우리나라에 남아 있는 목조건축문화재들은 다양한 생물학적 요인에 의해 손상된다. 이 중 흰개미는 목재 내부를 손상시켜 문화재의 구조적 안정성과 진정성에 악영향을 미친다. 국내 전 지역에서 목조건축문화재의 흰개미 피해가 발생하고 있으며, 기후변화로 인해 그 피해는 더욱 증가할 것으로 추정된다. 문화재의 흰개미 피해는 돌이킬 수 없으므로 예방보존이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문은 목조건축문화재의 효과적인 흰개미 예방을 위해 공간적 통합 흰개미 관리(AW-ITM)의 문화재 적용을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 먼저 국내 목조건축문화재의 입지 특성을 이해하기 위해, 공간정보시스템(GIS)을 이용하여 국가지정 목조건축문화재(국보, 보물) 182건의 인접한 산림과의 거리, 주변 산림 면적을 분석하였다. 또한 2003~2020년 실시된 국가지정문화재 방충사업 내역과, 종합적 흰개미 관리(ITM)의 구성요소 4가지에 따라 국내 문화재 흰개미 방제의 특성을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 문화재와 주변 공간을 세 영역으로 구분하고 각 영역별로 적합한 흰개미 방제 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 목조건축문화재들의 입지(도심, 외곽, 산림)와 건물 수량(단일, 복합)에 따라 6가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별 흰개미 방제 영역을 구분하였다. 이 연구에서 제시된 공간적 종합 방제의 개념은 최근 문화재청에서 발표한 '목조문화재 흰개미 방제 종합 방제대책' 등에서 주변 환경 개선 등으로 일부 반영해 적용되고 있다. 이에 공간적 통합 흰개미 관리(AW-ITM)의 적용 또한 일부 대상에 시범적으로 적용한 뒤 그 결과를 면밀히 분석하여 문화재 보존관리 정책 수립에 반영할 필요가 있다.

Most of the existing studies of hospital ward were concentrated on the bed room and there was no study on the day place and corridor space for the inpatient. According to the existing study, 50% inpatients move here and there freely and they want to have a rest in the day place or corridor of the general hospital. So the purpose of this study is to find out the reason why the inpatients prefer to rest in the day place, to survey the inpatients' behavior there and to stress the importance of exterior environment except the bed room in the public space of hospital.

This study aims at evaluating the spatial configuration of general hospitals in terms of Visitors' movement pattern. In doing so, the study deals with three hospitals which are recently built and are generally considered to show recent trends in their spatial configuration. First, the Space Syntax method is used in order to systematically describe and analyse the spatial configurations, and thus to find out the spatial characteristics of each hospital in terms of movement pattern. Second, the spatial characteristics reflected on the 1st floor plan are compared with the planning concepts considered at early stage of the design. It can be said that the concept of hospital street and the spatial hierarchy should be carefully taken into account and tested the spatial configuration by the completed floor plan in order to satisfy the planning concepts.

This study aims at proposing the basic architectural data of the medical recording department for the general hospital planning and design. This research investigated the size of working space and the chart custody space through actual survey and the present conditions of space were analyzed. In result, this study proposes the formula for the calulation of the chart custody space according to computerization level and the chart custody planning year.

본지에서 소개하고 있는 '한국의 건축가' 기획연재는 그동안 게재 되었던 이희태(95년 3월호 ~ 5월호), 김정수(95년 6월호 ~ 8월호)에 이어 건축가 김수근(1931~1986)에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 이번호부터 소개되는 건축가 김수근편 에서는 그가 태어난 1931년부터 1960년까지의 유년시절과 건축의 수련기(성장배경과 서울의 북촌, 일본에서의 건축교육)를 시작으로 1960년부터 1972년까지의 한국건축의 새로운 이념형을 찾아서(김수근 건축연구소, 한국종합기술개발공사, 인간환경 계획연구소), 공간시대(1972년~1986년)등으로 구분하여 그의 작품세계를 분석ㆍ소개하고자 한다.

It's difficult to understand the interior of complex facilities such as general hospital, because interior spatial composition in hospital tends to be focused. So it is important to find out how people understand the structure of interior spaces. Therefore, this study aims to analyze spatial information from the sign data concerned with sighting and thinking of subject who make way-finding as a first-time visit from an entrance to a goal by way-finding method and clarify plan of sign in two general hospital which have typical plans in Korea.; One is corridor type and the other is hall type.

In western countries, the community care for the elderly people has developed, because of heavy cost and isolation problem in the society of institutional care basis. Since 1980, 'home care for the elderly' has introduced in korea. One of them is 'Multipurpose senior center'. However it has built without rational space programming and architectural planning analysis. Therefor, this study is to establish the function and space programming of multipurpose senior center.

Rehabilitation medicine patients in Korea have increased due to the development of medical technology and the structural change of diseases resulted from life quality improvement. Following this trend, many hospitals are making efforts, such as renovating rehabilitation medicine, but architectural criteria are not sufficiently suggested for specialized rehabilitation medicine. The purpose of this study is to present the research data to improve the quality of rehabilitation medicine in general hospital. Data collecting skills such as drawing documents analysis, interviews, observation were used to examine the condition of rehabilitation medicine. And, case study method was used to generate the design data which can be used for the appropriate spatial composition and the area calculation

본 연구의 목적은 1950년대 말의 한국 멜로드라마 영화에 대한 분석을 통하여 근대적, 서구적 이미지로 드러난 건축공간을 고찰하는 것이다. 이는 대중영화가 당대의 주거문화, 건축공간, 인간행위 등을 필연적으로 반영한다는 사실을 전제로 진행되었다. 고찰을 위해 신상옥 감독의 50년대 멜로드라마 5작품이 선정되었으며, 각 영상자료의 장면들과 등장인물의 특성, 대사, 관련 작품해설이나 평론 등이 종합적으로 분석되었다. 멜로드라마 속에서 근대건축공간은 크게 2가지로드러났다. 첫째, 전후 빈곤과 사회적 혼란 속에서도 전통적 주거건축과는 대비되는 근대적 건축공간들이 조명되었는데, 이는 서구적 주거방식과 부유층의 생활상에 대한 관객들의 동경과 호기심을 반영한 것이었다. 둘째, 주거공간뿐 아니라 업무공간, 상업공간 등 다양한 비주거 건축공간들이 비중 있게 묘사되었는데, 주로 공간의 내부를 비추면서 서구적 이미지의 인테리어 디자인이 조명되었다.

부산 시청사 현상설계 공모결과 일신종합건축이 당선작으로 선정되었다. 총16개 작품이 응모한 이번 현상공모에는 당선작 외에 부림 건축+동일건축 안이 우수작으로 선정 되었으며,신도시건축안과 세진 건축안이 가작으로 선정되었다. 당선작으로 선정된 일신 건축안은 건물의 상징성이 부각된 건물로 오픈스페이스가 많이 확보되어 이상적이고, 배치 및 동선계획이 적절히 계획되었으며, 전면의 여유 있는 공간을 확보 건물의 친근감을 주도록 계획되었다. 청사는 93년에 착공하여 96년 말까지 공사를 끝내고 시청 및 시의회, 경찰청 등이 들어서게 된다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작1점, 가작2점을 게재코자 한다.
