  • 핵 가족화, 고령화가 가속화되고 도시 독거노인 및 독신인구가 급증합에 따라, 외로움과 소외감을 극복하고 또 다른 형태의 가족적 유대감을 얻기 위하여 반려동물, 반려인들이 날로 증가하고 있다. 반려동물 문화는 급격히 발전하고 있는데 반해, 이를 지탱할 수 있는 사회나 문화적 의식과 공공 기반시설의 질적수준은 초기 단계수준이다. 반려견 소유자와 일반인들 사이에 갈등이 발생하여 관련 제도나 법에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 갈등과 논란을 해소하며 반려동물 문화 발전에 기여하고자 본 연구는 도시 내 반려인 전용 주거 시설의 개념과 역할, 공동 주거 시설로서의 사회적 필요성을 고찰하고, 새로운 공동 집합 주거 공간의 방향을 제안한다.

  • The major objective of the most of enterprises including construction firms is to profit earning. To achieve it, a number of enterprises endeavor and improve themselves to adapt to the change and development on enterprise environment. Therefore, this study carries out CRM activity for the apartment house supplier in order to improve the housing satisfaction of apartment house residents. This study also aims to provide technical information to establish the supply strategy of apartment in Korea and to contribute to the related industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the present use and the needs for community facilities in apartment housing complex. Eight apartment housing complexes containing more than 500 units which constructed after 2000 were selected for this study. Three hundred and fifty three residents of apartment housing were surveyed to identify their needs and use of community facilities. The main findings of this study are as following; The most frequently used community facilities in apartment housing were outdoor rest area, exercise facilities, and park and playground. Also, the highly required community facilities were outdoor rest area, exercise facilities, and park and playground. Especially, most of the respondents showed the high level of need for the exercise facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the residential environment based on the physical quality indicators in apartment housing through the case study of 36 housing estate samples which were built in 1994-1998. The contents of this research consists of two main parts. The first part is to select the quality indicators based on the residential satisfaction of dwellers. The second part is to analyze the residential environment based on the selected quality indicators in apartment housing. This research will contribute to the establishment of the site planning methods which increase the quality of residential environment in apartment housing.
