Analysis of the Interrelations among Perceptions of Satisfaction with Service in the Users of Sports Facilities (체육시설 이용객의 서비스 만족도 인식간 상호관계 분석)

  • This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.

  • 해양관광.레저산업을 신상정동력으로 육성하기 위한 국가정책의 추진을 위해서는 공급정책에 부합되는 기반시설의 정비가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 해양레저활동의 기반시설여건이 되는 마리나의 도입방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 마리나 여건 평가를 토대로 마리나의 서비스 기능과 더불어 해양레저활동의 대중화 촉진을 위해서 도입되어야 하는 공공마리나의 역할, 기능을 제시하였다.

  • 도시주민들은 경제, 문화생활 및 의식수준이 향상됨에 따라 보다 다양하고 양질의 공공서비스를 요구하게 되었다. 주민들의 이러한 요구는 공공서비스 시설의 입지문제와 직결되는 것으로 도시의 입지결정 시 가장 중요한 고려사항 중의 하나는 공공서비스를 보다 저렴하고 편리하게 시민들이 이용할 수 있게 제공함으로써 이용주민들의 복지를 극대화 시켜야한다는 점이다. 이러한 기본 목적을 충족시키기 위해서는 공공시설의 위치결정이 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 접근성 이론과 GIS 공간분석 기법을 접목하여 입지분석을 시행하였으며 연도별 최적입지를 산출하고, 각 구청의 연도별 최적 입지점의 지도화를 통해 그들의 이동 추이를 추적하며 각 구청의 연도별 최적값의 변화 추이를 살펴보았다. 또한 비교분석을 통하여 연도별 현구청의 입지 혹은 이전할 입지의 적합성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해서 입지분석을 위한 이론적 검토로서 공공서비스 시설의 입지이론에 대해 살펴보고 구청사의 입지 적정성을 객관적인 기준에 따라 평가할 수 있는 계량적인 입지분석 방법을 검토 정립하였다. 본 연구에서는 이론적인 근거를 실제 공공시설적용을 위하여 금천구를 선정하였고, 구청의 도시현황을 분석하고, 도로망, 인구추정을 통하여 관련자료를 수집하였다. 이를 토대로 정성적, 정량적 분석 및 효율성과 형평성을 고려하여 구청사 위치의 적정성에 대한 결론을 도출하였다.

  • 병원은 다양한 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해 의료기관 별 운영 전략에 따라 각기 다른 방식으로 운영된다. 특히 종합의료시설은 중증도가 높은 환자를 대상으로 수술이나 입원 등의 의료서비스를 효율적으로 제공하고자 그에 따른 운영 전략이 상이하다. 이러한 병원의 운영방식에 의해 결정되는 건축 역시, 건립 시기, 유형, 중증도에 따른 병원의 규모 등에 따라 시설 수준의 차이가 나타나며 이는 최근 정부에서 요구되는 제도 및 정책의 수용 여부를 결정짓는 중요한 요인이 되기도 한다. 최근 의료법은 기존 의료시설뿐만 아니라 신규 의료시설에 대한 설치 및 운영기준이 강화 추세에 있고, 서울시 또한 공공의료 확충을 위해 감염관리시설이나 필수의료시설 설치를 위한 용적률 인센티브 정책을 추진 중이다. 병원 운영 환경이 상이함에 따라 종합의료시설 설치 및 운영에 대한 인센티브제도의 적용 기준을 일괄적으로 적용하기에는 어렵다. 그러나 공익을 위해서 종합의료시설 인센티브제도를 지속 가능하게 운영하기 위한 객관적이고 합리적인 기준은 반드시 필요하다. 공공의료 기능 확충을 위한 서울시 종합의료시설 지구단위계획 수립·운영 기준은 공공과 민간이 모두 만족하는 의료환경 구축을 위해 매우 깊은 고민이 필요했다. 본 논설은 서울시 공공필요의료시설 확충 제도의 주요 내용과 공공필요의료시설 설치 및 운영 기준에 관해 소개하고자 한다. 특히 기준의 주요 내용을 정립하게 된 배경과 이유 등을 설명하여 본 제도의 의의를 정확히 전달하고 향후 보완해야 할 부분들을 검토하고자 한다.

  • This study investigates the influences of the service qualify of public libraries, including printed publications, internet and electronic materials, culture programs and. service, library environment and facilities, and library staff, on the general satisfaction of the users, complaining intentions, and loyalty including reuse intentions. It develops a library user satisfaction model and testifies it through path analysis using questionnaires from 443 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. This study shows that service qualities of printed publications, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff Influence significantly on the general satisfaction of the users, and that service quality of library environment and facilities is the major variable which influences satisfaction and loyalty of the public library.

  • Recently, attention has been drawn to a new form of a public library, that is, a public library in a complex facility constructed in the same building or site with another facility. To get active users' or local governments' supports in the public library in a complex facility, it is necessary to build library strategic plans based on the analysis of users' evaluation and demands. Thus, this study analyzed the user satisfaction and perception of the 28 public libraries in complex facilities in Seoul. As a result, it was found that most users overall satisfied with public libraries in complex facilities in terms of human resources, information resources, and the links among services and positively perceived their environments and services. In order to provide more satisfaction to the users in public libraries in complex facilities first, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of libraries, to secure the sufficient library space, to prevent the outside noise, to link the facilities which bring mutual synergistic effect, and to develop a program and service accompanying other facilities.

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the perception of publicness and service quality on nursing facility for the elderly.The care wokers are core human resources in elderly care work practices and their perception of their publicness are likely to on effect service quality. This survey was conducted 318 care workers in nursing facility for the elderly. Research method used multiple regression analysis. Result indicated that care worker's perception of publicness level and service quality is above the ordinarly. And care worker's perception of publicness had positive effect service quality.

A Study on the User Satisfaction of Public Library Users in Korea (우리나라 공공도서관의 이용자만족도에 관한 연구: 2010 공공도서관 운영 평가 이용자만족도 조사 결과를 중심으로)

  • This study examines user satisfaction in public libraries nationwide. It analyzes service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of public library patrons and identify sub-factors of service quality that affect the overall user satisfaction. User satisfaction factors were developed to measure library satisfaction in all aspects of the library service. Six variables were identified, including volume of books, staff, programs, facilities, online services, and information availability. According to survey findings, general library satisfaction was strongly correlated with information availability, facilities, and staff. Relatively lower levels of satisfaction were identified in the areas of online services and programs. All six service quality factors were statistically significantly associated with user satisfaction, where information availability, facilities, and volume of books showed stronger associations than the other three factors.

A Study on the Service Image of Public Library: Focusing on Daejeon Metropolitan City (공공도서관 서비스 이미지에 관한 연구 - 대전광역시를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, the service image of the public library was investigated to the users of the public library, and basic data to improve the service image of the public library was also analyzed. In order to analyze public library service image, survey was conducted to 143 users of regional central library in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The results are as followed. First, reliability and publicity was the most highly rated and service satisfaction was the least highly rated. Second, when it was expressed with service quality image, there was no large difference. Third, reliability-providing useful information, publicity-fair treatment, and tangibles-convenient facility had positive images. On the other hand, access-good traffic condition, responsiveness-providing prompt new information, and tangibles-comfortable facility had negative images. Fourth, higher age group had lower mean value from teens to sixties.

Public Library Service Positioning Strategy (공공도서관 서비스 포지셔닝 전략)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest public library service positioning strategies for the segmented markets according to public library service users' loyalty. To achieve the study purpose, this study conducted interview with public library users. Qualitative method was utilized to analyze the data. The following public library service positioning strategies for the both segmented groups were suggested: 1) expanding of bookmobile service and utilization of shuttle bus, 2) regular and systematic user study, 3) diversification of public library service promotion methods, 4) user survey, 5) internal marketing, 6) increasing environmental quality of public library services, and 7) provision of reading programs for preschoolers, students, and their parents.
