This study investigates and analyzes the convenience facilities to strengthen or mitigate the Barrier Free awareness and Kindergarten Barrier Free for the kindergarten school staff and the public facility officials of the education office. In addition, to improve the Barrier Free, the improvement facilities of the kindergarten were investigated and analyzed. First, from the institutional viewpoint, it is necessary to amend the existing regulations of the Act for the Promotion of the Convenience Promotion of Disabled Persons, Elderly and Pregnant Women in Korea, and to change the facilities for duties and recommended installation of the kindergarten and the Barrier Free certification standards. Second, in order to apply the Barrier Free certification system to the kindergarten in terms of facility environment, it is necessary to activate the barrier kind of the kindergarten so as to receive the Barrier Free certification by lowering the score of the items difficult to improve due to the terrain or building structure. Third, the perception of Barrier Free is still not high in terms of social awareness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the method of creating a Barrier Free for a kindergarten in the education and living space of children who are the socially underprivileged. Therefore, based on this study, it is anticipated that it will be an opportunity to promote change of Barrier Free in Kindergarten if an attempt is made to improve the Barrier Free certification index suitable for public kindergarten.

Adolescent volunteer, a kind of experience activity, can have positive influence on the improvements of sound personality, community ownership, and leadership living skill ability. However, its purpose is today declining because it tends to be only used for the adolescent university admission. This study investigates the impacts of adolescents' volunteer participation motivation(selfish and selfless) on leadership living skill ability(human relationship skill, group activity skill, learning skill, and self-understanding skill) and satisfaction. The study conducted a survey and utilized 222 questionnaires to examine these relationships. The results are as follows. First, selfless participation motivation had significant impacts on four leadership living skill abilities and satisfaction. Second, selfish participation motivation had no significance on four leadership living skill abilities, but had negative significance on satisfaction.

밖으로는 코펜하겐 사회개발(社會開發) 정상회의를 계기로, 안으로는 국민기대수준(國民期待水準)의 제고와 고도성장의 부작용(副作用)에 대한 성찰을 배경으로 신복지구상(新福祉構想)이 제기된 바 있다. 이는 인간성(人間性) 회복을 근간으로 한국 실정에 어울리는 생산적(生産的) 공동체적(共同體的) 복지정책(福祉政策)을 추진함으로써 국민생활의 안정에 우선을 두겠다는 정책의지의 결집이라고 요약된다. 신복지구상(新福祉構想)은 우리에게 발상의 전환과 새로운 패러다임의 제시를 요구하고 있다. 우리 국민은 고도성장(高度成長)의 부작용(副作用)으로 생활을 둘러싸고 있는 경제 사회적 환경이 열악하게 되어 안정적인 삶을 위협받고 있다. 특히 물질적(物質的)인 삶의 풍부함과 더불어 황금만능사상(黃金萬能思想)이 만연하여 인간경시경향(人間輕視傾向)이 두드러지고 있어 국민들은 안전하고 안정된 생활여건(生活與件)의 조성을 갈구하고 있는 것으로 풀이된다. 지금이야말로 대내외적(對內外的) 환경변화에 발맞추어 성장잠재력(成長潛在力) 확충을 지지하면서 계속적인 산업화(産業化)가 발생시킬 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用)을 줄일 수 있도록 적절한 복지정책(福祉政策) 대안(代案)의 개발이 요청되고 있다고 하겠다. 복지정책의 중점은 국민요구를 반영하여 삶의 질(質)향상을 위한 생활복지(生活福祉)로 모아져야 할 것이다. 대부분의 국민이 문화(文化)가 있고 건강(健康)하며 안정(安定)된 생활을 희구하고 있음에 비추어, 일상생활 속에서 복지증진을 체감(體感)할 수 있도록 지역사회를 단위로 특색 있는 정책이 전개되어야 할 것이다. 앞으로의 사회복지정책(社會福祉政策)은 전통적(傳統的) 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)와 서구적(西歐的) 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 조화, 경제성장과 사회복지의 균형, 정부, 민간 그리고 지역사회의 공조(共助)를 요구하고 있으며, 이와 관련하여 일본(日本)과 대만(臺灣)의 경험이 시사하는 것처럼 장기적인 시각(視角)에서 꾸준히 일관성 있게 공적지출(公的支出)을 늘려나가는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 그리하여 민간의 자발적(自發的) 참여를 유도함으로써 국민 모두의 삶의 질(質) 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이며 결국 인간성(人間性) 고양을 통하여 국민화합이 달성될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of peer attachment, self-esteem, and school life adjustment on the sense of community in the first grade of middle school adolescents. This study utilized the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) data(7th, 2016) to get more comprehensive and objective research result. A total of 2,000 subjects were included in the study. For statistics on the collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearsons' correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0. As a result of the study, the statistically significant variables affecting the sense of community in the first grade of middle school, were peer attachment and school life adjustment. The variable identified as having the greatest influence was school life adjustment. In order to inspire a sense of community, priority should be given to promoting school life adjustment.

This study explores experiences of housewives with infants' Pumasi child rearing community(i.e, communal child rearing community). A concrete context of pumasi child rearing of housewives with Infants was found. Results were as follows: The backgrounds of participation in pumasi child rearing community are isolated condition of child rearing and housewives' needs to find way of communication with others. Pumasi child rearing communities give meaningful experiences. They meet the developmental needs of both mothers and children and also provide various parenting models and skills, give a high value to individual child rearing, develop an everyday life community and strengthen the health of communities.

Social noise survey on multiple residential noises such as nut impact, air-borne, bathroom, drainage and traffic noises was conducted to investigate major variables affecting the overall satisfaction for noise environment The effect of individual noise perception on the evaluation of the overall noise environment was investigated through a questionnaire survey on annoyance, disturbance and noise sensitivity. Auditory experiments was also undertaken to determine noise level according to the percent of satisfaction for individual noise source. As a result of survey, it was found that satisfaction for floor impact noise most greatly affects the overall satisfaction for noise environment and annoyance most greatly affects the satisfaction for individual noise sources. Result of auditory experiment showed that the noise level of floor impact noise by bang machine, airborne, drainage and traffic noise corresponding to 50% satisfaction is 44dB($L_{i,Fmax,AW}$) and 40dBA, respectively.

'한글 문화상품 아이디어 공모전'은 한글을 주제로 한 우수한 전시 및 공연을 통해 한글을 예술적 차원으로 끌어올리는 한편, 우리 생활에서 실용적으로 사용할 수 있는 한글문화상품을 적극 개발하도록 유도, 지원하여 한글이 생활 속에서 자연스럽고 친숙하게 다가오게 하며, 한글의 아름다움과 우수성을 세계에 널리 알리자는 것에 그 의의를 두고 있다.

The purpose of this research is to provide the informations on built - in closets and storage in urban apartment houses in korea, considering the mode in living. Since the number of household goods and furniture might be related with the unit size of house(L D K) and district (Seoul. Pusan, Incheon) all data also were evaluated by the struclure of dwelling space and urban area in korea. For being importance of "Anbang" for indoor living, in which Znagnnng, Mungap, a dressing table and hanger are prepared. Preparation of new space in various ways. so many living tools are being used, for example the dinner table with adjustable supporters. A room is specially prepared for storage of season's living goods and furniture. It is very interest that the bed is still net popular, because that is considered as obstruction for the function of "Anbang", specially in small size apartment. Built - in closets and storage In "Anbang" is greatly needed, because most of activities of living involving sleeping are done In that space.

재단법인 인촌기념회는 제20회 인촌상 수상자를 발표하고 지난 11일 시상식을 가졌다. 본지는 공공봉사부문을 수상한 대전 평화의 마을에서 김종태 원장을 만나 수상 소감과 함께 원로 사회복지사로서 느끼는 현 사회복지계에 대한 진솔한 이야기를 들어보았다. 김종태 원장은 중앙신학교(현 강남대학교) 사회사업과를 다니다 1957년 고 함석헌 옹이 운영하는 씨알농장에서 공동체 운동을 시작했다. 그는 1967년 홀트아동복지회 일산복지타운 원장을 지내다 1987년부터 아동생활시설인 대전 평화의 마을을 운영하고 있다. 1990년 미국 사우스캐롤라이나대 대학원에서 사회사업복지 과정을 공부하기도 한 김종태 회장은 40년 동안 봉사활동만을 하며 생활시설의 새로운 패러다임을 도입해 전국으로 전파한 공을 인정받아 인촌상 수상자로 선정되었다.

This research quantified(/m²) the supplied materials at the construction stage of apartments, the main architecture form domestically, and presented the average CO₂ emission by analyzing 50 apartment complexes. The results are as follows. CO₂ emission of each type of constructions by supplied materials is architecture (78.8%), machine (8.8%), electricity (5.3%), civil engineering (3.4%), landscaping (3.4%), and communication (1.0%). The building construction charged about 79%. Average CO₂ emission of total 50 apartment complexes according to supplied material expense appeared to be 950 kg-CO₂/m², and when core-type pillar was included CO₂ emission largely increased.
