This study examined the effect of family cohesion and perception of age-friendly environment on sense of community and the mediating role of perception of age-integration in those relationships by regions. To that end, we used survey data collected from a nation-wide survey from adults who are aged 20 to 85 (N=1,200). ANOVA, structural equation models and bootstrapping mediation tests were conducted. The results showed that family cohesion and one sub-dimension of the age-friendly environment- social participation- increased sense of community in all three regions. Also, perception of age-integration partially mediated the relationship between family cohesion and sense of community in the Metropolitan areas and small cities as well as the relationship between social participation and sense of community in all three regions. Based on the results, authors discussed ways to increase family cohesion and social participation to enhance sense of community.

This study is aimed to determine the relation among fathers' rejective parenting style, fathers' community spirit, and their children's humanity. We also examined whether fathers' community spirit mediates the association between fathers' rejective parenting style and children's humanity. The study used data from 207 4-to 5-year-old children and their fathers from a kindergarten located in Seoul, South Korea. We estimated Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and Pearson's correlation coefficient, and employed a two-way ANOVA and a multiple regression analysis. In addition, a Sobel test was conducted to examine the mediation effect. The results are as follows. First, There were no significant differences in fathers' rejective parenting style, fathers' community spirit, and their children's humanity by children's sex and age. Second, children's humanity was negatively related to fathers' rejective parenting style and positively related to fathers' community spirit. That is, children's humanity can be improved further by lowering fathers' rejective parenting style and increasing fathers' community spirit. Third, our results showed that fathers' community spirit mediated the association between fathers' rejective parenting style and their children's humanity.

The study used cross-lagged path modeling to examine the longitudinal associations between self-esteem and community spirit among adolescents. This is a longitudinal study designed to examine the developmental changes of adolescents' self-esteem and community spirit in Korea. This study used the data collected by the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) from 2014 through 2016. Participants were surveyed from the 5^th grade to the 7^th, which belonged to the 1^st elementary school cohort panel of the KCYPS. To be used as the data of this study, children should have all information at 3-time points: the 5^th grade; 6^th grade; 7^th grade. The collected data were analyzed with PSAW 18.0 and AMOS statistical program. The participants in this study were 903 males (51.6%) and 847 females (48.4%). The level of self-esteem was 3.29±.51, 3.19±.55, and 3.15±.57 point at 5^th grade, 6^th grade, and 7^th grade each. The level of community spirit was 3.12±.52, 3.09±.59, 3.15±.55 point respectively. Community spirit from elementary school to middle school is consistently predicted by previous self-esteem. Likewise self-esteem has a significant predictive effect on subsequent community spirit.

The purpose of this study was to analyze direct and indirect effects that depression of adolescents have on their life satisfaction through mediating variable called sense of community. To collect data, a survey was administered to 371 adolescents participating in volunteer activity at Youth Training Center located in C province. Data collected were analyzed for mediating effect, using structural equation model. The results showed that sense of community not only directly affect life satisfaction of the adolescents, but also work as a significant mediating variable between depression and life satisfaction. In other words, sense of community was found to reduce the negative impact of depression on life satisfaction. Based on these findings the ways of developing effective measures to promote the sense of community of young adolescents in educational field was discussed, such as developing various experience-activity programs and providing an institutional strategy which support such activity programs.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of adolescents' experience activity satisfaction on their life satisfaction, and verify the mediating effects of sense of community between the two factors. For this, analysis has been conducted using Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS, Ed. 6). Analysis were performed using the SPSS 24.0 program to verify the mediating effect, and the Sobel test was performed to analyze the statistical significance of the mediating effect. First, it was analyzed that the experience activity satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on sense of community. Second, it was found that the adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that snse of community had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and at the same time, it was found that adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, so sense of community had a partial mediating effect.

The purpose of the present study was to see through literature review if Korean formal schooling plays role in enhancing community spirit on the part of students. Seen as quite relevant to community spirit, moral schooling, students' volunteer activities and their evaluation of the Korean society were examined. Results indicated that Korean schooling orients itself to instrumental functions for personal goals rather than heightens community spirit of students. Moral schooling remains formal and superficial, and students' volunteer activities are mandatory in nature for getting good marks. Further, students' evaluation of their school, Koreans and the Korean society are quite negative. In conclusion, methods for enhancing community spirit were discussed.

This study investigated sense of community influencing satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation and mediating effects of school adjustment involving sense of community, satisfaction with center teacher and service use evaluation among adolescents in community child center. Secondary data analysis from the 2nd Panel Survey on Service Satisfaction with Community Child Center was performed using data of 438 the first grade middle school aged student in 2017. Correlation coefficient and step-wise Regression using SPSS 18 program 18.0. and Sobel test showed that the higher of satisfaction with center teacher and center service use evaluation influenced the more enhanced sense of community, and school adjustment had partial mediating effect among them. Therefore, to promote low income adolescents' sense of community, this study suggested the need to persist the sustainable relationship between satisfaction with center teacher and adolescents and to improve quality of service and to develop and apply the community action program connecting community child care center and school system.

It is easy that students give up his study in e-learning environments. So it is critical for success of e-learning school to encourage students' aspiration to graduate study. This study examines the effect of sense of community to aspiration to graduate study and school loyalty in e-leaning school. I found that sense of community effect to school identification and that school identification effect to aspiration to graduate study and school loyalty.

The purpose of the study was to examine the mediating effect of attribution style on relationship between students' community sense and school adjustment in middle school on inclusive physical education. For this, the study conducted survey targeting 380 students without disabilities from B city who were participating in middle school on inclusive physical education among them were surveyed through convenience sampling were used for final data processing. To analyze the data to verify the hypotheses, SPSS 21.0 program population sociological characteristics were used for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the collected data, and correlation analysis, and Cronbachs'${\alpha}$ value was used for reliability test. And AMOS 20.0 program were utilized to conduct mediating analysis and the statistically significant level (p) is fixed as .05. The results are the following. First, there was a statistically significant correlation between non-disabled student's sense of community, school adjustment and internal attribution. Second, internal attribution partially mediated the relationship between the sense of community of non-disabled students and school adjustment. However external attribution did not mediate the relationship between sense of community of non-disabled students and school adjustment.

The attitude of community members plays a key role for sponsorship response. Theory of identification is very important to understand the attitude of community members. Community identification can effect to behavior and attitude to sponsors of community members. This study examines antecedents of community identification and relations between community identification and sponsorship response. I found that sense of community effect to community identification and community loyalty. Satisfaction of need, membership, and emotional ties effect to community identification and community loyalty. But influence effect only to community loyalty. Community identification effect to community loyalty. And community loyalty effect to sponsorship response.
