정보서비스의 기본목적은 신속 정확하게 최적의 정보를 이용자에게 제공하는 것이며 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 다양하고 효과적인 서비스 방법을 적용하려는 노력이 계속되어 오고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본다면 정부 정보소재 안내 서비스(GILS)는 공공부문 정보자원의 특성을 가장 정확히 파악하여 이에 대한 정보를 가장 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 1998년 서비스를 시작한 '한마당'은 GILS를 기반으로 하여 구축된 시스템으로 국내의 공공기관 정보자원의 소재정보를 파악할 수 있는 창구로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 재난경보방송의 문제점과 공공미디어의 활용에 대해 알아보았다. 일반 이용자 인터뷰를 실시한 결과에 따르면, 재난경보방송은 주로 휴대폰을 통한 문자메시지로 받고 있었고, 대부분 이 방식에 대해 만족하지 못하고 있었다. 그리고 공공미디어를 이용한 재난경보방송의 필요성에 대해 대부분 동의하고 있었지만 기존에 접해본 경험이 없기 때문에 효율적 운영방안에 대해서는 제시하지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 공공미디어 시범사업은 대다수가 지하철 버스 내 외 안내판을 꼽았다.

It is imperative that pictograms as pictorial information be empirically tested in order to establish whether the users do indeed associate the appropriate referent in an actual usage situation. The experiment employing the Multiple Index Approach was conducted in a class room with 64 subjects to evaluate tourism and recreation related pictograms. Performance data(hit rate, false alarm and missing value) of 25 pictograms were collected and the average hit rate as a prime index of pictogram associativeness was 65.82%. The matrix analysis showed 14 pictograms were high in subjective certainty and subjective suitability. The other 11, which were low in both criteria may require prior learning or improvement of the pictogram designs to represent their meanings more distinctively.

미래의 로봇 산업은 기존 자동화 산업 뿐만 아니라 안내, 보안 등의 가정, 공공기관 또는 우주, 심해 등에서 인간을 대신할 대안으로 활용되어질 전망이다. 이는 기존의 단순반복에서 벗어나 자율이동, 자기학습 등이 가능하도록 개발되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 로봇을 공공기관에서의 안내, 보안 또는 위험현장, 군사용으로 적용하기 위해 필요한 기술인 자율이동시스템을 개발하였다. 로봇이 자율이동하기 위해서는 자기위치추적, 장애물 탐지 및 회피 기술이 필요하다. 이를 위해 초음파센서를 이용해 로봇을 탐지 시스템을 구성하였으며 LM신경회로망 제어기를 사용하여 로봇의 이동을 제어하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 장애물 회피능력과 이동성능 결과를 검증하였다.

스마트폰의 대중화로 현재 앱스토어에는 다양한 어플리케이션들이 나오고 있다. 이와 같이 급속하게 발전하는 시대임에도 불구하고 모바일디바이스에서 웹페이지 또는 어플리케이션 으로 확인 할 수 있는 표준정보의 부재가 심각하다. 본 논문에서는 확인하기도 힘들고 활용하기도 어려운 기술표준 관련 정보를 공공안내그림표지 OpenAPI를 활용하여 보다 쉽게 이용 가능한 iOS 기반 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 설계 및 구현한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the ways to improve public library community information services in the Internet environment. It first examines the concepts and current contexts of community information flow, illustrates successful cases of public library community information services, and then, suggests public libraries provide gateways to the community information on the Internet. The needs for research to guide public library community information services and continuing education for public librarians are also presented.

최근 OECD 자료에 따르면 국내 성인 비만율은 낮지만 소아 비만율은 중위권을 상회하고 있다. 청소년기에 습관화된 운동부족이 성인이 되어서도 버릇처럼 남아있는 경우에는 각종 성인병 및 많은 위험에 노출될 수 있다. 운동부족의 이유로 운동의 흥미를 느끼지 못하거나 값비싼 사설 운동센터의 비용에 대한 부담감 등으로 체육시설의 활용이 저조한 것으로 조사되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 헬스부산 앱은 부산시 공공데이터를 활용하여 비용이 낮은 공공 체육시설의 위치 및 정보 제공과 아울러 운동의 흥미를 느낄 수 있을 만한 정보들을 제공한다.

As the prices of agricultural, fishery, and dairy products have been fluctuating due to recent instability on commodity prices, so consumers have been more inclined to make purchase without specific criteria by relying on marketing or their personal experiences and senses of market. The core function of this application is precisely and conveniently telling the consumption index to consumers who are waved by unstable commodity prices by helping users to easily understand the price index of agricultural, fishery, and dairy products in real time using public data. And, it also includes the AI Chatbot and voice recognition function, and meets the convenience of natural language processing and hands-free etc..

As a part of public design, private signboard should be designed to help convenience of people with the consideration of urban landscape simultaneously; however, the lack of legislated design regulations and ignorance of managing entities have resulted in uncontrolled installation of private signboards, ruining city view and causing confusion in delivering information. To appease this problem, each provincial city including Seoul is carrying out an improvement project based on its own sign management guideline. Therefore, it is timely needed to study the design satisfaction on the changed (or changing) private boards from the viewpoints of information delivery and visual environment. In this study, we investigated the design satisfaction of private signboards in Daejeon city (where very recently the improvement project has been undergoing based on its design guideline) in terms of visual factors, information delivery, and city landscape. We note that our study has its own significance to provide an empirical research on the design satisfaction of private signboards, which shows that people are mostly satisfied with the new design from aspects of visual factors, information delivery, and city landscape.
