  • 전력대란으로 인해 에너지 절감이 많은 이슈가 되고 있으며, 이로 인해 다양한 부분에서 에너지절감방식이 개발되고 있다. 많은 방식 중에서 최근에는 IT기술을 융합한 조명제어시스템의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 IT기술을 융합한 조명제어시스템을 설계하여 공용 주택부문에서 가장 많이 낭비되고 있는 지하주차장 조명을 효율적으로 제어하여 에너지를 절감할 뿐만 아니라 조명관리의 효율성까지 높일 수 있는 에너지절감형 조명제어시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • 내장형 기기에서 자바를 제어 및 응용 프로그램으로 사용하는 경향이 증대하고 있다. 내장형 자바가상머신에서는 응용 프로그램과 관련 자바 API를 로딩된 형태로 롬에 적재하는 형태를 가진다. 따라서 응용프로그램은 필터링을 거쳐서 관련된 자바 API를 선별한 후 롬릿으로 만들어진다. 본 논문에서는 내장형 자바가상머신에 적재될 롬릿을 만드는 과정에서 사용될 수 있는 프리레졸루션 방법을 제시하고 이를 위한 컨스턴트풀 데이터 구조를 제안하였다. 프리레졸루션은 롬릿을 만드는 과정에서 미리 레졸루션을 수행한 결과를 저장하여, 실행 시 발생되는 레졸루션 시간을 제거할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 프리레졸루션은 메모리 접근 횟수를 감소시켜 내장형 기기에서 필요한 저전력 요구를 지원한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 컨스턴트풀 데이터 구조는 공용체 구조의 미사용 부분에 레졸루션 결과를 저장할 수 있도록 구성함으로써 추가적인 메모리 비용없이 프리레졸루션의 이득을 얻을수 있다.

Load Carrying Capacity Assessment of Bridges with Elastic Supports Application (탄성지점의 적용에 따른 교량의 내하력평가)

  • This study applied elastic supports in order to evaluate load carrying capacity using measurement data obtained from load tests actively and utilizing various evaluation methods. In order to confirm the adequacy of structural analysis based on elastic supports and to improve the reliability of experiment results, we conducted a deflection test with flexural beams prepared as overhanging beams and, based on the results, performed precision safety diagnosis for real bridges under public service for improving the load carrying capacity evaluation method for bridges under public service. In the results of the bending test, compared to deflection calculated by the existing method, deflection obtained by applying elastic supports was closer to the actually measured deflection. In the results of evaluating load carrying capacity for a 3 span continuous steel box girder bridge just after its completion, load carrying capacity by elastic supports was smaller by up to 39% than that by the existing method. When the load carrying capacity of bridges is evaluated by the existing method the results vary among engineers due to lack of guidelines for evaluation such as the application of stress modification factor. This study was conducted as an effort to solve this problem through active research.

  • After the completion of an apartment housing project, deterioration of building materials will commence over time. Building maintenance consists of short-time and long-term repair projects. A long-term repair plan for organized maintenance management should be developed and implemented to maintain the longevity of the building. When forming such a plan, one should carefully predict when each part of the building will need repairs and how often subsequent repairs of each part will occur. The plan should be based on these predictions. Many apartment buildings in Korea have poor long-term maintenance management plans. This is because many of these plans are developed as mere legal formalities rather than as serious attempts to maintain the longevity of buildings. In this study, the materials used in the construction of each part of an apartment building we selected are taken into account to predict when the repairs will be required and how frequently subsequent repairs will be required. Furthermore, We suggest a long-term maintenance management plan for elongation so that apartment house managers can use to periodically check, diagnose, and replace old or malfunctioning parts using a web-based maintenance calender.

Estimation of Stiffness Limit for Railway Bridge Vibration Serviceability (진동사용성을 고려한 철도교량구조물의 강성한계 분석)

  • In general, deflection limit criteria of bridge design specifications have been considered based on static serviceability and structural stability. Dynamic serviceability induced from bridge vibration actually has not been included in the criteria. Thus, it is necessary for deflection limit to be considered in order to check dynamic service- ability on bridge vibration. In this study, The allowable displacement of Korea Railway Bridge Design Specifications is compared to the frequency domain comfort limit and analyzed france code and japanese code. Korea Railway Bridge Design Specifications is regulated based on the train speed. Such is because the vibration time duration is partly considered. but this criteria is not satisfied with comfort limit. and, it is estimated to be capable to provide deflection limit considering dynamic serviceability. In order to evaluate the dynamic serviceability of various types of railway bridges in current public were selected and their dynamic signals were measured. and the result of the bridge-train interaction analysis according to the changes in bridge stiffness was compared to the comfort limit to suggest the stiff-ness limit to the dynamic serviceability, which should conveniently be applied at the field.

  • Asphalt concrete pavement can be widely seen on urban streets, highways, parking lots, and bike trails. Asphalt concrete pavement is relatively temperature sensitive materials due to the viscoelastic behavior, which can be defined as flexible performance in summer and rigid performance in winter. In terms of maintenance, it can be fixed quite easily if damaged. In addition, asphalt concrete pavement is generally found to be black and grey in color. However, several colors can be adopted to change the appearance of plain old boring, black and grey. Generally, there are two types of color systems in hot mix asphalt concrete materials. One system uses colored cementitious material that is applied to pavement surface through coating the surface of the asphalt pavement. The major disadvantage to this system requires a careful skill set to be used on the construction site in order to prevent taking off the cementitious material. The other coloring system colors the asphalt hot mixtures through using color additives. The main advantage to this system is that the asphalt pavement layer is colored using the same techniques that are already used in paving. The disadvantage is that the colors are limited to mainly reds and browns. In this study, a suggested color additive was evaluated, based on rutting, moisture sensitivity, and fatigue cracking performance.

The Performance Analysis of Diamond Grinding for Existing Concrete Pavement (기존 콘크리트 포장의 성능 향상을 위한 다이아몬드 그라인딩 공법의 초기 공용성 평가)

  • The maintenance / repair of concrete pavements has become an issue as a result of increasing of concrete pavements' service year. Asphalt overlay is applied to the concrete pavements after partial repairs on all occasions. This thesis discusses the application standard, evenness, skid resistance, noise, economical efficiency, extension of life span, etc. of diamond grinding, a method of maintenance about concrete pavements. Based on this, it was applied to the field and measured the performance. It was measured the longitudinal evenness of before and after the construction through measurement equipment. and surveyed the skid resistance the each lane classified using the SN standard value. In case of noise, it is selected the kind of vehicle, velocity, then measured the noise between control and constructed site. In addition, it is evaluated the average texture depth. As a result of the analysis, longitudinal evenness is improved about $6{\sim}40%$, skid resistance is improved 66% at first section,37% at second section. Noise is reduced 3.4dB average, and average texture depth is 79% deeper than control section. Therefore, it can be concluded that diamond grinding is suitable as maintenance / repair method of concrete pavements.

  • Small bridges carry out only general inspections based on visual inspection. The Bridges with more than 30 years of public use need to be decided on whether or not they will be reconstruction according to aging. However, there are some situations that need to be determined only by appearance condition, which is insufficient in terms of safety maintenance. In this paper, the condition evaluation and the load carrying capacity evaluation were carried out for aged small bridges. A comparison of the evaluation results was conducted to examine the appropriateness of the maintenance related to the decision making of the reconstruction. As a result of reviewing, two of the bridges showed that there are no abnormality in the safety of the state evaluation, but the load capacity were insufficient. Thus evaluation the safety and performing the reconstruction decision of aged small bridges by visual inspection alone with may cause problems. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out additional research on the ambient measurement and load carrying capacity evaluation for the maintenance of the bridges, and to supplement it through application of the bridge management system.

  • The management of existing airfield pavement information has currently become difficult and the maintenance cost has increased over time due to the long-term performance. It is needed to develop the method for effective budget allocation and systematic airfield pavement management services. The objectives of this paper are to introduce Micro PAVER, one of the popular pavement management systems, into our management system and customize Micro PAVER based on our environment and pavement management level. This study focused on the analysis on logics and structures of Micro PAVER and customization of important parts in the program using the existing pavement evaluation data and survey method. Customized items selected in this study included the pavement deterioration prediction models, critical PCI, maintenance cost by PCI, maintenance or rehabilitation method and unit cost, and PCI rank.

Stress History Evaluation for Truss Bridge with Local Damages by Using Global-Local Model Combination (전체해석과 국부해석 조합법을 이용한 국부결함이 있는 트러스교 응력이력해석)

  • This study predicts the stress history for truss bridge with local damages by using global-local model combination method. For this end, the global structure is modeled by 3D frame elements and the selected local details are modeled by shell elements. Then superposition principle enable the global-local model to be combined interactively. Because the frame model cannot consider the rigidity of gusset plate and the interation of structural members due to the complexity of stress distribution in truss connection. The section modification factors are proposed to calibrate the stiffness of global frame element. The global-local model combination is verified by comparing the numerical results with experimental data obtained from the proof loading test to the operating truss bridge. Furthermore, stress histrories of the truss bridge are generated in the consideration of the rigidity of truss connection with local damage by using the combination method.
