본 논문에서는 도로공사를 비롯한 각종 공사현장에서의 안전유도원(신호수 포함)에 대한 국내외 제도 및 현황을 비교분석하여 법·제도의 정비를 통하여 도로 및 공사 경우에 자격증 소지자에 한하여 안전사고 방지를 위한 교통 유도경비를 시행할 수 있도록 하며, 시행 초기에는 여러 영역에서 시행착오가 일어날 수 있을 것에 대응하여 일정교육을 정상적으로 이수하면 자격증을 부여하고, 전문교육기관과 자격제도가 시행되면 자격증 획득과 시험에 의한 검정으로 점차 발전시켜서 안전사고예방을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다.

Nowadays the rapid change in construction environment getting more globalized and complicated has caused lots of unexpected risks from inside and out of the country, so more sophisticated construction management strategies are being strongly needed. This paper suggests a risk management model with which we can estimate the appropriate contingency by quantifying the amount of probable risks immanent in large construction projects, which have a high degree of uncertainty in the anticipation of the total construction cost. To develop the model, the risk factors that make cost variations are elicited based on the real data of the contingencies assigned to the past projects. Furthermore, the influential relationship of risk factors is structured by applying the CRM(Cost Risk Model) which is the synthetic model of Monte Carlo Simulation, Influence Diagram and Decision Tree. The ultimate outcome of this research can by validated by tile case study with a large construction project performed.

To analyze the present state of buildings suspended in Gangwon and estimate the compressive strength by visual inspection and Schmidt hammer method in order to analyze durability etc.. In this study, we analyzed the problems that existed in the location where construction is suspended and efficient management method. Expected construction restoration of construction will be restarted, and important parts of the construction site should be given the best protection measures so that the quality can be maintained thoroughly. The construction of the suspended construction is exposed to the freezing and thawing damage over time. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as maintenance, and take protective measures by establishing a plan to improve the durability of buildings that are under construction.
