1980년대 이후 과학기술자들의 공동연구가 산학연 혹은 학제간 공동연구라는 형태로 활발히 진행되고 있고, 최근에는 네트워크이론으로 까지 발전하고 있다. 그런데 우리나라에서는 산학연 공동연구는 연구결과의 산업적인 활용 촉진을 위한다는 성격이 강해 세부적인 내용에 대한 연구가 비교적 활발했지만, 학제간 공동연구에 대한 연구는 거의 없다해도 과언이 아니다. 그럼에도 기술혁신학회와 같은 경우는 학제간 공동연구 촉진을 학회의 중요한 추진방향으로 잡고 있을 정도이다. 따라서 본 연구는 학제간 공동연구를 중심으로 국내 과학기술자들의 공동연구에 대한 인식이 무엇인가를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 공동연구를 수직적인 공동연구와 수평적인 공동연구로 나누고, 수평적인 공동연구를 학제간 연구라 규정한다. 또한 학제간 연구를 4개의 유형으로 구분해 과학기술자들의 인식과 행태가 어떻게 나타나고 있는지를 분석한다. 분석대상은 과학기술계 전 분야의 3,184명에 대한 설문조사 결과이다.

국제공동연구는 공동연구를 실시하기 전에 연구가 필요한 기술을 우선 정하고 기술을 보유한 국가나 기관을 선정하여 도입하고자 하는 기술이나 서로 보완관계로 공동연구가 가능한지 아니면 도입방식의 공동연구를 추진해야 하는지를 검토하여 세부적인 기술을 정하여 국제공동연구를 추진할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 독일 등 우리나라의 국제공동연구 사례를 분석하면서 바람직한 국제공동연구 추진방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 외국과 공동 연구개발을 추진하는 경우에는 공동연구 대상기관이 어떠한 원천기술을 보유하고 있는데 그 기술의 가치가 무엇인지 따져보고 국내나 다른 나라들은 없는지 확인하여 필요한 기술이라면 도입여건을 검토하여 추진하여야 한다. 기술의 포괄적인 포장이나 애매한 협력은 불필요한 예산과 인력 투입등 비용을 유발하고 관련기관간의 신뢰를 심각하게 저해할 우려가 있다. 따라서 기술내용과 역할 등에 대해서 세분화하여 명확히 하는 것이 필요하다.

최근 4차 산업혁명 등 대외적 R&D 환경의 급속한 변화와 이로 인한 과학기술의 융 복합 및 첨단화가 가속화됨에 따라 이에 대응하기 위해 신산업분야를 중심으로 국가 간 공동협력이 점차 활발해짐에도 불구하고, 우리나라는 연구개발 주체의 연구역량 열위, 연구주체의 폐쇄성, 국가 R&D 제도적 미흡 등으로 인해 국가 간 공동연구 활동도가 매우 미흡한 편이다. 2016년 국가과학 기술혁신역량평가 국제협력 항목에서도 우리나라의 국제협력 항목지수는 0.206으로 2015년(0.182) 대비 0.024p 상승하였으나, 여전히 OECD 30개국 중 16위에 머무르는 것으로 나타났으며, 국제협력 상위 3개국에 대한 상대수준에서도 평균 10.3% 수준에 불과하여 국제 공동연구 활동도를 높이기 위한 다각적인 개선방안 확립에 대한 요구가 점차 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2015년 연구에 이어 미래 신산업 분야에서 우리나라와 해외 주요국의 국제 공동연구 현황을 중심으로 핵심연구자 간(연구 활동도 상위 5위 이하) 국제공동연구에 대한 활동도 비교 분석을 통해 정확한 현황을 진단하고, 향후 우리나라 연구주체의 연구개발 개방화, 국제 협력 전략적 분야 및 대상 발굴, 국제공동연구 활성화 등에 대한 발전방안을 고찰하고자 하였다. 국내 및 글로벌 핵심 연구자 간 글로벌 공동연구 현황을 분석하기 위해서 KDD/KM 방법론을 활용한 공동연구자 분석(Co-author analysis)네트워크 기법을 활용하였으며, 동 방법론의 활용을 통해서 신산업 분야 중 가사로봇분야의 상위 10개 국가, 기관, 연구자에 대해 분석하고, 논문 활동도가 높은 글로벌 및 한국의 상위 5위까지의 핵심 연구자를 대상으로 연구자 간 국제공동연구에 대한 현황 및 활동도에 대한 공동연구 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다.

Many studies have demonstrated that articles from international collaborations are more cited than articles from domestic collaborations. However, difference between the citation impact of international and domestic co-authored papers is supposed to be widened due to the collaboration strategy adopted by individual institute. In short, each institute will show the significantly different citation impact between international and domestic co-authored papers. In this paper, we applied the index of Incremental Ciation Impact(ICI) to identify the different value of citation impact between international and domestic co-authored papers for research institutes of KRCF, results of which will be understood under the strategy of international research collaboration.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.

인터넷 공동구매가 실무적으로 많은 관심과 주목을 받고 있음에도 불구하고 공동구매에 대한 학술직인 논의는 그리 많이 이루어지지 못하고 있으며 특히 인터넷 공동구매를 소비자 행동론적 관점에서 실증적으로 분석한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문에서그 인터넷 소비자들이 공동구매사이트를 통한 인터넷 공동구매에 대해 기지고 있는 태도와 의도에 영향을 주는 요소를 인터넷 개별구매와의 장단점 비교에 의해 분석하였다. 이론적인 검토를 통해 인터넷 공동구매가 인터넷 개별구매에 대해 가질 수 있는 상대적 장점으로 가격절감, 위험감소, 거래비용 절감을 설정하였고, 제품다양성의 부족 및 시간지연을 상대적 단점으로 하였다. 제안된 연구모형의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 각 변수에 대한 측정척도를 미련하여 설문지를 작성배부하였고, 이 가운데 타당하다고 인정되는 355부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 구조방정식에 대한 만족할만한 모형 적합도를 구했고, 위험감소와 인터넷 공동구매 태도와 관련된 가설을 제외한 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 공동구매를 소비자 지각의 입장에서 새로운 연구모형을 제시하였고 이에 대한 실증적 검증을 통해 타당성을 입증하였다는 점에서 이론적으로는 물론이고 실무적으로도 큰 의의를 지니고 있다.

In order to understand the trends of collaborative research in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) in Korea, this study analyzed bibliometric data and keywords of 5,383 Journal papers by 195 Korean LIS professors from 2000 to 2017 as well as the author credit allocation formulas of 26 Korean university research evaluation criteria. Examination of university research evaluation criteria revealed co-authors' credit level to be generally much lower than that of single authors, which in turn reduces the relative value of collaborative research. As a result, recent journals publish more co-authored papers than single author papers both domestically and internationally. The study also found collaborative research to be less prevalent in private universities than national universities and least prevalent in associate professors among professors. Furthermore, keyword analysis of study data revealed the emerging topics of both domestic and international collaborative research to be those that reflect social phenomena as well as those that relate to information science employing new technologies.

In this study, the analytic solutions and numerical methods were used to estimate the shape and size effects on the stability of underground openings. The stability of underground openings was evaluated by scrutinizing the effects of the rock mass quality, the state of in-situ stresses and the lateral earth pressure coefficient on the displacement, the stress concentration and the plastic region developed in the vicinity of the openings. The analytic solutions have shown that the stress concentration factor is inversely proportional to the radius of curvature of openings. Through parametric study on the various shapes and sizes of underground openings the characteristics of the controlling factors concerned with the stability were analyzed. Then, the study was extended to the horseshoe-shaped openings commonly used for under ground storage. Through the extended study the effects of the stress ratio and the height-towidth ratio of openings on the maximum displacement and plastic region developed around the openings were estimated. The results have shorn that the height-to-width ratio of domestic storage caverns can be increased economically without stability problem, as far as the lateral earth pressure coefficient is appropriate.

Confronted with increasing global competition and rising research and development risks, the global open innovation has receiving increased attention. This study empirically investigates whether or not international cooperative R&D is effective by evaluating the quality indicators with the patents with international co-applications. The number of patents with international co-applications has dramatically increased in recent years. According to the results, the outcome from international cooperative R&D is prominent in term of all the evaluation criteria such as the number of citation, patent families, claims, and et cetera, compared with that from domestic cooperative R&D. Based on the patent quality, the information technology sector holds the top spot and high-tech sectors such as bio and automobile industries show the better quality performances. By identifying high betweeneess centrality in the network analysis of international cooperative R&D, the US is indicated as the most central country in such cooperative activity, and then Germany, the UK, Canada, and France come after.

본 연구는 인터넷 전자상거래를 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 공동구매의 동기요인(시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의)이 협상력과 관여도에 따른 공동구매에 대한 태도와 공동구매의 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 실증 분석하였다. 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의는 인터넷 공동구매태도의 선행변수로 가정하였으며 협상력, 관여도는 공동구매태도의 조절변수로 가정하였다. 그리고 공동구매태도는 인터넷 공동구매의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정하였다. 실증분석은 인터넷상에서 제품을 한번이라도 구매해 본 경험이 있거나 인터넷 공동구매를 한번이라도 해 본 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 조사분석 결과, 공동구매 동기요인인 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의가 높을수록 공동구매태도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 협상력이 높을 때보다는 낮을 때 공동구매태도에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 관여도는 낮을 때보다는 높을 때 공동구매태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공동구매태도는 공동구매의도에 정(+)의 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 인터넷을 통한 공동구매 시 동기요인인 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의는 협상력이 낮을 때와 관여도가 높을 때 공동구매태도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이러한 공동구매태도는 공동구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
