As vehicle supply rate increases, traffic jam-related problems emerge and sharing transportation including carpool, centered on the advanced countries, becomes a major interest. This study aims to analyze benefit generated by carpool during the rush hours of medium and long distance travel, focused on the workers of public Agencies relocated to innovation cities. In order to compute benefit, carpool demand of relocated public Agencies was estimated and travel speed was estimated according to reduced traffic volume through carpool adoption using a traffic flow model. The benefit were computed dividing them into direct benefit and indirect benefit. As a result, 23billion KRW and 56.5billion KRW were annually revealed to be generated in terms of direct benefit and indirect benefit. The study result is expected to be used as part of basic research to adopt carpool for future traffic demand management.

논문은 공공 데이터 Open API와 사용자의 과거 행동과 주변 상황정보를 토대로 사용자가 선호하는 문화를 맞춤 추천하는 어플리케이션인 '눈치 코칭_문화'의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. '눈치 코칭_문화'는 사용자가 쉽게 문화를 추천 받을 수 있도록 만들어진 어플리케이션으로 기존의 필터링 방식으로 사용자가 검색하는 방식의 어플리케이션들과 달리 사용자의 주변 상황과 사용자의 취향 분석을 통해 최적의 문화 Contents를 어플리케이션을 통해 제공한다. 사용자의 별도의 상세검색이나 검색, 좋아요 기능, 주변 위치와 같은 상황 정보를 어플리케이션 사용 로그를 저장 후 데이터 전처리를 하여 사용자에게 다시금 피드백 되는 어플리케이션이다. 지속적인 알림을 통해 사용자에게 문화를 추천하도록 만들었다. 또한, 사용자에게 문화의 날 정보와 사용자 주변 위치의 문화센터를 추천하여 사용자의 문화 활동을 지향한다.

시각장애인은 활동을 하는데 있어 많은 제약이 따른다. 특히 사물을 만지거나 음성을 이용하여 정보를 얻어 이동해야 하는 어려움을 겪는다. 공공기관 및 민간기업에서는 시각장애인의 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 다양한 지원방안을 내놓고 있지만 여전히 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이 중 시각장애인이 사용하고자 하는 기기에 설치된 점자판에 접근하는데는 특히나 많은 어려움이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시각장애인 및 저시력자들이 효과적으로 점자판에 접근할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안시스템은 블루투스를 이용하여 음성으로 시각장애인들이 이용하려는 시설 및 기기 등에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 도와줌으로써, 사회적 약자의 어려움을 해소하는데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 메신저 플랫폼 상에서 위치정보 서비스를 제공하는 대화형 인공지능 챗봇(Chatbot)을 제안한다.별도의 애플리케이션에 들어가서 위치정보 서비스를 제공받던 기존 방식과는 달리 본 연구에서 제안하는 챗봇은 메시지 앱 내에서 대화형 방식으로 사용자에게 위치정보 서비스를 제공한다. 제안 챗봇은 Amazon Web Services 서버, Dialogflow API, ODSay API, 공공데이터 포탈 API 등을 통하여 구현되었다.

사람들의 대화에 사용되는 단어는 사전적으로 정의되어 있으나 개인마다 단어의 의미를 다르게 받아들이기도 한다. 단어에는 단순히 사전의 정의만 담겨 있는 것이 아니라 개인의 감정과 삶의 시간 또한 담겨 있기 때문이다. 각기 다른 의미로 단어를 사용함에 따라 야기되는 소통 장애를 해소하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 단어의 일반적 정의뿐 아니라 개개인 각자의 의미를 담을 수 있는 오픈사전 앱을 개발하였다. 일반사전에서는 공공 API를 통해 국립국어원의 우리말샘 사전을 사용하며, 오픈사전에서는 웹서버를 연동하여 MySQL에 사용자가 정의한 단어를 등록한다. 또한 본 앱에서는 해상도별 이미지를 구현하여 다양한 화면에 대응하였다.

공중장소에서 충전기에 꽂힌 상태로 무방비로 도난의 위협에 방치되어있는 스마트폰들을 아주 쉽게 발견할 수 있다. 잃어버린 스마트폰은 다시 구매하면 되지만 혹시라도 미처 백업하지 못한 자료나 연락처 등의 소중한 정보의 손실로 인해 피해는 클 것이다. 공중장소에서 충전중인 스마트폰을 절도를 목적으로 무단으로 전원에서 분리할 가능성에 대비하여 경고화면을 보여주는 한편, 만일 무단으로 충전기에서 뽑거나 케이블을 절단하면 경보를 울리는 한편, 현재 위치의 위도와 경도를 SMS기능을 사용해 지정한 전화번호로 해당 정보를 전송하는 기능을 안드로이드에 구현하였다. 이를 통해 도난이 되더라도 스마트폰을 잃어버린 위치와 시간을 특정 할 수 있게 도와 줄 수 있기 때문에, 도난이 의심되는 해당 시설 또는 근처의 CCTV영상을 확보하여 범인을 빨리 특정할 수 있게 함으로써 최대한 빠르게 스마트폰을 되찾을 수 있는 확률을 높여주고, 스마트폰에 대한 절도억제 효과도 줄 수 있다.

The mobile electronic notification service delivers notifications through mobile phone text or app-based message push to solve various problems of the paper-based mail service. And it is a service that an electronic document relay company proves to prove delivery. In order for public and administrative agencies to provide mobile electronic notification service, the user's identification information of the mobile phone number or the subscribed app is required. To overcome these limitations, ICT-regulated sandbox system was used to allow collective conversion of users' resident registration numbers into connecting information (CI). Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technical method for safe management of user CI in mobile electronic notice service, identity verification of electronic notice readers, and prevention of forgery and forgery of electronic notices. Through the proposed method, it is confirmed that the service can be activated by minimizing the adverse function of the mobile electronic notification service by securing the user's convenience and technical safety for the CI.

There has been low use of local information services that public libraries provide, and most of those services are limited only through in-house reading or checkout. Motivated by these issues, the study has developed a mobile application (app, hereafter) entitled as LibPass (a combination of Library and Pass) to propose new local information services that reflect the information needs of users. Regarding the design of LibPass, contents of LibPass are composed of the characteristics of local resources so that users can easily search for information about local culture and tour resources through mobile app. That is, it aims to provide efficient information services on local resources by providing information on accommodations, outdoor programs, and specialized libraries, as well as introducing tour resources. Above all, the services are provided with a single card issued by the National Library of Korea and is convenient to use anywhere in the country. It not only secures reliability and currency by utilizing various contents developed by public institutions, but also provides functions to facilitate specialized services for the local information of libraries. Based on the previous research, the present study derives the factors of quality evaluation of mobile tour information services; it constructs objects of LibPass application by analyzing existing applications and develops the prototype based on logical entity relationship model. This model can contribute to the increased use of local information services and, promotes the public's positive perception of the libraries through user-friendly applications.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among app's and user's characteristics, perceived use easiness, use intention, and actual use in mobile app of integrated electronic tax bill. Appropriate measures were developed and this study used structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships among the constructs. The results of 215 taxpayers showed that informativeness, security of app's characteristics, and innovativeness of user's characteristics have positive impacts on perceived use easiness but convenience and familiarity have negative impacts on it. Perceived use easiness, convenience, and security have positive impacts on use intention but familiarity has a negative impact on it. Use intention has a positive impact on actual use but perceived use easiness has a negative impact on it. Thus, managers should focus on the app's and user's characteristics for effectiveness and efficiency of integrated electronic tax bill.
