A Study on Individual Characteristics and Daily Activity of Housewives in Kwangju City (광주시 주부의 개인 속성과 일상행동에 관한 연구)

  • A Study on individual Characteristics and Daily Activities of Housewives in the City of Kwangju. This study examines housewives' daily activities, focusing upon individual characteristics. The data used in this study are based on the fuestionaire survey, asking of personal trip for the weekdays and the weekend. Daily activities are classified into 7 categories and individual characteristics are revealed by age, occupation, a degree of education, number of family, and the residential environment. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The relations between daily activities and individual characteristics are influenced by housewife's occupation. Daily activities of housewives who have jobs are different from those who do not have jobs for a weekday as well as for a weekend. 2) Housewives' daily activities show very busy and vigorous on Saturday. 3) Housewives who are employed are willing to make mutipurpose trips on Saturday. 4) For a weekday, housewives' daily activities are inclined to make one cycle trip in a day, and the more trip cycles are, the more multipurpose trips are made. 5) The relationships between daily activities and individual characteristics show the pattern of WH, WLH, LHLH as it can be grouped.

  • This study is aimed at comparing and analyzing the response of playfulness level by personality type of players, according to the observations and results of behavior shown in SNG (Social Network Game) players during their play, in particular based on social behavior of SNG players. For this, the behavior of SNG players is classified into SC (Social Connectedness) and NC (Non-Social Connectedness) by space where they play games and the relations between behavior of each SNG player and their playfulness are confirmed by empirical experiment based on big-five personality traits possible standards of disposition expected from players. The results are presented that the playfulness for behavior of SNG players has distinct features by personality types and there is a significant difference between personality types for SC behavior. It could be useful for determining the proportion of playing behavior for Social Connect, generally known as one of main sources SNG provides when designing SNG play and considering personality types of players.

  • The emergency lighting plan for underground space should be done with consideration of characteristics of the space. In terms of utilizing the Depthmap program from the Space Syntax theory, it is possible to analyze space quantitatively. Integration and intelligibility are major induces of this theory and we can use them as emergency lighting design parameters. For this study, human behaviors and survivor's evacuation routes in fire emergencies are analyzed through literature review. Based on those results, this study suggests the methodology of emergency lighting plan in underground space.

  • 가상현실을 이용한 교육시스템에서 학습자를 대신한 에이전트의 설계에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 에이전트의 설계에 있어서 가장 중요한 점은 동적으로 변화되는 환경에서 이루어지는 다양한 현상과 사건들을 인식하는 방법과 이에 대해 반응하는 행동의 설계와 구현에 있다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트의 행동을 설계함에 있어서 교육 시스템의 목적에 부합하기 위한 주위 객체들과의 상호작용을 통한 행위의 인식, 장이론을 이용한 공간객체와의 상호작용 등을 이용하여 좀 더 효율적으로 주위 환경에 반응할 수 있는 자율 에이전트의 행위에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구는 인문.사회현상도 자연현상과 마찬가지로 수학적 해석이 가능하다는 전제하에 시도된 것이다. 인류의 문명사는 공간상에 전개된 인간행동의 기록이라 할 수 있다. 그러므로 행동과학적 기법을 이용하며 인류문면이 발달한 지리적 메커니즘을 규명할 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 도시의 발생은 잉여생산품과 인구규모, 수송가능성등의 지리적 비교 우위로 설명 될 수 있으며, 그것은 $\ulcorner$지절$\lrcorner$이라는 새로운 개념을 적용함으로써 파악될 수 있다는 것이다. $\ulcorner$지절$\lrcorner$은 수평지절과 수직지절로 구분되면, 지절의 정도는 지절률로 측정될 수 있다.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 발전으로 복합적인 센서들을 이용하여 사용자의 행동을 인식할 수 있는 공간을 설계할 수 있다. 이러한 사용자의 행동을 인식하여 가상 현실(컴퓨터)과의 상호 작용이 가능한 환경을 구축할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 wii 리모콘에 삽입된 적외선 센서를 이용하여 가상의 3D객체를 실세계에서 효율적으로 상호작용을 할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 제안하고 실험하였다.

  • 공간에 대한 정보는 시간과 함께 사람이 생활을 하는데 있어 반드시 알아야 하는 가장 근본적인 정보이며, 공간정보는 우리가 일상생활이나 특정한 상황에 처해 있을 때 행동이나 태도를 결정하는 중요한 기초정보와 기준을 제시한다. 미래의 공간정보사회에서는 지능 사물이 공간정보를 이용하고 인간은 간접적으로 활용하는 서비스로 진화한다. 미래의 공간정보는 상황정보, 실시간성, 다양성(풍부성), 정밀성을 바탕으로 빅데이터와 클라우드 기술이 융합되어 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 서비스가 제공될 것이다.

  • Due to the rapidly aging population, the death rate of elderly people by safety accidents has been increasing. In particular, precautions are needed for falls prevention because they either directly or indirectly cause death. In the case of elderly people, most of the fall accidents occur in dense residential areas, and particularly, the staircase poses a risk of falling. Therefore, a safety assessment should be performed from the design phase. However, in general, staircases are designed using existing stair data or only aims to satisfy the installation criteria. Laws and regulations only define minimum requirements for safety, so it is not possible to prevent fall accidents even if they satisfy the requirements. Therefore, this study proposes a simulation-based method for evaluating the safety of staircases. The behavioral characteristics of the elderly are implemented to an virtual user in a virtual space including staircases, and fall accidents are evaluated by the evaluation logic related to the behavioral characteristics. The result shows that the safety of staircases can be preevaluated and reflected on the design to reduce the possibility of fall accidents of the elderly.
