The u-SCM to persue unification of the whole Supply Chain through ubiquitous computing and technical interface is raised its head for enterprise to secure endless competitive advantage and grow up constantly. This can be especially a matter of primary concern for business process elevation on various industry. The other side, The Traceability Service propelled both nationally and internationally is propelled specific industry to offer visibility and traceability of each manufacture on supply chain related to induce RFID, but standard Traceability Service Architecture isn't decided yet. This paper propose Model of Product Traceability Service which is based on EPCglobal Network to be the whole world standard architecture for the sake of efficient and perfect manufacture management on entire supply chain based on RFID.

국토정보화의 기반준비 단계인 ‘1차 국가 GIS 사업’기간 동안, 상당량의 수치화된 공간 정보가 축적되었고 이들을 관리하기 위한 다양한 종류의 지리정보시스템이 국가기관에서 사용되었다. 그러나, 사용중인 지리정보시스템은 조직적 지리적으로 분산되어 있으며, 공간데이타베이스의 이질성 및 폐쇄성으로 인해, 공간정보의 상호운용 측면에서 한계성을 드러내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러만 한계점을 극복하고자 분산 이기종 공간데이타베이스에 저장된 공간정보를 표준화된 방법으로 통합검색하며, 상호운용 가능토록 하는 국가공간정보유통체계를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템을 구성하고 있는 단일 유통게이트웨이, 복수개의 유통노드, 지리정보공급기관을 국가통신망을 통하여 상호 연결하고, 컴퓨팅 부하를 분산시키기 위한 방안으로 공간정보유통망을 검색망 및 전송망으로 분리 설계한다. 검색망에서는 메타데이타의 검색 및 전송을 위한 표준화된 방법으로서 OpenGIS OLE DB Provider 기반 데이터제공자 컴포넌트를 구현한다. 또한 데이터제공자 컴포넌트를 통해 전송된 이기종 공간데이타베이스로부터의 WKB 형태의 공간정보를 상호운용할 목적으로, 공간데이타 구조와 처리에 대한 인터페이스 표준화를 실시한 MapBase 컴포넌트를 활용하여 공간정보에 대한 통합검색, 분석 및 상호운용을 구현한다.

SCM means that production companies set up schedules for the purchase, manufacture and sales of production parts, go on smoothly the flow of products (added value and material flow) by systematically arranging the demand plans of customers and the distribution situation, thereby executing the management of them in an effective way. This article aims at analyzing the external flow between government and companies and presenting the problems and the improvement plans, which can make clear all the information flow of supply networks including the internal integration.

공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시되고 있다. 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 60% 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다. 택배 시스템은 자신의 서비스 능력과 상호보완관계에 있는 여타 서비스 제공업체와 연계하여 공급사슬 효율화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계가 필요한데 공급사슬 전체에 대한 물류서비스를 여러 업체로부터 개별적으로 외부 위탁하는 경우보다 한 번의 계약으로 통합된 물류서비스를 제공받기를 원하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에 협력택배시스템의 추진이 필요하고 있다. 타사에의 정보 누출을 꺼려 아직은 인식이 부족한 상황이나 보다 효율적이고 저렴한 물류비용을 위해서는 앞으로 제조업과의 다 자간 전략적 제휴는 필수적인 상황으로 전개될 것이다. 이에 현 3PL의 문제점을 살펴보고 제조업과의 협력 방안을 살펴보기로 하겠다.

'20년 3월 현재 전국 3,502개 읍면동 중 73개 읍면동이 지하수를 상수원으로 급수 중이며, 48개 산업단지에서 지하수를 주 수원으로 사용 중이다. 또한 급수 소외지역의 물 공급을 위해 주로 사용되는 소규모수도시설 14,811개 중 12,073개(81.5%)는 지하수를 이용하고 있으며, 그 위치는 전국에 산재해 있다. 이처럼 지하수는 댐, 저수지 및 하천과 더불어 생·공용수의 중요한 수원이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 급수 소외지역의 주요 수원인 지하수위 현황을 이용한 가뭄 모니터링 및 전망 기법을 개발하고자 하였다. 국가 지하수관측망 중 10년 이상 장기 관측 자료를 보유한 253개 관측소의 일단위 관측자료를 기반으로, 과거 관측수위 분포를 핵밀도함수로 추정하고 Quantile Function을 이용해 현재 수위의 높고 낮은 정도를 Percentile 값으로 산정하였다. 관측소별 지하수위 Percentile은 티센망을 이용해 167개 시군별로 공간평균하고 Percentile의 범위에 따른 가뭄등급을 설정하여 지하수 가뭄 정도를 모니터링 할 수 있는 기법을 제시하였다. 또한 지하수 가뭄을 전망하기 위해 강수와 지하수위의 거시적인 응답특성을 이용하였다. 관측소별로 추정된 핵밀도함수의 누적확률을 표준정규분포의 Quantile로 변환하여 표준지하수지수I(Standardized Groundwater level Index, SGI)를 산정하고, 시군별로 공간을 일치시킨 1~12개월 지속기간별 표준강수지수(Standardized Precipitation Index, SPI)와의 상관관계를 이용해 NARX(nonlinear autoregressive exogenous) 인공신경망 예측모형을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 기상청 정량전망 강수량을 이용해 전국의 1~3개월 후 지하수 가뭄을 빠르게 전망할 수 있는 체계를 구축하고, 생·공용수 분야 국가 가뭄 예·경보의 미급수지역 가뭄현황 및 전망에 활용중이다.

Supply network of automobile part is addressed with the e-invoices generated at real time. Automobile is composed of 8 modules. Firms which produce these modules are defined as the first outsourcing firm. Brake is the part of power control module and so, brake manufacturing firm is called the second outsourcing firm. In this paper, the third supply networks of brake manufacturing firms is analyzed with e-invoices and social network method. At the node-level, the third outsourcing firms are classified into 3 categories, interator, allocator and hub with respect to their role at the ego-network of each brake manufacturing firm. At the network level, A2, one of 3 brake manufacturing firms have more outsourcing firms and bigger centrality than the other brake manufacturing firms. Intre-firms trade patterns are, also, analyzed by using the degree of trade dedication with respect to the modes of business. It is shown that trade pattern of retail, commodity brokerage firm, rubber and plastic manufacturing firm are hierarchical trade because their degree of trade dedication is almost near to 1.

A liquid rocket system consists of a combustion chamber, a gas generator, a turbo pump, and a turbine, etc. Each component is connected by supply components such as valves, pipes, and orifices. Since each component has a combined effect on engine performance, preliminary analysis for overall system must be required before the conceptual design stage. Comprehensive analysis program considered the supply system has not been developed yet. In this paper, a supply component model of the liquid rocket engine has been designed after verification of each component. The gas generator cycle with supply components has been composed. The results of the cycle has been compared to those of the F-1 engine with the representative gas generator cycle.

최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

각 분야에서 최고를 자랑하는 전사적자원관리(ERP), 공급망관리(SCM), 고객관계관리(CRM), 지식관리(KM) 등의 솔루션을 도입하더라도 개별 솔루션만으로 모든 부분을 만족시킬 수는 없다. 이에 대한 대안으로 이들 솔루션들과 기존의 분산 환경 및 메인 프레임 환경을 통합하는 전사적인 기업애플리케이션통합(EAI)이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 주식회사 대교의 전사 기업애플리케이션 통합(EAI) 구축사례에 대한 분석을 통하여 EAI 추진방법 및 구성 그리고 주요성공요인들을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 내용들에 대하여 구체적으로 살펴보면 첫째, EAI 프로젝트의 추진목표, 전략, 추진조직 및 추진방법론, 둘째, 구현된 EAI 구성 및 특징, 셋째, EAI 구축성과 및 주요성공요인 등이다. 본 연구는 향우 EAI을 도입할 기업에게 EAI 구축과 관련한 유용한 자료가 되도록 하였다.
