본 연구는 해수의 작용으로 운반퇴적된 해성토와 하천에 의해 집적생성된 하성토가 혼합된 삽교호 유역의 하해혼성충적토에서, 토양의 이화학적 특성과 토양광물 분포를 밝혀 토양 발달정도를 추정하고 지형적인 연관성이 토양광물 조성에 미친 영향을 구명하기위하여, 간척지 숙성화 정도가 상이한 광활통, 춘포통, 복천통, 공덕통의 논토양과 간석지 1지점에 대하여 토양 이화학적분석, 시차열분석, 열중량분석, X-선회절분석을 실시한 결과로서 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 해안에 위치한 토양일수록 토양의 입경분포에서 미사와 점토함량은 증가하고, 토양산도와 치환성 Na가 높아지고 CEC는 약간 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 공덕통이탄층의 CEC는 $65cmol^+kg^{-1}$이었다. 토양 중 모래의 주광물은 석영, 운모, 장석, 녹니석, 각섬석이었으며, 광활통과 춘포통은 운모, 복천통과 공덕통은 석영의 분포가 높았으며, 내륙에 위치하는 토양일수록 장석, 녹니석의 상대적 비율이 높아 상부 곡간지로부터 유입된 풍화퇴적물의 영향을 받은 것으로 추정된다. 공시토양 대부분의 주점토광물은 kaolinite, illite, vermiculice로 토양의 산도가 낮은 공덕통의 모재층은 hydroxy interlayered mineral이 함유되어 있었고, 점토광물의 분포는 내륙에서 해안으로 갈수록 1:1광물이 감소하고 2:1광물의 비율이 증가하는 경향이었다.

아현 뉴타운은 신촌, 종로 등의 도심과 맞닿아 있으면서도 노후 주택과 다세대 주택이 구역 전체를 빼곡히 채우고 있어 오래 전부터 개발 필요성이 제기돼왔던 곳이다. 2003년 11월 2차 뉴타운으로 지정된 후 최근 공덕5구역이 정비 구역으로 지정되는 등 개발이 한창이다. 대표적인 달동네에서 복합 생활 문화 타운으로 변모될 아현 뉴타운을 찾았다.

With swelling of Chinese Economic scale, the competitive environment is swinging over the north-east Asia countries, Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. As the result of this circumstance, each countries in this area has been reformed their industries. According to the expanding in ocean logistic. The trends of competition on Hub port is looking forward much more severe year after year to preoccupy in logistics competitive within this Area. On the other hand, considering competitive environment & swelling of Chinese Economic scale, the structural reforms are imperative in korea. Korea have to convert the traditional sects into new high added value sects. In these trends, provincial government also should look for the plan for reinforcement of Regional competitiveness. The focus of this study is to look for the reinforcement methods on regional competitiveness of Gyeongnam Provincial Government. First, competitive industries in Gyeongnam, and second, Masan Free Trade Zone will be surveyed from data. Finally, the effects of New Hub port developing in Pusan-Jinhae will be discussed.

In this paper, the monopulse channel receiver which can be matched between channels through a wide bandwidth has been proposed. The effects of the gain and phase imbalance between channels on the slope of monopulse error signal were analyzed. Also, the matching method between channels in a wide bandwidth was proposed, by which monopulse slope could be stabilized. Using the implemented monopulse radar system the monopulse slope was measured in the anechoic chamber which include the moving horn antenna and the target signal generator. The results show that the wide band matching method is useful and applicable to various channel receivers

Traditional housing must be conserved simultaneously with not only the building itself, but the circumstances of the surroundings. Hence, traditional housing should be developed as a product of a culture environment. However, most cultural properties have recently been treated as only a piece of property by irresponsible maintenance practices and damage placed on private traditional housing. Apparently, it has not always been a result of dweller's negligence. Thus, various policies must be needed to effectively preserve traditional housing. To do so, this study will indicate a new direction for the circumstance of preservation through cultural employment of traditional high-class housing as well as reduce maintenance and damage for dweller's convenience. Furthermore, this study will propose a renovation for popularization of Korean cultural assets through the gradual implementation of both economic value and public worth.

행정자치부(장관 박명재)가 지역예산을 집행하는 계약과정에서 발생하는 문제의 해결을 돕기 위해 마포구 공덕동에 소재한 한국지방재정회관에서「지방계약민원 종합상담센타」를 개설, 지난 1월 22일부터 민원상담서비스에 들어갔다. 이 센타는 2006년‘지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법령’시행 이후 폭발적으로 증가하는 민원상담을 소화하는 한편, 서비스의 질을 높여 체계적·능동적인 민원서비스를 위해 개설 됐으며 △상담신청 → 1차상담서비스 → 진행상황 파악 → 미진한부분에 대한 사후 서비스 → 수범사례 전파의 순으로 서비스가 진행된다.「지방계약민원 종합상담센타」는 앞으로 자치단체, 교육행정기관, 건설업체 등에 대한 신속하고 품질 높은 민원상담서를 제공, 고객만족을 확대하고 제도적 건의사항이나 문제점을 즉시 파악해 정책에 반영할 계획이다. 한편 이날 현판 제막식에는 김경회 대한설비건설협회 상임이사를 비롯한 건설단체 임원 및 지방자치단체 시·도 계약담당 사무관, 시·도 교육청 계약담당 사무관, 행자부 산하기관 임원 등이 참석했다.

Why do religions emphasize good deeds like charity or love? What kind of relation are there between good deeds and salvation? Early Buddhism stresses that the deed of mortal cannot escape retribution. And deeds are intentional act, so those are representation of mind. Therefore an issue of mind raises its head before action. The extinction of ignorance and thirsty gives rise to good mind, and the good mind produces good deed. Mahāyāna Buddhism accentuates charity. It signifies that the mind of oneself sympathizes the mind of others. That is impossible unless one throws away attachment to oneself. The alms deed makes that possible. In Roman Catholicism Ten Commandments assert absolute worship to god. The transcendental merits devaluate worldly ones, so the mind can obtain calmness. Protestant claims the one can acquire salvation only by faith. And the salvation leads human to good deed. In conclusion good deeds are not ways and means to mokṣa or grace, but identical with them in Early Buddhism and Mahāyāna Buddhism, and Roman Catholicism and Protestant.
