건설현장이 공사비 대금지급, 공사비 변경요청, 실정보고 등과 같은 중요한 공문일 경우 직접 방문하거나 이메일 등을 통해 공문초안을 사전에 발주청에 보고하고 검토를 받은 후 건설사업관리시스템을 이용하여 공문으로 발송한다. 본 연구는 건설사업관리시스템을 이용하여 발주청과 건설현장간에 온라인으로 공문을 사전검토 및 승인 반려할 수 있도록 공문 유통 방식을 개선하고자 한다.

Since risks occurring in construction projects can have a significant impact on schedules and costs, there have been many studies on this topic. However, risk analysis is often limited to only certain construction situations,and experience-dependent decision-making is therefore mainly performed. Data-based analyses have only been partially applied to safety and contract documents. Therefore, in this study, cluster analysis and a Word2Vec algorithm were applied to formal documents that contain important elements for contractors or clients. An initial classification of document content into six types was performed through cluster analysis, and 157 occurrence types were subdivided through application of the Word2Vec algorithm. The derived terms were re-classified into five categories and reviewed as to whether the terms could develop into potential construction risk factors. Identifying potential construction risk factors will be helpful as basic data for process management in the construction industry.

대한설비건설협회 가스설비공사협의회(위원장 이효련)가 도시가스시설 사용자공급관 및 특정가스사용시설공사와 관련하여 일부 도시가스사업자의 우월적 지위를 이용, 규정을 벗어난 부당행위가 계속됨에 따라 지난 해 이를 방지하여 줄 것을 산업자원부에 건의한 바 있다. 이에 따라 산업자원부가 대한설비건설협회 가스설비공사협의회의 건의를 반영하여 전국 도시가스회사 및 각 시∙도지사에게 이러한 사례가 재발되지 않도록 공문을 시달(2005년 5월 4일)했으나, 이같은 부당행위가 여전히 근절되지 않고 있다. 이에 본지는 산업자원부가 시달한 공문의 전문을 게재하오니 가스시공업계 회원사에서는 업무에 참고 바란다.

This paper aims to examine into the public document management regulations of Gungnaebu(宮內府) at the last period of Daehan(大韓) Empire. Gungnaebu(宮內府), newly established as a political consequence of Gabo(甲午) Reform, had managed the affairs of Royal Court all through several political changes. Many of the main contents of public document management regulations were established after 1907. These regulations and methods have a significant meaning in that they have great affect on the prototype of today's public document management. Moreover, such regulations include the departments in charge of public document management, procedures for official documents handling, provisions on compilation and preservation, the formulation of records compilation classified table and provisions on records list and lending, in detail. They suggest us many points because they are the matrix of the methods of records and archives management which had been applied through Joseon(朝鮮) colonial government, even after the foundation of Republic of Korea.

농림부가 올해 12월27일부터 개정될 축산법 시행령, 시행규칙 개정령(안) 중에서 개량대상 축종에 오리와 개가 신규 포함된 반면, 사슴이 빠져 있어 논란이 예상되고 있다. 본회 김수근 회장은 '사슴은 이미 사육가구수와 마리수에서 소, 돼지, 닭에 이어 4대 축종에 거론될 만큼 상당한 규모를 자랑하는데 이번 축산법 개정에서조차 개량대상 축종에서 제외된다는 것은 말도 안되는 불합리한 처사'라 반발하며 사슴도 축산법상 정식 개량대상 축종에 포함될 수 있도록 조치를 취해달라고 주장했다. 이에 대해 농림부 해당부서 관계자는 '사슴이 개량대상 축종에 포함되어야 한다는 요지의 공문과 자료를 관계부서에 제출하면 심의를 거쳐 대상 여부를 결정짓겠다'고 밝혔다. 이에 본회에서는 공문을 통해 농림부 해당부서에 '축산법 시행규칙에서 정하는 개량대상 가축에 사슴이 제외되어 있어 체계적인 개량사업 추진에 차질이 예상된다'고 밝히고 사슴을 정식 개량대상 축종에 포함시켜달라고 건의했다. 한편 농협중앙회는 '농림부 축산법 개정안에서 사슴이 개량대상 축종에 포함되지 않은 것은 뜻밖의 일'라고 밝히고 농협중앙회 차원에서도 사슴이 개량대상 축종에 포함될 수 있도록 농림부에 건의키로 했다. 농협중앙회 역시 타당성 근거를 위해 본회에 사슴 개량에 관련된 자료를 요청했으며 본회에서는 즉시 농협중앙회측에 자료를 발송했다. 아래는 본회가 농림부에 보낸 공문 및 사슴 개량 관련 자료.

From the beginning of the digital age, the need for cultural heritage institutions to share information resources and integrate services has increased, causing many countries to make efforts for cooperation and integration. In line with this, this study examines the similarities and differences between the National Diet Library of Japan and the National Archives of Japan, seeking ways for further cooperation between the two organizations. Their websites, articles, and legislations were reviewed to analyze their histories, systems, laws, policies, and services. In conclusion, building an integrated database for materials in history and an archive for disaster information, as well as conducting joint exhibitions and learning programs, were drawn as viable ways for collaboration.

In this study we review the representations used for emphasizing the significance and requirement of mathematics in Chinese and Korean mathematics text(算學書). Especially, we study four terms; first 六藝之一(육예지일, one of the six arts), second 伏義(복희, Fuxi) 周公(주공, Zhougong) 孔子(공자, Kongzi) 孔門(공문, Kongmen), third 道(도, dao) (색, ze) 微奧(미오, weiai) 精微(정미, jingwei), forth 經世之實用(경세지실용, usefulness in the real life). Through these representations that can be seen in the many mathematics text, we consider the author's efforts to improve the mathematics.
