주택환기시스템 구성 및 개발방향

  • 주택의 공기질 환경에 대하여 사회적 이슈가 된 새집증후군에 대한 언론매체의 집중적 보도와 실내 공기질이 인체에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구보고서의 잇따른 발표에 따라 실내 공기 질에 대한 관심이 점점 더 고조되고 있는 시점에 환경부의 실내공기질 관리법에 의해 2004년 5월부터 신축되는 공동주택의 경우 포름알테히드와 VOCs등 새집에서 발생되는 유해 물질을 입주 전 측정하여 공고하여야 한다는 법이 제정이 되어있다. 따라서 각 건설사 및 관련 업계에서는 실내의공기질을 개선하기 위한 다양한 방법을 연구하고 있으며 일차적으로 유해오염물질이 발생되지 않는 건축자재를 사용하는 근본적인 오염원인을 제거하는 source control를 선행을 하고 2차적으로 거주자가 주거생활을 하면서 발생시키는 오염물질인 $CO_2$및 분진 냄새 등은 강제환기를 통해서 개선시키는 방법을 채택하여 실내공기 질을 개선하고자 노력하고 있다. Laboratory Experiments of a Ground-Penetrating Radar for Detecting Subsurface Cavities in the Vicinity of a Buried Pipe (매설관 주변 지하 공동 탐지를 위한 지하 탐사 레이다의 모의실험)

  • In this paper, a feasibility on a ground-penetrating radar for detecting subsurface cavities near buried pipes has been investigated. The experimental setup was implemented by employing an impulse ground-penetrating radar system, a xy Cartesian coordinate robot, an underground material filled tank, a metal pipe and a simulated cavity model. In particular, the simulated cavity model was constructed by packing Styrofoam chips and balls, which have both similar electrical properties to an air-filled cavity and a solid shape. Through typical three experiments, B-scan data of the radar have been acquired and displayed as 2-D gray-scale images. According to the comparison of B-scan images, we show that the subsurface cavities near the buried pipes can be detected by using the radar survey.

  • Gangform, compared to the traditional forms, is a systemized form which can reduce construction duration and cost by the advantage of using it repeatedly. However, transportation and climbing process of the Gangform is highly dependant on the performance of tower crane. Gangform climbing process takes one day out of six to seven days of a structural work cycle. Tower cranes can not be used in other lifting works when they lift the Gangform during the structural work cycle, causing the delay in the construction project. Numerous efforts and researches have been done in domestic and international industry to solve such limitations of Gangform climbing process. Especially, "A Study on the Development of Automatic Gangform Climbing System for Apartment Housing Construction"has suggested a conceptual model which can climb the Gangform system without a tower crane. In this paper, the technical and economical feasibilities of previously proposed Automatic Gangform climbing system are examined by evaluating its structural stability and lifting load reduction effect.

The Analysis of Waste Factors for Business Phases on Customized Apartment Project (맞춤형 공동주택 프로젝트의 업무단계별 낭비요인 분석)

  • Recently, to reflect the various needs of customers in the apartment field, the customized apartment has emerged. From the point of the customer, customized apartments have the definite advantage of being able to guarantee more customer options. On the other hand, from the point of the project manager, there are significant risk factors, with increase of management factors, construction delays, etc. The reasons for this are, to date, the insufficient systematic analysis of the project, and the lack of experience of similar projects. This study provides the waste factors of each phase in a customized apartment project. A survey and interview are conducted to achieve the waste factors using MUDA methodology; a process of the project was analyzed; and a factor of each process was identified. Also, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) are used, to evaluate the waste factors in project stages. The AHP results show that "Design change" and "Inappropriate intervention in construction process" ranked highly in the waste factors. The results of our research will provide a countermeasure that addresses waste factors in similar projects, and contributes to reducing the extra cost and time in new projects.

The State of Schedule Management and the Recognition of Duration Shortening (공정관리의 실태 및 공기 단축에 대한 인식정도)

  • Construction projects are based on the actual field, so if the construction schedule that is established in the construction plan is delayed or extended for various reasons, construction companies are vulnerable to claims, and thus strive to complete a building within the planned timeline by shortening the construction time. Therefore, this study surveyed technicians in apartment construction in Gwangju, and studied their perceptions of the actual conditions of process control, construction time needs, goals, and methods. The results showed that the organization of the process control department and professional employees was lacking compared to other regions. The need for construction time was perceived as high, while the reduction of the construction cost was perceived as low. Regarding the reduction goal, they perceived highly the preparation for the delay of construction time and various claims, and for the reduction method, they mentioned the extension of working hours and the increase in employees. Based on the results of this study, technicians should consider that a reduction of construction time not only can make up for a delay in construction, but is also closely related to improvements in production through reduction of cost, and increased international competitiveness.

Study on the cavitation and noise characteristics by air injection in three dimensional hydrofoil (3차원 수중익에서 공기분사에 의한 캐비테이션 및 소음특성 연구)

  • In this study, changes in cavitation pattern and noise by air injection were investigated experimentally in a cavitation tunnel. Air injection system that can control the location and the amount of air was manufactured and installed in an elliptic wing that exhibits similar characteristics to those of a propeller blade. Various types of cavitation were simulated on the hydrofoil by adjusting the test conditions in the cavitation tunnel, and the changes in cavitation pattern and noise according to air injection were experimentally analyzed. It was shown that the noise characteristics varied depending on the position and the amount of air injection. This means that in order to apply the air injection technology to the propeller, it is necessary to optimize the air injection location and the amount of injection according to the cavitation characteristics.

  • 일반적으로 차실 음향 공동과 차체 팬널이 연성이 되는 계에 대한 소음 연성해석을 위한 해석 모델은 팬널과 공동이 직접적으로 연성이 되는 것으로 모델링되었다. 그러나 루프와 같은 팬널이 차실과 연성이 되는 경우, 루프의 진동은 차실에 직접적으로 전달되지 않고 루프 하단에 존재하는 갭과 내장판을 통하여 차실 소음에 영향을 미친다. 루프와 내장재 사이에 있는 갭의 매질은 주로 공기 도는 흡음재이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 음향 구조 연성계를 이론적으로 해석 가능한 1차원 모델로 근사화하여 갭의 간격, 갭의 매질 특성, 내장재의 물성치 등의 변화에 따른 공동 내의 음향 응답 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 위 결과를 에어갭을 고려한 3차원 차실 모델에 적용하고, 1/2 차실 모델에 대한 실험을 통하여 에어갭과 내장재의 효과를 검증한다.

다중이용시설의 실내공기질 실태조사 연구

  • 국내의 경우, 2004년 5월부터 시행예정인 다중이용시설 등의 실내공기질관리법에 따라서, 학교 등의 일부 건축물을 제외하고 신축공동주택 및 대부분의 거주용 공간에 대한 실내공기질관리법이 제정되었다. 이러한, 건축물 내에는 다양한 오염원(sources)과 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs), 포름알데히드(HCHO), 라돈(Radon), 석면(Asbestos), 일산화탄소(CO), 이산화탄소($CO_2$), 이산화질소(NO$_2$), 오존(O$_3$), 미세 먼지(PM10), 부유세균 등 유해오염물질(contaminants)이 존재하고 있다. 또한, 실내공기오염은 각 오염원에서의 유해오염물질 방산정도(emission rate)가 실내외 환경조건, 적용 건축자재의 종류 및 공법 , 환기설비의 특성 및 유형 등에 따라 큰 차이를 보이고 있으므로, 이에 대한 정확한 측정방법의 정립과 그에 따른 적절한 실태조사의 실시가 필요하다.
