최근 대부분의 대규모로 추진되는 공공 서비스 목적이나 민간 사용 목적의 공간정보 구축 및 시스템 개발 분야는 실제 데이터베이스 구축이나 기술 개발에 앞서 ISP(정보화 전략계획: Information Strategy Planning)의 수립을 선행하는 경우가 일반적이다. 본 연구는 2000년부터 추진중인 한국전자통신연구원의 4S 기술개발 사업에 선행하여 수행된 4S 연계기술지원 사업의 ISP에 포함된 주요 기술사양을 분석하고, 분석 결과에 대하여 급속히 변화하고 있는 4S 관련 정보 기술동향을 반영함으로서 국내 상황에 적합하고 향후 사업에도 적용이 가능한 확장 모델로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기본적으로 4S 기술개발 사업은 GIS-SIIS-GNSS-ITS 등 공간정보를 대상으로 하거나 주요 정보자원으로 이용하는 분야의 연계 기술을 컴포넌트 기반으로 개발하고, 개발된 컴포넌트에 대해서는 컴포넌트의 통합 또는 조립과 시험 검증과정을 통하여 국내외에서 전개되고 있거나 추진중인 다양한 공간정보 관련 사업에 적용 가능하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 성과로 4S 기술개발 사 4S 모바일 컴포넌트 개발등과 같은 단위사업을 중심으로 소개되고 있었으나 이러한 단위 사업의 도출과정이나 추진 전략 또는 컴포넌트 연계 또는 재사용 과정등에 대하여는 체계적으로 알려진 경우가 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 부문에 대한 내용을 기술적인 측면에서 분석하고, 이를 보다 확대하여 4S 컴포넌트 기반 단위 사업의 활용 가능성을 발전시킬 수 있는 확장된 아키텍처의 정립 과정으로 수행되고 있다.

In these days, the attributes data recorded in computerization of cadastral maps is just written in its own format, not considered the relation with graphic data. Therefore, digital information linked attribute data to graphic data is necessary to be performed as fundamental data of graphic information and analysis of various spatial information. This study is to present the possibility of GIS application by constructing cadastral information related to graphic and attribute Information based on the cadastral map. Attribute information was constructed as a relational database form using data modeling and entity-relationship diagram. Thus, this study is expected to be used as a fundamental data for various public planning and design including the effective management of cadastral information and building parcel based land information system by presenting various spatial analysis and application methods.

By reviewing preceding studies of big data and spatial big data, spatial big data was defined as one part of big data, which spatialize location information and systematize time series data. Spatial big data, as one part of big data, should not be separated with big data and application methods within the system is to be examined. Therefore in this study, services that spatial big data is required to provide were suggested. Spatial big data must be available of various spatial analysis and is in need of services that considers present and future spatial information. Not only should spatial big data be able to detect time series changes in location, but also analyze various type of big data using attribute information of spatial data. To successfully provide the requirements of spatial big data and link various type of big data with spatial big data, methods of forming sample points and extracting attribute information were proposed in this study. The increasing application of spatial information related to big data is expected to attribute to the development of spatial data industry and technological advancement.

Ubiquitous city which was appeared since 2006 is defined as "The city provided the ubiquitous city service anytime and anywhere using ubiquitous urban infrastructure to improve the city's competitiveness and quality of life" under ubiquitous city construction law. To realize the ubiquitous city, the city has to be constructed efficiently based on the spatial information. And connection of information achieve effective synergy. In this study, applied multilateral analysis to spatial information and administrative information to implement u-service focused on MACCA(Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency). Study about main function and product data with connection process of Korean Land Spatialization System and administrative information System was performed. Also, details of u-service and method of acquiring necessary data were derived. In Addition, the information connection possibility for efficient u-service realization was suggested by linkage analysis method to utilize the related information infrastructure jointly.

지금까지의 데이터베이스는 문자정보만을 사용하여 시스템을 구성하였기 때문에, 공간정보를 접하기가 쉽지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 문자정보와 공간정보가 결합된 시스템을 구현함으로써 공간정보와 문자정보에 대한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 로컬 컴퓨터에서 공간정보와 연계된 데이터베이스시스템을 구현하였고, 다음에 웹에서 구현하였다.

최근 들어 복잡한 대규모의 실내공간이 늘어남에 따라, 실내공간에서의 생활이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 실내공간에서의 편의와, 혹시 발생할지 모르는 사고에 대비하여 실내공간을 3차원으로 표현하고 분석하는 것은 매우 중요한 이슈가 되어왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 복잡한 실내공간을 표현하고, 실내공간 뿐만 아니라 실외공간과의 연계 표현이 가능한 실내공간 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

직관력은 현대와 같이 급변하는 사회에서 어떤 문제의 상황을 전체적으로 파악하거나 그 본질을 인식하는데 매우 중요하다. 특히 공간 직관력은 매일을 공간 속에서 생활하고 있는 우리에게는 더욱 소중한 교육적 대상이 된다. 공간 직관력은 눈에 보이는 구체물이나 감각적으로 받아들여진 사물을 통하여 그 배후에 있는 공간으로서 추상적, 이상적인 것을 감지할 수 있는 힘이다. 수학교육학적 관점에서 보면 공간 직관력에는 시각화(도형을 인식하는 능력, 도형을 구성하는 능력 등), 공간적 관계(도형이나 공간의 확장을 이해하는 능력 등), 공간적 방향 파악(위치를 파악하는 능력 등)을 포함한다. 본 연구에서는 이들 공간 직관력을 육성하기 위하여 초등학교 교육과정과 연계하여 적절한 학습 내용 및 방법을 고찰하고자 한다.

우리나라는 육지와 바다에서 서로 다른 높이기준면을 사용하고 있으므로 국가공간정보의 활용도 제고를 위해서도 높이기준의 일원화를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수직기준면에 대한 검토와 표준화 방향조사, 국제기구 활동연계를 통한 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과 외국의 경우처럼 지구타원체와 지오이드면의 차이를 데이터베이스하고 보정시스템을 구축할 필요가 있으며, 앞으로 S-100에 대처하기 위하여 해양데이터에 대한 SDI표준안 연구가 시급함을 보여주고 있다.

찻길에서 사람길로 변신한 서울로 7017은 단순히 변화에 그치는 것이 아니라 세로운 활력을 불어넣기 위해 시작되었다. 서울로는 서울로 자체로만 끝나는 것이 아니라 공간과 공간의 연결을 목적으로 하고 있다. 즉, 주변상권의 재생을 염두에 두고 프로젝트를 계획했다는 것이다. 현재의 서울로는 스스로만 거대하게 존재 할 뿐 주변의 상권들을 연결시켜주지 못한고 있다. 서울로의 시설물과 주변 상권을 분석하여 연계강화를 위해 어떤 논의가 필요한지 알아보고자 한다.

This paper was to examine the spatial characteristics on the mobile industry's value chain based on the structure of value chain, the process of development, and the industrial linkages of mobile industry in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. The mobile industry's value chain in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region consists of the infrastructure, mobile device, platform & embedded SW, and mobile contents sector. Among these sectors, the leading value chain sector in mobile governance is the mobile device sectors, especially the finished products sector. These sectors have developed by policies as well as networks with large enterprises such as Samsung and LG, and it forms a hub-and-spoke cluster. The infrastructure and mobile device sector are located in Gumi, Gyeongbuk, the embedded SW and mobile contents sectors are located in Daegu, which means decentralized agglomeration. The sectors of infrastructure and mobile device form the strong forward-backward linkages with firms in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. For the embedded SW sector, the forward-backward linkages are active with firms located in Seoul metropolitan area. For mobile contents sector, the backward linkages are formed with firms in Daegu and the forward linkages are formed with firms in Seoul metropolitan area.
