A Study on the Relevance of the BSC Adoption Firm's CSV index to the Firm Value (BSC 도입기업의 공유가치창출(CSV) 지표와 기업가치의 관련성)

  • The KPI of the four perspectives in BSC need to modify because of the change of management environment. In particular, the KPI of the financial perspective needs to modify necessarily. The KPI of financial perspective has been consisted of short-term measures: net profit current year, operating profit, ROE, ROIC, and EVA. But this financial indicators cannot afford to represent essential corporate sustainability management in the change of management environment. So this study suggests CSV(Creating Shared Value) as an additional KPI of financial perspective. And this study investigates whether CSV represents business performance as the additional KPI in BSC adoption firms. To verify a hypothesis, the sample includes listed firms announcing CSR index publicly between 2005 and 2010. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The high CSV firms is higher on the value relevance of firm in comparison with low CSV firms. Moreover, The firm value of BSC adoption firms is lower than otherwise, but it is insignificant. Limitation of Our study is that we have no choice but to use dummy variable. Because it is a material question as CSV measurement. Nevertheless, contribution of our study is to suggest new KPI of BSC perspective to meet management environment.

  • 연구 개발자들은 자신의 정보활동에 있어 전체 활동의 20 ${\sim}$ 40%를 관련 정보의 탐색 및 분석에 사용하고 정보활동 결과는 개인 컴퓨터에 저장한다. 그러나 개인 컴퓨터상의 유용한 정보는 정보관리 및 공유 도구의 부재로 인하여 가치 및 유용성을 상실하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 데스크 탑 서치와 P2P 기반의 정보공유 기능을 갖는 시스템을 제안한다. 데스크 탑 서치를 통하여 연구 개발자는 본인의 컴퓨터에 저장된 정보를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다. 연구 개발자들이 많은 시간을 들여 축적한 유용한 정보자원을 쉽게 공유할 수 있게 하는 P2P 기반의 정보공유는 연구개발 활동의 전체적인 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

  • In the domestic data exchanging market, unreasonable pricing of purchase data is consistently mentioned as a major obstacle in data trading. This is a problem caused by the inability to properly evaluate the value of data products due to lack of product information and experience in using them. In order to activate trading, the data exchanges need to provide information that allows consumers to comprehensively judge the value of data products in addition to prices. The cost-based, income-based, and market-based methods, which are mainly applied to data valuation, are insufficient as data valuation methods to stimulate trading and distribution because only price information, a result of valuation from a supplier's point of view, can be shared with consumers. This study aims to develop a measurable valuation method that allows data trading stakeholders (exchanges, suppliers, and consumers) to judge and share the value of data products from a common perspective. To this end, we identified the value drivers of data products, which are considered important in overseas data exchanges and related research, and derived an evaluation method that can quantitatively measure each value driver. In addition, evaluation criteria in the form of a rating table were developed using data products for transactions, and a value evaluation index was developed through stratification analysis (AHP) to enable relative value comparison. As a result of applying the evaluation criteria to actual data products, it was found that the evaluation values were differentiated according to the characteristics of individual data products, so it could be used as a relative value comparison tool.

A Study on the Impact of Financial Institutions' Creating Shared Value and Organizational Agility on Management Performance : Focusing on Social Capital (금융기관의 공유가치창출(CSV)과 조직민첩성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구 : 사회적자본 중심으로)

  • Research on the impact of the creating shared value (CSV) and organizational agility on management performance in research targeting financial institution workers is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of CSV on business performance through social capital and the effect of organizational agility on business performance for employees of financial institutions. The results of the study are as follows. First, economic value had a positive effect on structural and relational capital, but social value had a positive effect on relational capital only. Second, organizational agility had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance. Third, structural capital had a positive effect only on non-financial performance, and relational capital had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance. In summarizing these findings, it was confirmed that although most of the variables had a positive effect, social value did not affect structural capital and structural capital did not affect financial performance. Based on such research results, the necessity of strengthening social value and structural capital was proposed to increase the management performance of financial institutions, and conclusions, implications, and future research directions were presented.

The Impact of Airline's Creating Shared Value on Trust, Image and Loyalty (항공사 공유가치창출 행위가 신뢰, 이미지 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Despite the importance of Creating Shared Value(CSV), few research has been conducted to understand it. Filling in this existing void, this study was an attempt to provide a clear understanding about what triggers airline customers' decisions according to the airline company's CSV activities. Through this study, we investigated the relationship among CSV, trust, image, and loyalty. An online survey was used as a method to collect data. Through the CFA, we confirmed the adequate level of reliability and validity of the measures. The structural model was found to include an acceptable fit to the collected data. The findings from the structural analysis revealed that CSV exerted and immense on trust and image. Also, trust was significantly associated with image and loyalty while the image was highly associated with loyalty. Based on the findings presented above, implications for practitioners and researchers are stated.

  • 진보와 함께 기업들이 지식의 가치를 인식하면서 지식을 창출, 공유 그리고 활용하는 "지식경영"이라는 새로운 패러다임이 다음 세기 초를 주도할 새로운 경영 방식으로 각광받고 있다. 지식경영이란 조직과 그 구성원들 속에 내재해 있는 지식의 가치를 인식하고, 이를 기업 전체 차원의 자산으로 구체화시켜 관리, 공유, 활용하려는 의도에서 비롯된 폭 넓은 의미의 경영 방식이다. 본 고에서는 "지식경영"의 중요성을 인식하고, 선진 기업들이 "지식경영"을 성공적으로 수행하는데 있어 그 요인들은 무엇이며 그 중에서도 "정보관리 전문가"에 대해 논하고자 한다. 그리고 정보 관리자가 정보화, 지식화 라고 하는 시대의 절대적인 흐름에 어떻게 대처해야 하는가를 모색해 보고자 한다.

An Empirical Study on Success Factors of Sharing Economy Service (공유경제 서비스의 성공요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • Since financial crisis, sharing economy emerged as a result of economic stagnation, emerging environmental-friendly trend and increasing smartphone penetration, which led to reducing unnecessary consumption and increasing the practical usage of resources. This indicates the possibility that the sharing economy service will develop in this hyperconnectivity era in terms of increasing consumer utility. In this study, the author, therefore, empirically analyzed the factors that affect the continuous usage from the experience of service use and the causal relationship between the factors by regulating the success of sharing economy service as the continuous use after the acceptance of service. The findings demonstrated that the perceived value and network externality had a significant effect on both trust and satisfaction, and the perceived risk had a significant effect on trust. In addition, trust affected both satisfaction and continuous use intention significantly, and satisfaction also had a significant effect on continuous use intention. And the perceived value and risk, and network externality mediated trust and satisfaction, thereby having a significant effect on continuous use intention. Through this research, the author intends to provide an opportunity to enhance the competitiveness of sharing economy service under an uncertain business environment by way of identifying the success factors of the sharing economy service whose important is growing in recently years and the structural relationship between these factors.
