최근 녹색 성장을 위한 에너지 효율 증대, 스마트워크 실현, 기업 보안 강화 등의 요구들과 맞물려, 기업, 공공, 의료, 교육 등 많은 분야에서 인터넷상에 가상화된 개인 PC 환경을 구축하여 다양한 단말을 통해 언제 어디서나 업무 환경을 실현하는 가상 데스크톱 인프라(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure: VDI) 시스템의 도입이 증가하고 있고, 관련 시장 또한 확대되고 있다. 가상 데스크톱 서비스 구축은 많은 장점을 갖는 동시에 높은 투자 비용, 성능 등 해결해야 할 다양한 이슈들도 존재한다. 본고에서는 VDI 시스템에 대해 기술하고, 핵심 기술들의 연구 현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The public medical centers are required to make efficient and profitable operation. The efficiency is usually measured by DEA(data envelopment analysis), and profitability is measured by medical income rate. But DEA is measured by relative, not absolute value. So, profitability rate is used alternatively for DEA. This study want to analyze the interchangeability between DEA ranking and medical income rate ranking among public medical centers. The return on total assets is same ranking with DEA on bed number, employee number and total asset, but 60-70% relationship with DEA on bed number and employee number, as input resources. The operating margin is similar ranking with DEA on bed number and employee number, but 50-60% relationship with DEA on bed number, employee number and total asset, as input resources.

This study examines the relative efficiency of 34 local public medical centers in Korea. In order to concretely grasp the causes of inefficiency and suggest improvement solutions, the desirable set point was established based on the actual value which needs to be improved. As a result of analysis, we determined that output must be increased while input is held constant in order to improve effectiveness through the actual value and set point. Efficiency cannot be achieved if input is augmented solely to increase output. Also, to increase output, the medical centers need to improve their quality without increasing any input for customer visits and hospitalizations. Further, in order to strategically promote effectiveness and efficiency of local public medical centers, these medical centers must focus on input resource and patient interchange through the mutual cooperation with local private hospitals and university medical centers.

This paper porports to explicate the factors determining the scope of public health in advanced capitalist countries. A few studies have veen conducted for such a purpose, yet even these studies show the deficiency of failing to consider a very important factor : the influence of medical profession. Since medical profession has played a significant role in the health policymaking, it is necessary to incorporate the hypothesis that assumes the causal links between the differing medical professional power and the vrying scope of public health. Following this view, this paper examined the various hypothese, including the power of medical profession, and found that the variables related to medical professional power as well as social democratic perspectives are its significant factors. In particular, our result shows that the power of medical profesion is the most important determinant, thereby supporting the hypothesis developed in this paper.

개인정보보호법이 전면적인 법 시행을 앞두고 있고 지금까지 규제대상이 아니던 기업 종업원의 개인정보는 물론, 종이 문서형태의 개인정보까지를 규제대상으로 삼고 있어 개인정보보호 시장이 크게 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 규제범위도 정보통신, 교육, 의료, 금융 분야까지 다루고 있어서, 정부/공공기관 및 민간기업의 철저한 사전준비가 필요한 시점이다. 개인의 프라이버시 보호에 대한 이러한 발전추세에는 국내외 표준화가구를 통한 활발한 표준화작업이 밑바탕이 되고 있으며, 특히 미국, 영국, 독일, 일본, 한국 등의 나라를 중심으로 국제표준화를 활발히 추진하고 있다[1]. 표준화의 분야에는 개체의 신분확인을 위한 표준, 개인식별정보와 바이오인식 정보가 같이 사용되는 상황에서 이들의 바이오인식 프라이버시 및 보안요구조건을 위한 표준, 프라이버시 프레임워크, 프레임워크 기반 구현을 위한 프라이버시 레퍼런스 아키텍쳐 등 다양한 표준화 분야가 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 동향을 소개하고, 향후 추진해야할 중점 표준화 항목을 도출한다.

Objectives: The study was conducted to understand job stress and fatigue conditions by dividing nurses in a polyclinic-level public medical institution, Seoul with more than 600 beds into ward nurses and non-ward nurses and to comprehend sub-areas of job stress that affect fatigue. Methods: A survey was conducted from August 18 2014 to September 12 2014, so 216 cases were analyzed by using PASW statistics 18.0. Results: Job stress of ward nurses is significantly high in the psychological burden of nursing service area and medical limit. Fatigue of ward nurses is also higher. As a result of multiple Linear regression, nursing service area affects fatigue of ward nurses and there is no significant influence factors in non-ward nurses. Conclusion: Therefore, mental health education and interest of hospital in nursing service area are more needed for ward nurses with high job stress and fatigue among nurses.

내전 후 전쟁 상처를 복구 중에 있는 이라크는 주택, 인프라, 사회 서비스망 구축의 필요에 따라 지난 2010년 이라크 기획청(Ministry of Planning, MOP)이 이라크의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 국가개발계획(Iraq National Development Plan, 2010 ~ 2014)을 수립하고 15개 주정부와 쿠르드 자치정부 지역에 100만호 주거 시설 제공을 위한 국가 주택 프로그램을 발표했다. 이에 따라 2017년까지 주택과 교통인프라, 에너지, IT, 의료, 보안 등에 걸쳐 총 2,750억불(약 300조원)을 이라크 재건사업에 투자할 계획이다. 또 2030년까지는 에너지 분야에 5,000억불 투자 등 정유공장, 발전소, 도로, 인프라, 공공시설 및 군시설 등 다양한 분야에 최소 7,000억불에 달하는 예산을 투입할 예정이다. 한화건설은 지난 2012년 80억 달러 규모의 이라크 비스마야 신도시 건설공사를 수주해 우리나라 해외건설 역사상 최대 규모의 프로젝트 기록을 세웠다. 또한 이 계약으로 우리나라 해외건설 누적 수주액 5,000억 달러 돌파에 크게 기여했다. 윤창기공(주)(대표 백종윤)는 비스마야 현장에서 PC 플랜트 현장의 기계설치공사와 하우징 현장의 기계설비 및 소방공사를 담당하고 있다. 본지는 이라크 현장에 있는 윤창기공(주) 정몽준 소장과 김용우 소장을 이메일로 만나 보았다.

본 논문은 RFID/USN 서비스의 국내외 시장 전망 및 적용 사례를 분석하였으며, 향후 서비스를 확대 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 국내외 RFID/USN 서비스 시장 규모는 기기 시장보다 더 커질 것으로 전망되며, 국방/안보, 항공/항만, 도로/교통, 유통/물류, 산업/건설, 제조/공정, 식품/농수 축산, 의료/보건, 도서/출판, 교육/문화/엔터테인먼트, 보안/방범, 재난/재해/환경 등의 분야에서 다양하게 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. RFID/USN 서비스를 확대하기 위해서는 공공 분야를 중심으로 한 대규모 선도 수요 창출이 선행되어야 하며, 모바일 RFID 등 신규 서비스의 창출 및 활성화를 위한 정책 대안이 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 RFID/USN 서비스의 시장 규모와 보급시기 등을 고려하여 우선적으로 적용해야 할 서비스의 발굴을 확대하고, RFID/USN 도입 성과를 가시화하여 민간의 수요를 촉발할 필요가 있다.

This research investigated the effect of leadership on organizational effectiveness in the public hospital. As a result of multi-regression analysis based on the data of 384 employees in 5 public hospitals in Korea, transformational leadership positively affected organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Transformational leadership had a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Transactional leadership had a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This study has means that was first analysed relationship between the leadership style and organizational effectiveness of public hospital in Korea. The difference that demographic variables have on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention examined. Variables like gender and type of occupation have a significant difference.
