Syntheses, Dielectric Properties and Ordering Structures of $Pb(Fe _{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$ ($Pb(Fe _{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$의 합성, 유전특성 및 질서배열구조)

  • Single phase $Pb(Fe_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$, ceramics were successfully synthesized from the powders prepared by solid state reaction (sintering temperature: $1100^{\circ}C$, density: $9.3g/cm^3$, average grain size: $5.1{\pm}1.2mm$, space group: Pm3m). Their dielectric properties measured at $-150{\sim}50^{\circ}C$ showed the maximum relative dielectric constant of 31000 at $-41^{\circ}C$. 1 kHz, and typical relaxor ferroelectrics characteristics such as diffuse phase transition and dielectric relaxation phenomena. However, the diffuseness of phase transition decreased and the dielectric properties became more normal ferroelectrics as the time of annealing at $1000^{\circ}C$ increased. By using Raman spectroscopy, it was revealed that the $Fe^{3+}$ and $Ta^{5+}$ ions in the as-sintered $Pb(Fe_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$, are stoichiometrically 1 : 1 ordered within the short-range that can not be probed even by transmission electron microscopy, and this stoichiometric 1 : 1 ordering is enhanced by the annealing. The relaxor ferroelectric characteristics in the as-sintered $Pb(Fe_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$, could be correlated with the stoichiometric 1 : 1 short-range ordering of B-site cations, and the decrease of relaxor ferroelectric characteristics in the annealed $Pb(Fe_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3$ could be correlated with the enhanced stoichiometric 1 : 1 short-range ordering of B-site cations.

Fibroblastic Reticular Cell Derived from Lymph Node Is Involved in the Assistance of Antigen Process (림프절 유래 fibroblastic reticular cell의 효율적 항원처리 관련성에 대한 연구)

  • Antigen is substance causing disease derived from pathogen. Living organism has the immune system in terms of defense mechanism against antigen. Antigen is processed through several pathways such as phagocytosis, antibody action, complement activation, and cytotoxins by NK or cytotoxic T lymphocyte via MHC molecule. Lymph node (LN) is comprised of the complicated 3 dimensional network and several stromal cells. Fibroblastic reticular cells (FRC) are distributed in T zone for interaction with T cells. FRC produces the extra cellular matrix (ECM) into LN for ECM reorganization against pathogen infections and secretes homing chemokines. However, it has not so much been known about the involvement of the antigen process of FRC. The present report is for the function of FRC on antigen process. For this, FRC was positioned with several infected situations such as co-culture with macrophage, T cell, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and TNFα stimulation. When co-culture between FRC with macrophage and T cells was performed, morphological change of FRC was observed and empty space between FRCs was made by morphological change. The matrix metallo-proteinase (MMP) activity was up-regulated by Y27632 and T cells onto FRC. Furthermore, inflammatory cytokine, TNFα regulated the expression of adhesion molecules and MHC I antigen transporter in FRC by gene chip assay. NO production was elevated by FRC monolayer co-cultured with macrophage stimulated by LPS. GFP antigen was up-taken by macrophage co-cultured with FRC. Collectively, it suggests that FRC assists of the facilitation of antigen process and LN stroma is implicated into antigen process pathway.

Parameterization and Application of Regional Hydro-Ecologic Simulation System (RHESSys) for Integrating the Eco-hydrological Processes in the Gwangneung Headwater Catchment (광릉 원두부 유역 생태수문과정의 통합을 위한 지역 생태수문 모사 시스템(RHESSys)의 모수화와 적용)

  • Despite the close linkage in changes between the ecological and hydrological processes in forest ecosystems, an integrative approach has not been incorporated successfully. In this study, based on the vegetation and hydrologic data of the Gwangneung headwater catchment with the Geographic Information System, we attempted such an integrated approach by employing the Regional Hydro-Ecologic Simulation System (RHESSys). To accomplish this, we have (1) constructed the input data for RHESSys, (2) developed an integrated calibration system that enables to consider both ecological and hydrological processes simultaneously, and (3) performed sensitivity analysis to estimate the optimum parameters. Our sensitivity analyses on six soil parameters that affect streamflow patterns and peak flow show that the decay parameter of horizontal saturated hydraulic conductivity $(s_1)$ and porosity decay by depth (PD) had the highest sensitivity. The optimization of these two parameters to estimate the optimum streamflow variation resulted in a prediction accuracy of 0.75 in terms of Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSec). These results provide an important basis for future evaluation and mapping of the watershed-scale soil moisture and evapotranspiration in forest ecosystems of Korea.

  • Stereo images have an advantage of calculating depth(distance) values which can not analyze from 2-D images. However, depth information obtained by stereo images has due to following reasons: it can be obtained by computation process; mismatching occurs when stereo matching is processing in occlusion which has an effect on accuracy of calculating depth information. Also, if global method is used for stereo matching, it needs a lot of computation. Therefore, this paper proposes the method obtaining disparity map which can reduce computation time and has higher accuracy than established method. Edge extraction which is image segmentation based on feature is used for improving accuracy and reducing computation time. Color K-Means method which is image segmentation based on color estimates correlation of objects in an image. And it extracts region of interest for applying Loopy Belief Propagation(LBP). For this, disparity map can be compensated by considering correlation of objects in the image. And it can reduce computation time because of calculating region of interest not all pixels. As a result, disparity map has more accurate and the proposed method reduces computation time.

  • A magentotelluric (MT) survey at the Uiseong area has been performed for the site investigation of pilot scale $CO_2$ sequestration. The purpose of the MT survey is to delineate deeply extended fracture systems that can act as a leakage path of injected $CO_2$ Plume. Since the target area is extremely noisy in electromagentic sense, low frequency data below 1 Hz cannot be used for inversion. Two- and three-dimensional interpretation of the MT data showed a very clear conductive anomaly, which has the direction of $N55\sim65^{\circ}W$ and is extended roughly down to 1.6 km. It have the same direction with the strike-slip faults, the Gaeum and Geumcheon Faults. On the contrary, the eastern part of the survey area shows relatively homogeneous to the depth of 2 km though some small fractures at shallow depths can be found. Test drilling and high-definition borehole surveys should be followed at the eastern part of the survey area and hydraulic fracturing is required for injection of $CO_2$, because mean porosity of the sedimetary rock in the area is only 1.47%.

A Method for Detecting Event-Location based on Similar Keyword Extraction in Tweet Text (트윗 텍스트의 유사 키워드 추출을 통한 이벤트 지역 탐지 기법)

  • Twitter has the fast propagation and diffusion of information compare to other SNS. Therefore, many researches about detecting real-time event using twitter are progressing. Twitter real-time event detecting system assumes every twitter user as a sensor and analyzes their written tweet in order to detect the event. Researches that are related to this twitter have already obtained good results but confronted the limits because of some problems. Especially, many existing researches are using the method that can trace an event location by using GPS coordinate. However, it can be suggested a definite limitation through the present user's skeptical responses about making personal location information public. Therefore, this paper suggests the method that traces the location information in tweet contents text without using the provided location information from twitter. Associated words were grouped by using the keyword that extracted in tweet contents text. The place that the events have occurred and whether the events have surely occurred are detected by this experiment using this algorithm. Furthermore, this experiment demonstrated the necessity of the suggested methods by showing faster detection compare to the other existing media.

Study on Runoff Variation by Spatial Resolution of Input GIS Data by using Distributed Rainfall-Runoff Model (분포형 강우-유출 모형의 입력자료 해상도에 따른 유출변동 연구)

  • Changes in climate have largely increased concentrated heavy rainfall, which in turn is causing enormous damages to humans and properties. Floods are one of the most deadly and damaging natural disasters known to mankind. The flood forecasting and warning system concentrates on reducing injuries, deaths, and property damage caused by floods. Therefore, the exact relationship and the spatial variability analysis of hydrometeorological elements and characteristic factors is critical elements to reduce the uncertainty in rainfall-runoff model. In this study, grid resolution depending on the topographic factor in rainfall-runoff models presents how to respond. semi-distribution of rainfall-runoff model using the model GRM simulated and calibrated rainfall-runoff in the Gamcheon and Naeseongcheon watershed. To run the GRM model, input grid data used rainfall (two event), DEM, landuse and soil. This study selected cell size of 500 m(basic), 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 10 km and 12 km. According to the resolution of each grid, in order to compare simulation results, the runoff hydrograph has been made and the runoff has also been simulated. As a result, runoff volume and peak discharge which simulated cell size of DEM 500 m~12 km were continuously reduced. that results showed decrease tendency. However, input grid data except for DEM have not contributed increase or decrease runoff tendency. These results showed that the more increased cell size of DEM make the more decreased slope value because of the increased horizontal distance.

CALCIFYING ODONTOGENIC CYST ASSOCIATED WITH ODONTOMA : CASE REPORT (치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭에 관한 증례 보고)

  • The calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) predominantly affected Maxillary anterior segment and it is developmental cyst. But COC showed diverse terminology or classification, clinicopathologic features as well as its biologic behavior COC usually presents as slowly enlarging but otherwise symptomless swelling. Association with impacted teeth and odontoma is described in $24{\sim}30%$. The epithelial lining of COC(ghost cell) appears to have ability to induce the formation of dental tissues in the asjcents connective tissue wall. This case is a COC associated with a odontoma involving an impacted left maxillary canine in 14-year-old female child. Radiographic examination revealed a well-demarcated radiolucent lesion partially occupied by a radiopaque mass, involving the left canine. The histologic sections showed cystic cavity lined with ameloblastic epithelium containing ghost cell masses with regular and irregular shape odontoma. The final pathologic diagnosis was calcifying odontogenic cyst with odontoma(Type IB by Preatorius). Enucleation and elimination of the included tooth were performed. Now endodontic treatment was preformed on the 1st premolar of the upper left jaw, which had a lesion. And the patient and their parents want to have the orthodontic treatment performed and would like to keep the space maintainer.

Crystal Structure Analysis of Uranium Oxides (산화우라늄의 결정구조 분석)

  • The crystal and defect structures of U $O_{x}$(x=2.0, 2.03, 2.14, 2.19, 2.20 and 2.26) were analysed by rietveld refinement and the results were compared to the U-O phase diagram. Neutron diffraction data were collected in the temperature range of RT~100$0^{\circ}C$. The specimens of x=2.14, 2.19, and 2.20 consisted of two phase: $UO_{2+x}$(Fm3m, a≒5.4$\AA$) and $U_4$$O_{9}$(I43d, a≒21.8$\AA$). The proportion of the $UO_{2+x}$(Fm3m) phase increased with increasing the temperature. The variation of the proportion of the two phases with temperature in the U $O_{2.2}$ and U $O_{2.18}$ samples showed some deviation from the expected values from the phase diagram especially at the high temperature range. The phase transitions ${\gamma}$longrightarrow$\beta$longrightarrow$\alpha$ of $U_4$$O_{9}$ were discussed in relation with the phase separation.eparation.ion.

  • 오늘날 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 관련 기술 연구는 사용자가 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 네트워크에 접근해 다양한 컴퓨터 관련 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 처럼 시간과 공간의 한계를 뛰어 넘은 네트워크로의 자유로운 접근은 일상 생활의 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓게 될 것이다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 통해 가장 큰 변화가 일어나는 분야는 일반 가정환경에서 일어나는 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크 (Intelligent Home Network) 라고 할 수 있다. 집에 들어오면, 자동으로 문을 열어주고, 불을 켜주며, 놓쳤던 TV 프로그램을 자동으로 녹화해 놓았다가 원하는 시간에 보여주고, 적당한 시간에 목욕물을 미리 받아준다. 또한 집밖으로 나가기 전, 일기예보에 따라 우산을 챙겨주고, 일정을 확인시켜주며 입고 나갈 옷을 골라줄 수도 있다. 이 모든 일들이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술이 가져올 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크의 모습이다. 그러나, 모든 사용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 홈 네트워크 상의 자원 관리에서 일어날 수 있는 에이전트들간의 자원 접근 권한 충돌을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자원관리 특성은 점유의 연속성, 자원 사이의 연관성, 그리고 자원과 사용자 사 사이의 연계성의 3 가지 특성을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 자원 충돌 상황을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 자원 협상 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 자원 관리 특성을 바탕으로 시간논리에 기반을 둔 자원 선점과 분배 규칙으로 구성된다.트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.타났다. 또한, 스네이크의 초기 제어점을 얼굴은 44개, 눈은 16개, 입은 24개로 지정하여 MER추출에 성공한 영상에 대해 스네이크 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 추출된 영역의 오차율은 각각 2.2%, 2.6%, 2.5%로 나타났다.해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.
