Hoe beak village (Donggu manseokdong, Akasaki Village) is the oldest slums in Incheon. Recently, 'Mixed residential environment improvement project' is being promoted as Aboriginal entire resettlement goals in place of 'new building reconstruction and redevelopment projects' knock down everything this hoe beak village existed already.
