This study examined the changes of depression and life satisfaction among the elderly living together in group-home and congregate housing. And in this course, it was to verify the practical effects of the recent government and local authority community life of elderly people by comparing them with the groups of elders living alone. The study was divided into Time 1 and Time 2, and 205 person's data were used for the final analysis. PASW Statistics 18.0 was utilized to analysis the data of this study, because it is difficult to explain the results of this analysis, secondary qualitative research has been used to identify additional contextual information. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the depression of the subjects was significantly improved in the case of living in group-home and congregate housing, and it was significantly worse in the group of elders living alone. Second, the life satisfaction of survey subjects was significantly improved when living in congregate housing, group-home was significantly worse, and the group of elders living alone were not statistically significant but slightly worse. Third, mixed research methods were applied to make accurate interpretation of changes of life satisfaction of the elderly living in group-home. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to establish appropriate measures for the elderly to improve early adjustment and quality of life in community life. And the community life of the elderly can contribute to a real social safety net by solving the blind spot of welfare. At the national level, it can be utilized as a standard reference to improve and strengthen existing policies by providing data that can simultaneously examine the performances and problems of various policies related to housing or the welfare of the elderly.

본 연구의 목적은 학령기 자녀를 둔 도시 주부의 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두고 대구시에 거주하는 30대와 40대의 주부를 대상으로 연구한 것이다. 가족환경변인과 부부상호작용변인으로는 의사결정 공동참여를 매개변인으로 하여 가정생활만족에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모색한 결과 주부의 건강상태, 월평균 소득, 남편직업만족 변인은 가정생활만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 부인학력과 남편학력은 의사결정 공동참여를 경유하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

삶의 질을 구성하는 사회공간적 요소들은 현실 세계의 각 영역들, 즉 물질적, 생태적, 상징적 영역들에 상응하는 입지. 환경, 장소라는 3가지 개념들로 범주화될 수 있다. 이들은 삶의 질의 구체적 내용들, 즉 기본수요에의 접근, 생태적 안전의 보장, 그리고 공동체적 정체성의 확보와 관련된다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 ‘삶의 질’을 위한 공간을 3가지 영역으로 유형화하고, 이의 구체적 지표들을 설정하여, 대구시민들을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 본 논문은 이러한 3가지 사회공간적 요소들을 종합적으로 고려하는 공동체의 개념을 제시하고, 삶의 질을 고양시키기 위한 공동체적 생활정치를 강조한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group home adolescents' depression on school resilience with focusing on mediator effect of self-esteem. Data were collected from nationwide 64 group homes by mailing questionnaire survey between August 19th to September 13th, 2013. One hundred seventy two adolescents were responded. The major findings were as follows: First, group home adolescents' depression had negative effect on school resilience. Second, their depression had also negative effect on self-esteem. Finally, self-esteem proved to have a mediating effect on the effect of depression on school resilience overall. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.

$\ulcorner$2000년 인구 및 주택 조사$\lrcorner$ 자료에 의하면 전체 가구 중에서 단독주택 가구가 40.38%, 공동 주택 가구가 58.79%를 차지하고 있다. 아파트, 연립주택, 다세대주택 등으로 이루어진 공동주택이 이제 우리의 일상적인 주거양식이 되었다고 할 수 있다. 다시 말해 공동주택 주거양식은 현대적인 생활양식으로 우리의 보편적인 주거형태이며 대도시뿐만 아니라 중소도시의, 심지어 면 소재지에 이르기까지 우리의 주요한 주거 공간이 되었다. 이러한 현대적인 주거 생활은 도시화의 상징이자 도시 생활양식의 확산에 있어서 중요한 기능을 하고 있다. The aim of this article is to explore the neighbourhood plan in the UK on the basis of the characteristic of community partnership. In establishing the plan in the UK, a characteristic of public partnership is that a local community takes part in the whole process of establishing the plan. In addition, the central and local government induce the participation of such communities while establishing a statutory duty. To conduct the duty, the government introduce a referendum in the process of the establishment of the plan while emphasizing that the majority selection is the best solution. Based upon this local partnership, one of important lessons from the case of the UK is that in terms of local development, the evolutionary pathway to the social economy become one of more crucial factors beyond the economy itself. In addition, this pathway is deeply concerned with the community partnership.

This research purposed to verify the effects of children's peer attachment, community spirit, and multi-cultural acceptability on their adaptation to school. Also, I verified the difference of school life adaptation according to the degrees of peer communication, trust, alienation, community spirit, and multi-cultural acceptability. This research utilized Korean Children and Adolescent Panel Survey data to get more comprehensive and objective research result. As a result, the children who had higher peer attachment relationships (with more peer communication and better trust), higher community spirit, and higher level of multi-cultural awareness and acceptability adapted to school better. In particular, peer attachment had the highest effect on the children's school adaptation, community spirit next, followed by multi-cultural acceptability. Therefore, children's education needs to enhance their intimacy with peer groups, compliance with basic norms in school communities, and arouse rightful multi-cultural awareness in order to help them adapt to school better.

본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.
