서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

선박교통관제 기본계획에 따라, 우리나라는 '26년까지 전 연안해역에 관제구역을 설치하여 안전관리를 강화할 예정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 관제구역 사각지대를 없애고 연속적인 관제 실현을 위한 관제구역 간 정보공유 활성화의 필요성을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라 연안해역을 대상으로 해상교통 및 해양사고조사를 통해 우리나라 연안해역의 해상교통환경을 분석하였다. 그리고 해상교통관제사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 VTS 센터 간 정보공유 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 도출하였다. IALA에서 권고하고 있는 IVEF 서비스의 현황을 조사하고 정보공유 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 관제구역 간 정보공유의 필요성을 확인하고 나아가 IALA 표준을 개정할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

이 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 살펴보고, 업무특성에 따라 영향요인이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 개인적 요인, 관계적 요인, 구조적 요인이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며, 공유지식의 형태를 업무적 지식과 비업무적 지식으로 나누고 이들이 지식공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지식경영을 도입해서 활용하고 있는 국내기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of SCM on PM's capabilities and sustainable benefit sharing in leading global companies. To achieve this, statistical analyses were carried out through an empirical questionnaire survey of 426 PMs in SCM companies. The results showed that SCM commitment, vision and goal sharing have positive effects on PM's capabilities in leading global companies, boosting PM capability. Moreover, sustainable benefit sharing was improved along with SCM trust building, vision and goal sharing in global leading companies, supporting the usefulness of these variables. In contrast, SCM information sharing and trust building did not lead to significant acceleration of PM's capabilities, rejecting these variables. These findings indicate that SCM information sharing or trust building does not really help simple members to accelerate PM's capabilities.

본 연구는 남북한 공유하천을 둘러싼 문제를 가장 근본적인 사항에서부터 재조명하고자 하는 시도로 이루어졌다. 우선 국제법상 논의의 대상이 되고 있는 국제적인 공유하천(international rivers)의 법리성을 살펴보고, 공유하천이 가질 수밖에 없는 특수성을 이해하고자 하였다. 공유하천의 상류지역에 접한 국가와 하류지역에 접한 국가의 법적 정치적인 입장 차이를 알아보고, 분쟁의 원인과 분쟁해결과정을 고찰하였다. 그리고 국제적인 법전화 노력이 지속적으로 추진되고 있음에도 불구하고 국가 간 합의를 이루지 못하고 있는 사안을 집중적으로 분석하였다. 공유하천의 문제는 비단 남북한에 국한된 문제는 아니다. 상당히 오랜 시간 국제사회에서 갈등의 원인을 제공하여 왔으며, 그 해결방법을 찾는 일은 현재에도 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라의 경우, 궁극적으로 공공관리를 위한 방안을 마련하여야 할 것이다. 그 전제조건으로 남북 공유하천의 법적지위를 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 공유하천의 사례연구를 통하여 남북한 공유하천의 법적인 지위를 명확히 하고, 이에 따른 법적 정당성을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper analyzed the statistical status of public properties, management organization, operational performance focused on Gyeonggido. And This paper tried to get some implications through comparative analysis of public property management system of Gyeonggido and other local governments including Seoul, Incheon. The survey was also conducted on the whole practitioners of public property management in Gyeonggido. As a result of analysis, although Gyeonggido has an urgent need to raise funds because financial independence is insurfficient, non-tax revenues from it's own public properties are insignificant compared to holdings. The major reason would be pointed out that the dedicated management department on public property is not composed and lack of workforce. The survey results conformed that establishment of the dedicated department to public property management is urgent by reorganization of management structure for the higher operational performance.

As the environment and rivalry of Regional Agricultural Cooperatives(RACs) becomes more unfavorable, the pressures to enhance organizational performance are strenghthened. Existing studies suggest efficiency improvement through resource sharing(RS) to fix the issue. In this context, I intend to find if RS still increases organizational performance in another form of organization on the basis of 132 business units(BUs) of 45 RACS. According to empirical results, resource similarity between BUs and resource level of BU increases RS respectively, and RS increases BU's performance. The RS also has mediating effects on similarity and resource level into performance. But the overall resource level of RAC has no influence on RS and there is no mediating effect. My contribution is to confirm the efficacy of RS in half-profit organization and to verify determinants and performance implications of RS.

Leisure time may be used to participate in activities alone, with family, or with other people. The purpose of this research was to identify types of leisure time with whom and determinants of the types. The data source for this research was the '2009 Time Use Survey' conducted by the Korea National Statistical Office (KNSO). The item 'people involved in each activity' was surveyed for the first time by KNSO in 2009. 3,712 diaries completed by married adults aged 20 to 59 years were analyzed using chi-square, cluster analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Leisure time with whom was classified into four types based on three categories of leisure time (alone, with family, with others): "individual-oriented leisure," "family-oriented leisure," "others-oriented leisure," and "vulnerable leisure." These types were different by various socio-economic variables. And gender, work time, the presence of preschool children, and household type were identified as important determinants for the types.
