This study purposes for the based data for establishing the mid- to long term development direction of Anyang municipal libraries by conducting a survey of residents in Anyang city and focus group interviews with local experts. Based on the results of the survey and FGI analysis conducted in this study, the main implications and discussions for establishing mid- to long term development plans for Anyang municipal libraries in the future are summarized as follows. First, the services used by users are extremely limited compared to the utilization rate of library, and the utilization rate of library programs is low, therefore Anyang municipal libraries need to actively promote various services operated by the library, provide information, and make efforts to improve service use procedures simply. Second, library satisfaction is relatively high, but as a result of analyzing the reasons for some dissatisfaction, active budget investment for purchasing new library materials and ways to increase library accessibility are necessary. Third, due to the low awareness of the operation of specialized libraries, it is necessary to develop specialized, unique library services to Anyang municipal libraries through benchmarking of other best practices. Fourth, in the future, Anyang municipal libraries need to strengthen functions as a complex cultural center along with the functions as an information center, a lifelong education center, and a living convenience center. Lastly, it is required to construct a control tower that can systematically lead the operation of Anyang municipal libraries in the long term through the reorganization of the organizational system.

During the COVID-19 period, public libraries produced and provided a variety of online contents to users as an alternative to offline services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall management of online contents in public libraries in the post COVID-19 period and to provide a methodological basis for improving online contents management. This study surveyed the overall current state of online content management in 305 public libraries in terms of production, services, and preservation. We also analyzed the librarian's perception of the online contents management process. As a result of the analysis even after the COVID-19 period, public libraries are efficiently producing and providing online contents and are actively providing this through the library website and social media. In addition, librarians recognized that online contents produced by public libraries are valuable as library resources and predicted that the online content would be produced more in the future. Also, they faced difficulties in production and management due to a lack of professional capabilities and extra workload, but they have recognized the high need for online contents management. Online contents is leading a paradigm shift in public library services. Therefore, attention and effort to activate online content is no longer an option but a necessity.

T-DMB는 개인용, 휴대용, 이동형의 디지털방송매체로서의 특징을 가지고 있으며 최근들어 수신기 보급 증가로 새로운 재난방송 매체로 부상하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 T-DMB 기반 재난방송 기술은 T-DMB를 시청하고 있어야만 재난정보 수신이 가능하다는 한계를 갖고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 기존 T-DMB를 시청해야만 재난정보 수신이 가능한 기존 T-DMB 재난방송 서비스의 한계를 뛰어 넘어 재난발생시 수신기가 자동으로 재난방송신호를 인지하여 T-DMB를 시청하지 않더라도 재난정보를 제공하고 평상시 지역정보, 날씨 등 공공서비스 정보를 제공하는 T-DMB 재난방송 서비스 기술을 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the direction of overseas expansion strategy that should be established as a public broadcaster and a media company in order to overseas expand Korea EBS's. This study used a literature research method to analyze the related literature and data for analyzing strategies of major global media companies and overseas public service broadcasters (PSBs). As a result of the research, it suggests that the direction of EBS overseas expansion should approach both commercial business diversification and fulfillment of public responsibility. In particular, it suggests that transferring project of Korea's educational broadcasting system to developing country should be developed as a core business for spreading overseas expansion. In a follow-up study, it is necessary to carry out a research that suggests a comprehensive strategy of overseas expansion of EBS based on the result of this study.

웹이 등장하면서 지금까지 인터넷 상에서 텍스트와 이미지를 이용하여 정보를 표현하고 전달하는 방법이 가장 많이 사용되어왔다. 그러나 웹 관련 기술의 비약적인 발달과 네트워크 속도의 증가 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 단순한 텍스트와 이미지 중심의 HTML 문서를 이용한 정보의 전달이 아닌 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 정보의 표현과 전달이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하기 위한 스트리밍 프로토콜도 등장하였다. 최근에는 컴퓨터의 성능 증가 및 네트워크 속도의 증가(초고속 통신 서비스의 보급)에 의해 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 됨으로써 기존의 공중파나 CATV 방송국의 형태 지니고 인터넷 상에서 실시간 생방송 서비스와 VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 방송국이 급속하게 생겨나고 있다. (11) 인터넷 방송은 동영상과 오디오의 실시간 전달을 가능하게 하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술과 멀티미디어를 실시 간으로 전송할 수 있는 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 인터넷 상에서 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 하는 대부분의 인터넷 방송은 스트리밍 서버로서 RealNetworks사의 RealSystem과 Microsoft사의 WMT(Windows Media Technologies)를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문은 Real Server와 WMT의 비교 분석을 통해 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 지원하고, 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술을 지원하는 자바를 기반으로 한 분산 서버 구조의 스트리밍 서버, 서버간의 부하를 제어하는 미들웨어, 멀티미디어 스트림을 재생할 수 있는 클라이언트를 설계하고 구현한다.있다.구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템은 전자 상거래, 가상 쇼핑몰, 가상 전시화, 또는 3차원 게임이나 가상교육 시스템과 같은 웹기반 응용프로그램에 사용될 수 있다.물을 보존·관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 도서관의 기능만으로는 감당하기 어렵기 때문에 대학정보화의 센터로서의 도서관과 공공기록물 전문 담당자로서의 대학아카이브즈가 함께 하여 대학의 공식적인 직무 관련 업무를 원활하게 지원하고, 그럼으로써 양 기관의 위상을 높이는 상승효과를 낼 수 있다.하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로

For Effective and systematic response to disasters, needs of broadband multimedia services in wireless communication of PPDR(public protection and disaster relief) is increasing gradually. Recently in Korea, by the digital television transition, Korea Communications Commission is considering whether the freed spectrum can assign additional spectrum of PPDR or not. In this paper, we were defined the input parameters, were estimated the spectrum of requirements for Korean wireless communication of PPDR based on M.1390 methodology recommended by ITU-R.

Without a question. the most significant new medium for transmitting information is the Internet. Unfortunately. the multimedia elements that enrich our titles are extremely bulky. While the Internet hype is available in unlimited supply. Internet bandwidth and functionality of web browser are not making the net quite hospitable to multimedia data formats. In this thesis. for smoother and better communications over the net. a study is done on still image compression techniques. based on wavelet transform which is selected on MPEG-4 as a still image compression standard and a strong candidate for the JPEG-2000 standard. For Internet service. the study of plug-in programming and ActiveX control is implemented to enrich the functionality of web browser. As a result. the proposed still image service gives better image quality than current standard JPEG and does not yield to the common blocking artifacts.

This study was conducted to identify the operation status of Dobong-gu public libraries in order to establish a mid- to long-term development plan for Dobong-gu libraries, and to analyze local residents' perceptions of libraries by factors through user surveys to suggest specific development plans for Dobong-gu libraries. Overall, the satisfaction level of Dobong-gu residents with library services was found to be high, and all libraries were analyzed to be providing high-quality services. From this, the following operational strategies for the mid- to long-term development plan of Dobong-gu public libraries can be derived. First, libraries need to continue to collect and provide books that meet the quantitative and qualitative levels to satisfy the needs of the community and users. Electronic and online materials, including e-books and audiobooks, as well as subject-specific materials should be expanded to provide relevant programs. Second, although Dobong-gu is an aging city, a wide range of age live there, so there is a need to promote communication and understanding between generations and promote integration of the community through a generational empathy program. Third, it is necessary to remodel and improve the space of aging libraries by organizing library facilities and environments into open spaces and creating makerspaces and multicultural spaces for direct experience and practice, reflecting the latest trends in library space organization.

As the number of Instagram users continues to grow, an increasing number of public libraries are establishing and maintaining accounts on the Instagram platform. The objective of this study is to classify and analyze the content of Instagram posts from 14 public libraries that are actively engaged on the platform. A classification of post types, divided into seven large, 16 medium, and 76 small categories, was employed to analyze the content of posts on each library's Instagram account from the account's inception to the end of December 2023. The analysis revealed that library posts focused on a few items, including book recommendations, library introductions and news, and event announcements of literary and arts programs. Program event announcements and reviews, book recommendations and reading programs were found to be highly correlated with user engagement and teen reading programs. Based on these findings, it is recommended that future Instagram posts should be more user-centered and interactive, and that libraries should actively promote their events on Instagram and other social media platforms.
