The purpose of this study is to figure out the place characteristics of preferable city tourist attractions through the contents analysis of non-academic literatures such as tourist guidebooks and web materials. The most preferable Seoul tourist attractions were selected by their frequency in literatures including Namsan and Hangang as 'natural' places, Dugsu Palace and Gyungbok Palace as 'historical' places, Itaewon and Daehak-ro as 'lively-cultural' places that were classified by their relativistic character. The main findings of the research are as follows. The essential place characteristics of tourist attractions were synthesized in urban, regional and place scale respectively. While 'contrast' was found to be the most distinguished character of the tourist attractions in the urban context, 'connectivity' was found to be the most distinguished character of the tourist attractions in the regional context. In addition, both 'visibility' and 'experience' were found to be the most distinguished characters of the tourist attractions in the place context. The characteristics of these places seem to be the universal fascination factors of city tourist attractions currently recognized by ordinary citizens. We expect to further strengthen the city identity and the city tourism effect by adopting those research results systematically to the urban environment. Therefore, it is needed to vitalize the urban tourist attractions that we make them to be more 'contrasting' with urban areas surrounding them, more 'connective' with vicinity areas and more 'visibly fascinating' and 'experienced actively and meaningfully' in each place of tourist attractions.

웹 서비스는 최근 급속한 발전과 함께 기존의 단절적이고 폐쇄적인 서비스에서 벗어나 정보를 개방하고 공유할 수 있는 웹 2.0 시대로 발전하고 있다. 또한 스마트 폰과 같은 휴대용 단말기의 빠른 보급과 함께 웹 서비스는 고정된 장소에서뿐만 아니라 이동 환경 등 다양한 장소에서 사용될 수 있어 웹 서비스에 대한 관심이 더욱 고조되고 있다. 이러한 웹 서비스는 Open API(Application Programming Interface)를 이용한 형태로 제공된다. 따라서 수집한 Open API 정보를 빠르고 쉽게 사용하려면 사용자에게 필요한 정보만을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국외의 타겟 사이트에서 획득한 Open API 데이터를 기반으로 데이터 마이닝을 통한 Open API정보의 시맨틱 어노테이션에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

시간과 장소에 제한 없이 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 "스마트워크 활성화" 계획이 수립되어 추진중에 있다. 스마트워크 유형으로는 모바일 오피스, 홈 오피스, 스마트워크 센터 그리고 스마트 오피스로 구분될 수 있다. 이러한 스마트 근무 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 제약없는 정보 공유와 상호 협력이 가능하도록 원격 협업 시스템이 도입되어야 한다. 원격 협업에 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 영상회의 경우, 이미 상용화 제품이 널리 사용되고 있으나, 이기종 제품간 상호연동이 되지 않고 있어 이를 해결하고자 하는 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 영상회의 시스템은 실제 참가자들이 동일한 장소에 모여 회의를 하는 것처럼 실감적인 환경을 지원하기 위해 텔레프레즌스 시스템으로 발전하고 있는 추세다. ITU-T, IETF, IMTC 국제 표준화 단체에서는 여러 유형의 영상회의 또는 텔레프레즌스 시스템간 상호 연동성을 보장하기 위해 요구되는 연동 기술 표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T SG16 Q5, IETF CLUE 워킹그룹에서 진행중인 최신 표준화 동향을 소개한다. 또한, 공공 및 민간기관에 스마트워크 확산을 위해 이기종 영상회의 시스템간 연동이 가능한 국내 표준 개발이 진행되고 있는데, 주요 기술 이슈에 대한 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

Hannam-dong, which lies at the eastern part of Yongsan-gu in metropolitan Seoul has been known as one of the affluent area, but actually it is divided into different sub-areas including poor ones. Although it used to be a quiet residential neighborhood, be they rich or poor, some streets (gil) have become the places of creative economy since the late 2000s. The place-making of Hannam-dong is accompanied by taking-place of different creative classes in different sub-areas, and there have emerged contestation, negotiation and clash among them at the contact zone. While the big companies such as Samsung explores their own version of cultural/creative entrepreneurialism in one sub-area, the actors that can be dubbed as 'creative small producer' and/or 'creative underlass' produce Hangangjin-gil and Usadan-gil as artistic-cum-economic communities by deploying cultural capital. All in all, Hannam-dong is an interesting case that different types of gentrifications are produced by different actors in different sub-areas, which results in producing another kind of 'community of strangers' where different (creative) classes share a physical location, but do not have lasting social interactions and communicative networks.

차안에 탑재되는 차량용 헤드유닛은 AVN(Audio, Vedio, Navigation)에서 외부 기기 및 인터넷과의 연동을 통한 IT 융복합 서비스가 제공되는 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템(In-Vehicle Infortainment, IVI)으로 진화하는 추세이다. IVI 시스템에서는 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 등을 통하여 인터넷 접속이 가능하고, 이러한 인터넷 연결을 기반으로 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷 서비스 중 웹 저장소 연동 응용 서비스는 사용자의 다양한 단말들간에 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있도록 하는 서비스이다. 웹 저장소 연동 응용에서는 사진/음악/동영상/문서들에 대하여 서버와의 접속을 통해 공유할 수 있는 기능을 제공하며, 이러한 응용이 사용되는 장소가 차량 안이다 보니, 운전에 방해가 되지 않는 사용자 친화적이고 직관적인 인터페이스를 제공해야 한다. 이러한 요구사항들을 충족하는 차량용 웹 저장소 연동 응용프로그램에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

실업계 고등학교 담임교사와 취업 지도 교사들은 서로의 취업 지도 경험과 정보를 공유하고 활용하는데 축적된 자료의 부족과 시스템의 미비로 많은 어려움을 겪고 학생들 역시 장소와 시간의 제약으로 현실에 맞는 취업 정보를 얻는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 취업 지도 시스템을 구현하여 취업관련 정보를 공유하고 시간과 공간적 제한을 극복해 취업 지도 과정을 간편하게 하는데 중점을 두고 향후 취업 지도 시스템에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Normally the 3rd grade class teachers at commercial rush schools suffer from coaching to selecting new employment of their students because of the lack of those data and systems. Also, the 3rd grade student are struggling for finding optimum information because there is hardly spare time and system for them So, in this article, the guideline for the new students employment-coaching system is described focused on simplification the coaching process by offering useful information and reducing time loss.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 시스템의 성능 및 비용적인 측면에서 정보 공유의 용이성, 장소의 제약성 최소화, 저장 공간의 효율적 사용을 위해 분산 파일시스템을 이용하고 있다. 하지만 현재 HDFS의 복제 정책은 모든 데이터에 3개의 복제복을 유지하도록 하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 정책은 데이터의 중요도, 이용빈도수를 반영하지 못한 정책으로 상이한 서비스 품질 및 신뢰성 수준을 반영하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 Hidden Markov Model을 이용하여 데이터의 이용 빈도수에 따라 복사본의 개수를 조절하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

인터넷의 확산과 더불어 사용자가 즐겨 찾는 뵐 사이트의 수도 증가되고 있다. 현재 이러한 웹 사이트들은 웹 브라우저의 즐겨찾기에 등록하여 관리되고 있다. 등록된 즐겨찾기 목록은 로컬 브라우저에 한정되어 있어서 다른 장소에서 이 즐겨찾기에 등록된 정보를 이용하려고 할 경우 번거로움이 있다. 따라서 인터넷이 연결된 어디에서나 자신의 즐겨찾기를 이용할 수 있고 다른 사용자들과 유용한 사이트 정보를 공유할 수 있는 도구를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 즐겨찾기 컴포넌트인 LinkManager를 개발함으로써, 인터넷이 연결된 어디에서나 자신의 즐겨찾기를 이용하고 관리할 수 있도록 지원하였다. 추가로 LinkManager는 협업지원 시스템과 같은 웹어플리케이션에 적용될 경우 그룹의 링크를 맴버들이 공유할 수 있어서 작업의 효율을 높일 수 있다.

HDTV의 보급과 디지털 방송이 보편화 되면서 디지털 영상에 대한 기술이 점차 발전하고 있다. 지상파, 위성, 케이블 방식으로 수신 하고 있는 디지털 방송은 케이블 선으로 수신 되는 방송을 하나의 영상장치에서 밖에 볼 수 없는 불편함이 생긴다. 본 논문에서는 가정 또는 공공장소에서 디지털 영상을 여러대의 TV 또는 PC 등의 하드웨어에서 각각의 원하는 채널을 볼 수 있고 사용자간의 정보를 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다.
