Most of elderly residents who live in nursing home for a long time have been suffering from chronic sickness. Therefore, residential part should be the place to recover social relationship, to get over isolation and to be able to make communication through contact of personal activities. The purpose of this study is to offer the guideline of planning and scale of the shared place which makes better housing environment of the elderly. also, the character of the elderly and element of environments appropriate for the frail elderly people were study.

The number of fuel gas accidents is increasing in domestic fuel gas facilities as increasing the supply area. To prevent gas accident, the government institutions related to fuel gas industry partly collected and managed the information of physical properties and safety data. Due to the overlap of data between institutions, collecting and managing the safety information was inefficient. The purpose of this research is developing geographic information system which providing the information of quantitative risk assessment, accident prevention plan, and efficient sharing and managing of the system.

일선 학교에서의 교사들은 잘 갖추어져 있는 정보화 시설을 운영상 문제점과 잡무에 투자되는 시간이 많은 관계로 학교 교육에 적용하기 어렵다. 이런 문제점을 개선하고, 일선 학교 교사들의 막중한 업무를 줄여 효율적인 교육이 될 수 있도록 도와 주는 솔루션이 필요하다. 교사용 교육지원 솔루션은 특정 과목 혹은 전체 과목에 대한 정보를 공유할 수 있으며, 실시간으로 문제를 출제 채점, 공유 배포할 수 있는 교사용 교육지원 시스템이다.

The concept of the sharing economy, which has shifted the economic paradigm from possession to access to resources, is consistent with the traditional and current roles of public libraries. Thus, this research empirically analyzed the influence relationships between public library use and the sharing economy. Results showed that participation in public library programs serves as a motivational factor for satisfaction with and trust in the sharing economy, while the use of public library facilities and equipment is correlated with attitudes toward and participation in the sharing economy. The use of library collections positively influences sharing intangible resources such as knowledge, information, and personal experience. By contrast, checking out library resources negatively influences the recognition of economic benefits from sharing, which is contrary to claims of library communities. Based on these results, public libraries should aim to have a complementary effect on the sharing economy founded not only on information networks but also human networks grounded in social relationships.

During the last decade, increasing use of technology that facilitates information access has changed academic library services. The emergence of information commons is one of the key changes. Most previous studies on information commons have focused on its conception and role. Whereas, considering information commons as a spatial service, this study aims to examine the influence of information commons on user traffic patterns within the library and perception of the library. As the information commons grew into main library service space and facility, it is necessary to explore what influences information commons have on the behavior and recognition of users. Two methods were used. First, observation method was used to record traffic pattern and user behavior. Second, twenty undergraduates and twelve graduates were interviewed regarding the use and recognition of the information commons and the library. The results of the study show that the traffic patterns were different between undergraduate students and graduate students; the location and structure of facilities influences their movement and behaviors; and the recognition of information commons tends to affect the perception of the entire library. The findings may help librarians improve and plan for library spaces to meet user demands.

Detached residential housing areas are located in the west part of Pangyo City. Seven areas of them are designated for the displaced residents from their original homes by the city development, in which commercial use on the first floor is permitted. The District Plan for the areas were establishes, and one of its main goals is to secure privately owned public spaces (POPS). This research conducted a post enumeration survey on the POPS on the blocks in the seven areas, which blocks contain inner corridors between two rows of housing units. Analytical review of the survey result reveals that (1) POPS facing roads are mainly being used as parking lots or expansion-spaces for the commercial use on the first floor, (2) inner POPS forming corridors are being neglected and otherwise being used as storage areas or outdoor sub-kitchen spaces, and (3) no consideration has been taken for the continuity of the sloped corridors. Regardless of a few good practices in terms of air circulation and lighting, the POPS in the blocks prove to be limited in following the plan's original design intentions and principles.

정보통신 기술 발전과 함께 VTS시스템도 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 특히 해상교통관제의 수요자 증가와 서비스 질 향상을 위해 외부 네트워크의 연계를 통한 정보공유와 교환의 필요성이 지속 증가하고 있다. 따라서 VTS 시스템 간 및 외부 시스템과의 연계와 관련 정보보안의 취약점이 드러날 개연성이 높아졌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 주요 기반 시설로서의 VTS 시스템의 정보보안의 중요성과 현 취약점을 살펴보고 앞으로 개선해야 할 점을 고찰해 보았다.

최근 휴대전화의 고성능화와 네트워크 인프라의 발달로 언제 어디서나 인터넷 접속이 가능한 유비쿼터스 환경이 조성됨에 따라 LBS 응용정보 서비스 산업이 크게 성장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 방문자의 IP Address를 통해 사용자의 Geolocation 데이터를 획득하고 Google Map API를 사용하여 사용자의 현 위치와 주변의 편의시설 위치를 지도에 표시하며 편의시설 이용 정보를 공유할 수 있는 소셜 네트워킹 사이트를 설계하고 구현하였다.

Recently, the reclamation of public waters has been on a downward trend due to environmental problems, but there is a limitation to evaluating environmental characteristics index uniformly. In this study, the stability of settlement behavior on public waters reclaimed land was analyzed using the experimental test. From the primary consolidation influence factors, the characteristics of the waste lime was similar that of clay in process of consolidation. Assuming that the waste lime landfill is the layer reinforced with thin geosynthetic reinforcement, the settlement was predicted by calculating the amount of increase using the Westergaard method. As a result of predicting settlement with degree of consolidation, it was found that the increase in stress was reduced by 40% when the surface layer of the soft ground was reinforce with geotextiles compared to the case where it was not reinforced. In addition, the consolidation behavior characteristics of clay and waste lime were compared using the correlation between the plasticity index and internal friction angle of waste lime. Since the waste lime in the public process of consolidation, it was predicted that long-term settlement will increase further.

The sharing economy is considered as a collaborative consumption which enables customers to share unused resources. This study investigated the key factors affecting consumer loyalty in the context of sharing accommodation. Emotions, perceived value and self-image consistency were posited as key antecedents of enhancing customer loyalty. Authentic experience, home amenities, and price fairness were also considered as Airbnb's selection attributes. Airbnb was selected a survey target because it is the largest company in the domain of shared accommodation market. The research model was analyzed for 294 Airbnb customer through structural equation models. Additionally, this paper examine Airbnb customers' experiences by topic modelling method posted on the Naver blog. Based on the understanding of the key factors affecting customer loyalty to sharing accommodation, the analysis results contribute to establish effective marketing and operation strategies by enhancing customer experience.
