IT innovation, cultural revolution based on smart and social networks diversified sharing economy services. Due to the rising of business utilizing the sharing economy concept, it is important to better understand the motivational factors that drive and deterrent sharing economy services in the marketplace. Based on responses from 809 adult users, 3 drivers and 2 deterrents affecting intention to use of sharing economy services were identified. Then this study categorized sharing economy services as three types of segments based on consumer perceptions and subjectivity, and analyzed differencies of perceptions on motivational factors between groups. As a result, redistribution market group has shown meaningful different average scores on economic benefit, sustainability and social risk with other groups. Based on the empirical evidence, this study suggests several propositions for future studies and implications for sharing economy businesses on how to formulate optical strategies and manage users.

e-Trade should be activated for cost saving and efficient management of trade as it provides bases to actively respond to changes in markets through quick clearance of export and import. It also has tangible and intangible effects in providing services to customers through real-time sharing of information and can help enhance external competition and images through cost saving and efficient management of traders. Therefore, the study suggests that e-trade platforms to construct global trade systems should be executed to maximize economic ripple effects in terms of trade documents and cost, and paradigms of the past trade should be changed into new systems and presents future countermeasures to enhance its ripple effects.

Since appearance of smart devices and cloud computing services, the social and economical values of administrative information have been magnified as valuable information. In order to make better use of various administrative information by diverse government organizations efficiently and effectively, information sharing based on legal systems is essential because of several obstacles including privacy. To suggest practical ways for using administrative information, this study categorized the administrative information sharing process, and analyzed the regulations and legal systems that are contradictory to the regulations. The result of analysis appears that there is a need of legislative base for well-defined business use of information, and a need of the organizations, that available to collect and manufacture the information. The results of this study can be expected to make legislation contributions not only for industries, but also by suggesting the policy making and guidelines to protect privacy and improve the quality of citizens' life.

인터넷상에서 멀티미디어 영상회의를 적용하기 위해서는 대역폭 확보가 중요하다. 예를들면 RSVP를 이용하여, 서비스를 제공하기 위해 실제 데이터 전송 경로를 따라 필요한 패킷망의 자원을 미리 예약함으로써 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터 전송을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 현재의 인터넷 환경에서 멀티미디어 영상회의를 위한 오디오/비디오 스트림 데이터를 다수의 사용자가 상업적으로 사용하기에는 대역폭 차원에서 한계를 지니고 있다. 본고에서는 ISDN 및 인터넷의 혼합된 환경에서 전자상거래를 위한 다지점 멀티미디어 회의를 적용하는 방법론에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다지점 환경하에서 응용프로그램 공유, 화이트보드 및 파일전송 등 데이터 공동작업을 위한 프레임워크를 보이고 전자상거래에 다지점 멀티미디어 적용시 거래자들간의 상호 연동성을 보장하기 위한 표준모델을 제시 하고자 한다. 이를통하여 인터넷과 N-ISDN을 이용하여 웹상에서 다지점 멀티미디어 회의를 전자상거래에 적용하기 위한 온라인 서비스을 제시하고자 한다.

현대 산업에 있어 그 비중이 급속히 증가하고 있는 물류산업의 효율적인 업무 처리와 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 함께 시간, 인력 및 비용이 많이 소요되던 종래의 거래서류 처리업무를 EDI 로 처리함으로써 가능해졌다고 볼 수 있다. 거의 30 여년간 기업간 온라인 상거래의 기본 수단으로 이용되어 온 EDI 의 동적인 변화 대응부족이나 고가의 네트워크 유지비용 등의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 유연한 변화수용 능력과 뛰어난 확장성을 가진 차세대 웹 문서인 XML을 이용한 XML/EDI가 등장하였다. XML/EDI는 XML, EDI, Agent, Template, Repository 의 5 가지 요소로 구성되어 있으며, 다른 요소들의 기본이 되는 Repository 는 거래에 필요한XML/EDI 태그들의 정의 및 의미를 저장하고 있으며 거래 당사자들이 검색하여 볼 수 있는 인터넷상의 공유 디렉토리를 말한다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI 물류정보시스템 구축을 위한 전 단계로서 현재 개념 적으로만 정립되어 있는 Global XML Repository 의 구성에 관한 연구이다. 특히 KEDIFACT 표준을 따르는 물류 EDI 를 바탕으로 Global XML Repository 내의 구성요소들을 정의하고 체계적으로 분류하는 것을 중점적으로 연구하였다.

정보 및 네트워크 기술의 발전과 시장의 세계화는, 기존의 물리적인 거래 환경이 인터넷 및 이동 통신 기술을 통한 전자적인 거래 환경으로 변할 수 있는 추진력이 되어오고 있다 그러나 전자적인 업무 환경의 성공은 기존의 물리적인 상품이 정확하게 이동하며 그로부터 정보가 신속히 획득 및 공유되는 것을 기본 조건으로 하고 있다. 따라서 공급망(Supply Chain)에 속한 거래 주체들이 전자적인 협업을 원활하게 수행하고 정보를 손쉽고 정확히 교환할 수 있도록 물리적 환경과 전자 공간을 연결할 수 있는 전자 물류(Electronic Logistics) 환경이 매우 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 종추적 시스템을 중심으로 전자 물류의 핵심 구성 요소들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Virtual community, which is formed on the internet, is expected to serve the needs of members for communication, information, and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider operating strategy of virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' loyalty in virtual community. The objective of this study is to develop an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usefulness, ease of use, familiarity, members' trust, reputation, community trust, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty. Empirical data was collected from 286 internet users and tested using structural equation modeling to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the usefulness, familiarity significantly influences attitude and members' trust is significantly influence the community trust. And I confirmed that ease of use and attitude play the role of determinants in making the satisfaction, community trust and reputation influence the satisfaction that have the direct effect to making the loyalty. The results of the study can be used to identify the loyalty in virtual community. By investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote community trust, attitude, satisfaction to stimulate members' willingness to revisit the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.

The drug trade among the general public via the Internet and sns have been increasing, which is becoming a social problem. The general public believe that even if they do the drug trade via the Internet and sns the probability of detection is low. so they will conduct drug trade via the Internet and sns. Therefore, if the general public recognize that there is a high likelihood of disclosure, drug trade via the Internet and sns are likely to decline. If the possibility of punishment increases through specification of controlled delivery techniques and Introduction of entrapment investigator, it seems that the general public can not easily deal with drug trade via the Internet and sns. Also by further subdividing the penalties for drug offenses, for simple drug buyers through cure-oriented treatment rather than punishment drug demand be suppressed and penalties for drug suppliers should be strengthened.

A blockchain is a technology in which all nodes participating in a distributed network manage each transaction's contents without a central server managing the transaction, which is a record of the transaction. The block containing the transaction record of a specific period is connected to the blockchain by referring to the hash value for the previous block, and the chain with the new block added is shared with all nodes again. Transactions using existing certificates will pass through FinTech, and in the near future, applications using blockchains are expected to emerge. In this study, we analyze the problems of the existing model, and propose a transaction model that applies the blockchain to come. Among various applications, this study develops a trading model targeting the energy sales market among the topics that will lead the fourth industrial revolution. As a result of analyzing the proposed model, it was possible to be sure of the possibility of a safer energy sales transaction than the existing method.
