국내 전자상거래 제품과의 호환성과 확장성을 위하여 국내 전자서명 표준인 KCDSA(Korean Certificate-based Digital Signature Algorithm) 메커니즘을 PKCS(Public Key Cryptographic Standard) #11 암호 API(Application Programming Interface)에 기능을 추가한다. PKCS #11에서 정의한 키 관리(Hey Management) 함수의 입력 파라미터에 암호화할 키를 바로 입력하면 변조된 키를 전달할 수 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 안전한 키보호(Key Protection) 함수를 새로 정의하여 암호화할 키 대신 사용자 PIN(Personal Identification Number: 패스워드) 입력하여 사용자의 KCDSA 개인키와 공개키를 보다 더 안전하게 보관하고자 한다.

Lots of applications that represent and utilize geographic information on the Web have emerged on the Web. In addition, personal electronic devices equipped with GPS function, which can record personal location information in real time, are being increasingly adopted by people. Such geographic information enables Internet business companies to provide users more useful services based on the location information. Most successful Internet business companies have adopted and utilized Web 2.0 technologies, which promote users' participation and emphasize openness and information sharing. Especially, using open APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) can reduce the costs of a program development. In this study, we design and develop a banner advertisement system based on geographic information using open APIs. We propose a business model using the advertisement system, and a prototype system has been illustrated in order to explain the proposed business model. Finally, we summarize the benefits of our system by describing factors generating values of the proposed business model. Hopefully, main ideas proposed in this paper can be applied to real industry sectors that use geographic information widely such as travel, real estate and so on.

Recently, Korea government make an effort to make jobs through public information disclosure and a public-private partnerships. In this regard, the MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) is pushing the V-World Business. The V-World is the public platform for the government to disclose spatial and adminstration information. However, the V-World is still not been able to fulfill the role of a public platform, private partnerships window, Warehouse jobs. So, the molit is promoting the V-World advanced project, creating a long-term plan. This study performed a user satisfaction survey and analysis, this result are used as a basis data of the efficient execution of the V-World advanced project and creating long-term planning. Also, we suggested V-World Service Improvement, Open API Service Improvement, future service direction. This study improve the current the V-World, will be utilized as basic data of improving utilization of the use.

This study used the Unpaywall API, one of the open tools to track the OA version, to empirically identify the OA of 3,905 papers that have been published by Korean corresponding authors since 2015 in international journals. As a result, the following facts were found. First, less than 30% of papers have been open accessed, and more than half of them were bronze OA. Secondly, the archiving site of the Green OA papers was found not to be domestic but mainly subject repositories or institutional repositories of overseas universities to which co-authors belong. Third, only 19.6% of research fund granted papers were open accessed and half of them were in the medical field. In contrast to the international trends in which the OA papers showed higher citations, the analyzed OA papers showed no higher citations than the non-OA papers.

Google Maps have changed the response time of Web-GIS using AJAX technologies. In addition, Google released the Open API named Google Maps API(Application Programming Interface) and it lead to the big paradigm on the Open API, where the SDK(Software Development Kit) and ASP(Application Service Provider) had ruled at the related map market. In short, the Open API has been paradigm-shifting for the web mapping. After this, government, many companies and open source foundations have guided Web-GIS market's growth through releasing the relevant Open APIs. So many comparative analysis on web-mapping API carried out by many researches. However there were no researches that can be applied to our current domestic environments. This paper investigates components of web-mapping API. Then we compare how many components supported and enumerate features for each of those APIs. Finally this paper presents direction of future development of Web Mapping API.

스크린리더는 그 특성상 모든 응용 프로그램을 지원해야 함에도, 타 응용 프로그램의 빈번한 업그레이드 와 스크린리더 개발 인력 부족 등의 이유로 시각장애인들이 자주 쓰는 소수의 응용 프로그램만을 지원하는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 스크린리더의 개발 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 개방형 API 를 제안한다. 스크린리더에 개방형 API 를 채택하고 이를 공개함으로써 스크린리더 개발 업체는 주엔진 모듈의 성능 향상에 모든 인력을 투입하여 성능 좋은 스크린리더을 개발할 수 있을 것이며, 프로그램 개발이 가능한 사용자나 자원봉사자들이 개방형 API 에 맞도록 응용 프로그램 지원 모듈을 플러그인 형태로 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 국내에서도 다양한 응용 프로그램을 지원하는 우수한 스크린리더를 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

자바의 가상머신(Virtual Machine)은 보안관리자(Security Manager)를 이용하여 악의적인 목적을 가진 프로그램으로부터 시스템을 보호한다. 하지만 최근에 자바 애플릿(Java Applet)을 통해 자바 API의 취약점을 이용한 시스템 공격 방법들이 공개되면서 자바 보안의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자바 보안관리자를 우회하는 자바 코드의 작동 원리를 분석하기 위한 기존의 디버깅 환경을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 자바 가상머신에서 사용되는 Core API 의 코드를 수정하고 새로운 API를 추가하였다. 이를 통해 보안 관련 문제로 인한 디버깅의 효율성과 편의성을 높였으며 본 연구가 자바 보안 문제를 해결하는데 기여 할 수 있기를 바란다.

최근 모바일 플랫폼으로 부상하고 있는 Google사의 안드로이드는 2008년 9월에 안드로이드의 첫 번째 공식 SDK 버전 1.0을 출시하여 현재(2010년 3월) SDK 버전 2.1까지 출시하였다. 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 블루투스 디바이스를 제어하기 위해 개발자들은 Android SDK의 Bluetooth API가 필요하게 되는데 이는 1.0~1.6버전까지는 지원 되지 않고 2.0 버전부터 공개가 되었다. 하지만 문제점은 안드로이드 2.0이 발표되기 이전에 나왔던 대부분의 안드로이드 단말은 2.0 업데이트 펌웨어를 현재까지도 지원하지 않고 있다는 것에 있다. Bluetooth API는 Android SDK 2.0 버전 이상에서만 사용 가능하기 때문에 개발자들이 개발한 블루투스 어플리케이션의 최소 펌웨어 버전 요구사항이 2.0 이상 일 수밖에 없는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 안드로이드 1.x 버전에서 사용될 수 있는 블루투스 API의 개발에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)은 산업 각 분야에서 진행되고 있는 혁신이며, 금융권에서도 디지털 전환의 영향이 크게 미치고 있다. 전산화 되어 있지만 폐쇄적인 네트워크로 구축되어 있던 금융 네트워크가 점점 데이터의 공개를 필요로 하였으며, 그 공개된 데이터를 기반으로 새로운 서비스가 창출되는 산업적 태동이 있었다. 개별적 서비스의 처리나 단계(부품)의 개선이 아니라 플랫폼의 개방을 통한 융합화와 이를 조화롭게 통제하는 거버넌스의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 동향에 편승하여 새로운 기업(스타트업)이 창출하였고, 공개된 정보를 기반으로 융합 서비스를 창출하여 서비스의 발전이 눈부시게 진행하고 있다. 핀테크 서비스가 공개 API(Application program interface)로 제공되고 있으며, 이를 이용하여 빠른 발전을 하고 있으나, 공개성으로 인하여 취약점마저도 공개되어 정보보안의 위협으로 작용 될 수 있으므로, 개방형 플랫폼의 정보보안을 중심으로 핀테크 정보보안 표준의 동향을 살펴본다.

현재 Open API는 프로그램 개발 및 정보의 제공 등 다양한 방향에서 많이 활용 되고 있다. Open API는 개발된 기술을 웹으로 공개하여 네트워크가 연결된 곳이라면 어디서든지 그 기술을 활용할 수 있다. 잘 개발된 Open API는 매쉬업을 통해 또 다른 기술과 합쳐 새로운 서비스를 개발하는 등 그 활용빈도가 높다. 이미 개발된 기술을 활용할 수 있어서 개발 속도가 단축되고 새로운 서비스를 개발하면서 기존의 부족한 부분을 합쳐 더욱 창의적인 정보 제공이 가능하다. 이러한 Open API의 특성을 이용하여 시맨틱 기술 개발을 지원할 수 있으며, 개발 시간 단축 및 관계 설정, 온톨로지 제공 등을 네트워크를 통해 사용자들에게 제공하고 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 시맨틱 기술은 사람이 글을 읽고 의미를 이해하는 것처럼 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있는 언어와 규칙들을 정해 놓아 컴퓨터 사이의 의사소통을 가능하게 하는 지능형 기술이다. 이런 시맨틱 기술 개발을 지원하기 위하여 Open API를 통해 온톨로지의 개념 및 속성, 관계 설정, 코퍼스 등을 제공하기 하기 위해 CoreOnto API라는 것을 구축했다. CoreOnto API는 네트워크에서 사용할 수 있는 Open API로 세가지의 큰 형태의 Open API를 제공하고 있다. 첫 번째, 온톨로지에 대한 클래스, 속성, 관계를 제공하는 APIs, 두 번째, 트리플(두개의 용어가 어떤 관계인지를 표현한 형태로 구성(용어1, 관계, 용어2)) 생성 및 구축된 트리플을 검색할 수 APIs, 세 번째, 온톨로지를 생성하기 위해 필요한 자원(온톨로지 명, 개체명, 관계, 코퍼스 등)을 제공하는 APIs로 구성했다. 이상과 같이 시맨틱 기술 개발을 지원하기 위한 큰 형태의 세 가지 APIs를 구축하는 방법과 APIs의 활용, 그리고 서비스를 테스트한 결과를 제시한다.
