KEPCO Research Institute developed a GIS-based autopilot drone inspection system for electric power facilities and since its pilot application in 2017, it has been successfully used to detect defects in power transmission lines. This paper presents how to operate this system in the field of power line inspection. Power transmission lines are located in a wide variety of environments such as plains, mountains, river crossings, sea crossings, and industrial areas. Among these, some transmission lines are difficult for human workers to access because of their geographies and some should be checked more often due to their severe contamination. Considering these field conditions, we classified drone operation in two categories to increase its effectiveness and efficiency - patrol surveillance and detailed inspection tasks. This paper describes the detailed procedures of the two tasks above and their field application experiences. In addition, this paper newly proposes how to construct public drone roads by using the information of KEPCO's power transmission lines.

Compared to corporation and government networks, home devices and services connected in a home networks has security threats because of the use of various wired and wireless network, middleware and protocol in digital home environment, a restricted system resource of home information appliances and the users who do not care about security. So security is critical element to provide secure services in a home network environments. In this paper we design the access control system based on RBAC to offer secure home network services.

Effects of surface defect distribution on flame instability during flame-surface interaction are experimentally investigated. To examine chemical quenching phenomenon which is caused by radical adsorption and recombination processes on the surface, thermally grown silicon oxide plates with well-defined defect density were prepared. ion implantation technique was used to control the number of defects, i.e. oxygen vacancies. In an attempt to preferentially remove oxygen atoms from silicon dioxide surface, argon ions with low energy level from 3keV to 5keV were irradiated at the incident angle of $60^{\circ}$. Compositional and structural modification of $SiO_2$ induced by low-energy $Ar^+$ ion irradiation has been characterized by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). It has been found that as the ion energy is increased, the number of structural defect is also increased and non-stoichiometric condition of $SiO_x({\le}2)$ is enhanced.

공공정보 공유 및 개방, 소셜네트워크서비스의 활성화 그리고 사용자 간의 공유 데이터 증가 등의 이유로 인터넷상에 노출되는 사용자의 개인 정보가 증가하고 있다. 인터넷상에 노출된 사용자들의 개인정보들은 연결공격(linkage attack), 배경지식 공격(background attack)으로 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있다. 이를 막기 위해 관계형 데이터베이스에서는 대표적으로 k-익명성(k-anonymity)을 시작으로 l-다양성(l-diversity), t-밀집성(t-closeness)이라는 익명화 모델이 제안되었으며 계속해서 익명화 알고리즘의 성능은 개선되고 있다. 하지만 k-익명성, l-다양성, t-밀집성 모델의 조건을 만족하기 위해서는 준식별자(quasi-identifier)를 일반화(generalization)처리 해주어야 하는데 이 과정에서 준식별자의 가치를 손실된다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서 준식별자의 정보 손실을 최소화하기 위해 k-익명성 모델을 만족시키는 과정에서 일반화와 데이터를 삽입을 사용하는 익명화 처리하는 방법을 제안한다.

Currently, the way of providing housing in Korea has been regarded as public rental housing through large-scale development by the government. However, there is an increasing need for qualitative growth not only in quantitative growth but also in policies, systems, and sustainable design. The purpose of this study is to explore the applicable methods for domestic social housing through the policy and design guideline study of UK social housing which has achieved qualitative growth through diversification of development subject. First, the concept of social housing in the UK and sustainable housing design elements will be examined. Second, the characteristics and policy direction, project background, management and sustainability of five social housing projects over the last 10 years in the UK will be analyzed. In conclusion, in order to achieve the sustainable design of social housing, the construction of the social housing in terms of policy and environment must include safe and eco-friendly design adaptability that can secure local identity and respond flexibly to social change. In addition, the social housing in the UK, which forms a sustainable complex through cooperation between the public and the private sector based on its place and history, can be a guideline for establishing policies and design guidelines in terms of urban regeneration.

주민번호대체수단은 주민번호를 대체하기 위한 본인확인정보로서, 5 개의 민간기업이 운영하는 민간 i-PIN과 행정안전부가 운영하는 공공 i-PIN이 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 주민번호대체수단이 더욱 활성화되기 위해서는 기존에 제시된 보안성, 편의성 문제를 해결해야 한다. 본 논문은 신원 선택기를 추가하여, i-PIN의 프로토콜을 변경하지 않는 범위 이내에서 i-PIN의 단점으로 지적되는 로그인 번거로움, i-PIN 사이트 기억 문제, 피싱을 비롯한 보안 문제를 해결하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제안하는 방법은 사용자가 가입한 i-PIN 제공자에 접근하는 단계, i-PIN 제공자에 id 와 비밀번호를 입력하는 단계를 없애고, 신원 선택기를 통해 사용할 신원 정보를 선택하는 것만으로 처리되도록 하였다. 본 기술은 ETRI 에서 개발중인 전자 ID 지갑 솔루션을 통해 구현되었으며, 해당 서비스는 2009 년 중에 민간 i-PIN 제공자를 통해 시범 도입될 예정이다.

Object-based classification methods provide a valid alternative to traditional pixel-based methods. This study reports the results of an object-based classification to examine land cover in the demilitarized zones(DMZs) of Inje-gun. We used land cover classes(7 classes for main category and 13 classes for sub-category) selected from the criteria by Korea Ministry of Environment. The average and standard deviation of the spectrum values, and homogeneity of GLCM were chosen to map land cover types in an hierarchical approach using the nearest neighborhood method. We then identified the distributional characteristics of land cover by considering 3 topographic characteristics (altitude, slope gradient, distance from the Southern Limited Line(SLL)) within the DMZs. The results showed that scale 72, shape 0.2, color 0.8, compactness 0.5 and smoothness 0.5 were the optimum weight values while scale, shape and color were most influenced parameters in image segmentation. The forests (92%) were main land cover type in the DMZs; the grassland(5%), the urban area (2%) and the forests (broadleaf forest: 44%, mixed forest: 42%, coniferous forest: 6%) also occupied mostly in land cover classes for sub-category. The results also showed that facilities and roads had higher density within 2 km from the SLL, while paddy, field and bare land were distributed largely outside 6 km from the SLL. In addition, there was apparent distinction in land cover by topographic characteristics. The forest had higher density at above altitude 600m and above slope gradient $30^{\circ}$ while agriculture, bare land and grass land were distributed mainly at below altitude 600m and below slope gradient $30^{\circ}$.

In the midst of going through a non-face-to-face society, most of human activities narrowed down to the platform, restrictions on external activities are bringing the internal scalability of digital technology. Metaverse is virtually shifting reality and increasing the possibility of utilization in various areas. However, researches linked to the educational effects of metaverse, especially students with disabilities, are still an unknown area that lacks exploration. This paper focuses on the fact that metaverse-education is widening educational fields that meets the various needs of disabled students to realize social good and inclusive education, and communication effects such as resolving barriers to interaction are prominent. As a research method, examining literature research papers linked to AR/VR, metaverse with communication skills, interviews, articles, and columns by experts, and policy suggestions and implications for the special education was conducted. Although the limitations of research are confirmed, significant results are found on inclusive education, which provides educational maximizing effects and realizing human rights through direct immersive experience reflecting the Cone of Experience Theory. Hopefully follow-up studies on meta-edu for disabled students will be carried out in the future, and various interdisciplinary discussions are needed to carefully observe inclusive policies and benefits so that the socially vulnerable are not excluded from technologies in ICT society.

In this paper we show how the perception of heavenly principle(天理) and definition of individual desires(私慾) in the five commentaries on Daodejing(道德經) was changed over time. The five commentaries on Daodejing(道德經) composed during $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ are 'Sooneon(醇言) by Lee, Yul-gock (李珥,1536~1584), 'SinJoo-DoDuckKyung (新註道德經) - or New Commentary on Daodejing(道德經) - by Park, Se-dang(朴世堂,1629~1703), 'Dodukjigi(道德指歸)' by Suh, Myoung-euing(徐命膺,1716~1787), 'Chowondamro (椒園談老)' by Lee, Chung-ik(李忠翊,1744~1816), and 'Jungro(訂老)' by Hong, Suk-joo (洪奭周,1774~1842). The course of history in understanding the book, "Daodejing(道德經)," demonstrated that by the late of $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ Dynasty in the 18th century, the notion of 'the moral law for the community' has changed. Neither Suh, Myoung-euing nor Lee, Chung-ik emphasized 'the necessity for the truth of the heavens.'Instead, they focused more on the 'individuals' who followed the moral law than the moral law itself. They did not see the individual desire as the object that had to be discarded. Within the context of this framework, the individual's role had changed from the person who had to be obedient to the law to the subject who judged the moral law all by him/herself. This process of breaking up 'the goodness of the community' led the $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ Dynasty of the 18th century in the transition period to the modern era. In other words, it was the time when the introspection of the 'moral law' prevailed in the $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ Dynasty occurred naturally and spontaneously among the Confucian scholars, which implied the reconceptualization of the 'self-awareness' or 'the point of view on the individual's self-desire' was occurred in the context of academic development during the late $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ Dynasty.
