통합공공통신망 주파수 700MHz(상향: 718~728MHz, 하향: 773~783MHz) 대역에서 국민안전처 주관으로 'PS-LTE 재난안전통신망'구축, 국토교통부 주관 '무선통신 철도제어시스템 LTE-R'구축, 해양수산부 주관 '연안 해상통신망 LTE-M'구축이 추진되고 있다. 동일 주파수 대역을 사용하지만, 서로 다른 용도로 추진되는 3개 공공통신망의 특징을 조사하여 각각의 망이 제공하고자 하는 고유한 기능, 서비스를 만족시키며 동일 주파수 대역에서 공존하기 위한 방안을, 망간 단말 이동 사례와 서비스 연동 시나리오 관점에서 분석하고 3개 공공통신망의 경제적이고 효율적인 망연동 구축방안을 제안한다.

In recent years, many people are living in a space limited by rapid global industrial development and economic growth, and rapid urbanization is underway, with the global urban population estimated to be more than 70 percent in 2050. Due to rapid urbanization, government-led smart city models are being developed and introduced to solve various urban problems such as disaster safety, air pollution, water pollution, energy shortage, disease, crime and transportation. However, since ICT technology of public housing is being developed as a type of social overhead capital project, it is necessary to develop micro-smart city projects that residents can feel by developing services such as public safety, living environment, living welfare, and energy management for public housing residents. Therefore, in this paper, the smart platform model of public housing for smart city in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is planned and presented.

This study is a descriptive research to investigate the, safety environment, and performance of nurses working in public medical institutions on standard precautions for infection, and to identify factors affecting the performance of standard precautions for infection. As for the research method, data were collected through a questionnaire on 192 nurses from two public medical institutions in S city and N city, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 statistical program. From the research results, there was a significant difference in the knowledge of standard precautions according to work experience, and there was a significant difference in the safety environment of standard precautions according to the position. The average level of knowledge of standard precautions was 21.98/25 points, the average safety environment was 5.68/7 points, and the average performance was 40.28/60 points. There was a significant positive correlation between the safety environment of standard precautions and the performance of standard precautions (r=.21, p<0.01). The affecting factor on the performance of standard precautions was found to be the safety environment of standard precautions(𝛽=.22, p=.003). Therefore, to improve the performance of standard precautions for nurses' infection control in public medical institutions, Different and persistent infection management educational programs that consider the Historical situation and monitoring are required other than providing financial support and supportive safety environment.

With a cloud storage service, data owners can easily access their outsourced data in cloud storage on different devices and at different locations, and can share their data with others. However, as the users no longer physically have possession of their outsourced data and the cloud still facing the existence of internal/external threats, the task of checking the data integrity is formidable. Over recent years, numerous schemes have been proposed to ensure data integrity in an untrusted cloud. However, the existing public auditing schemes use a third-party auditor(TPA) to execute high computation to check data integrity and may still face many security threats. In this paper, we first demonstrate that the scheme proposed by Zhang et al. is not secure against our two threat models, and then we propose a self-certified public auditing scheme to eliminate the security threats and guarantee a constant communication cost. Moreover, we prove the securities of our public auditing scheme under three security models.

무선통신의 응용영역 확장으로 공공안전, 특히 교통안전 분야에서 운전자에게 제공되는 안전성과 편의성은 크게 증가한 반면에 정보보호 요구도 변화하고 있다. 본 논문은 교통안전 통신을 정보보호 관점에서 고유 특성을 분석하고, 특히 프라이버시 측면에서 위협요소를 정의하고 있다. 통신을 위한 계층구조에서 위협요소에 대응하는 프라이버시를 확보 방안을 제시하고 있다.

최근 과학 및 IT 패러다임은 HW(과거) 및 SW(현재) 중심에서 '데이터 빅뱅'을 활용하여 정치 사회 경제 등 제반 이슈와 연계된 분석 예측으로 진화 중이다. 국가안전 및 위험관리, 의료, 교육, 복지, 환경 등 사회 전반에 걸쳐 공공부문에서의 빅데이터 활용 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 공공정보 자체뿐만 아니라 민간정보와의 통합 분석을 통해 효과적인 맞춤형 정책과 새로운 지식정보 서비스 제공이 가능하기 때문에 주요 선진국은 공공정보의 적극 활용을 위해 다양한 정책을 경쟁적으로 추진해 오고 있다. 공공정보의 민간활용 촉진은 정보 제공자인 공공기관뿐만 아니라, 이를 활용하는 민간 사업자, 관련 서비스 사용자 모두에게 경제적 비경제적 가치를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 국내 공공정보 민간활용 산업의 경제적 파급효과를 추정하고, 중요한 전 후방 연결 산업들을 파악하고자 한다.
