study helps understand operation status and problems of EIA re-consultation, and provides meaningful implications to improve the existing institutional systems and practice of re-consultation.

The domestic threat information sharing system to deal with various security threats in the rapidly changing cyber environment needs to be improved. In this study, to solve these problems and promote the activation of threat information sharing, we derive a research model based on the value-based containment model (VAM) for vital factors in information sharing. After conducting a Ricardian 5-point survey on a total of 204 individuals, the statistical results of the first 151 individuals were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS, and the statistical results of the second 204 individuals were analyzed using R-Studio. As a result, perceivability was found to have a significant impact as a core factor in the activation of cyber threat information sharing (β=0.405, p<0.01), and the hindrance factor was analyzed as innovation resistance (β=-0.152, p<0.01). Microscopically, the obtained results can be applied to factor analysis for activating information sharing of cyber threats by companies in the future, and macroscopically, they can contribute to the foundational development of a national cyber threat response system.

본 논문에서는 합법적인 지식 표현이 그것을 사용하는 응용 시스템과 완전히 독립적이 되어야 한다는 점에 대해서 논의한다. 이것은 동형 표현을 제공해 주고 지식베이스 유지보수를 더 쉽게 하며 오류를 줄여줄 뿐만 아니라 몇몇 지식 기반 시스템에서 합법적인 지식을 공유하고 재사용하기 위한 필요조건이다. 본 논문에서는 지식 베이스의 재사용을 위한 향상된 지식 표현을 위해 하이브리드 지식 표현 접근방법을 제안한다. 이것은 합법적인 표현 컴포넌트를 공통 용어로 사용하여 컴포넌트에 연결함에 의해서 응용시스템의 표현 컴포넌트와 통합한다. 때때로 이와 같은 통합이 응용시스템의 제어 흐름 요구사항에 따르지 않는 경우도 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 일방적인 의존성을 도입해서 재사용되어지는 지식 베이스가 변경되지 않도록 하는 해결책을 제안한다. 또한 지식 기반 의사결정 지원 시스템에서 합법적인 지식베이스를 통합하기 위한 응용을 논의하여 제안하는 접근방법을 설명한다.

최근 소프트웨어 위기를 극복하기 위한 객체지향 개발 방법론의 한계성이 나타남에 따라, 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 공학에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 효율적인 컴포넌트 재사용을 위해서는, 컴포넌트 개발 시 하나의 컴포넌트 개발에 집중하기보다는 공통된 특징을 공유하는 컴포넌트 패밀리 개발에 초점 을 맞추어 야 한다. 본 논문에서 는 컴포넌트 패밀리 구축을 위한 도메인 공학과 특성 모델(Feature Model)을 기반으로, XML 명세서를 받아들여 사용자가 원하는 컴포넌트를 자동 생성하는 컴포넌트 코드 생성기와 재사용 프로세스를 제안한다. 컴포넌트 재사용자가 특정 컴포넌트 패밀리 의 특성 모델에 서 필요한 특성을 선택하면 컴포넌트 코드 생성기는 재사용자의 목적과 환경 에 적합한 코드를 자동 생성한다.

최근에는 기하학적인 www의 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 고유, 교환 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 소프트웨어 생산성과 품질 향상을 위한 재사용을 이루기 위해 명확한 해결책으로 설계 패턴 재사용이 제시되었다. 그러므로 이들 설계 패턴을 웹을 기반으로 다수의 사용자가 융통성 있는 시스템 구축시 필요로 하는 패턴을 공유할 수 있는 적절한 설계 패턴 라이브러리 시스템이 요구되어졌다. 이는 웹 상에서 설계 패턴의 효율적인 검색과 의도된 패턴의 생성을 재사용 가능하도록 패턴 구조를 다운로드하고 보다 도메인 한정적인 응용 생산을 지원하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 설계 패턴 라이브러리를 ASP(Active Server Page)를 이용하여 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해 설계 패턴 재사용자들은 패턴을 등록, 수정, 삭제하고 또한 패턴을 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 구조를 다운 받을 수 있다. 따라서 애플리케이션 시스템 구축에서 설계 패턴 사용자의 효율적인 방법을 제공한다.
