The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of variables affecting women's golf wear sales with macroeconomic variables and consumer selling prices that affect consumers' purchasing behavior, and to propose a price strategy to increase sales of golf wear. Data of domestic women's golf wear brands were analyzed using decision tree algorithms and ensemble. Consumer selling price is the most significant factors in terms of sales volume for T-shirt, pants and knit, while categories were found to be the most important factors in addition to consumer sales prices for skirt and one piece dress. These findings suggest that items have different economic variables that affect consumers' purchasing behavior, suggesting that sales and profits can be maximized through appropriate price strategies.

This study attempted to illustrate in-depth light on the process of experiencing the campus life of university life of students specialized in golf who are forming new exercise culture in a transitional state students based on the grounded approach. For this, it selected 10 athletic students as research participants majoring in golf in A University in Chungcheong-do and collected data through in-depth interviews. As for the data analysis, the coding paradigm was composed to derive concepts and clarify the relations between concepts according to the grounded theoretical analysis suggested by Strauss and Corbin (1990), and the research results are as follows: First, 117 concepts, 16 subcategories, and 10 upper categories were deducted in the open coding. Second, the causal conditions were categorized into "University Life of Contactless Classes," contextual elements into "Practical Exercise," and "Participation in Classes," and the central phenomenon was regarded as the "Meaning of University Life as a University Athletic Student (golf)." As a result of reviewing the process of exercise and study at the same time, the conditions of arbitration were summarized as "Relation Formation" and "Ability Improvement," and the action/interaction strategies were categorized as "Academic Research" and "Negative Thinking," and at last, the results were composed of "Looking Back at the Past University Life," "Identity," and "Future Design." Based on these research results, the model of doing exercise and study at the same time of the university athletic students (golf) was categorized by the grounded theoretical paradigm procedure, and the university athletic students (golf) continued their university life without rest as their exercise life was influenced positively by academic life, and in addition, policy implications for enhancing the competency of student athletes who can encompass both exercise and study were presented.

산림청은 올해부터 산지에 대한 개발 및 이용규제 등을 대폭 완화한다는 계획이다. 산지 개발 및 이용에 관한 권한을 지방자치단체에 대폭 이양하는 등 산지 규제를 완화해 지자체와 기업, 임업인들에게 도움이 될 수 있도록 하겠다는 것. 이에 대해 그동안 산지를 마음대로 활용할 수 없어 고민하던 임업인과 지자체들은 환영하는 분위기다. 하지만 지금까지 정부가 강력한 산지규제 정책을 시행해왔어도 골프장, 공장 건설 등으로 산지훼손이 심각한 것으로 나타나 이번 산지 규제 완화에 대한 우려의 목소리도 있다. 산지규제 완화 정책과 이에 따른 효과 및 문제점은 무엇인지 살펴본다.

산림청에서는 백두대간을 체계적으로 보전하고 골프장 설치등으로 산림이 무분별하게 훼손되는 일이 없도록 하기 위하여 '산림피해 확대방지 종합대책'을 수립$\cdot$시행한다고 밝혔다. 산림청은 그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 백두대간의 실체규명과 보전을 위하여 백두대간의 개념 및 보전에 필요한 사항 등을 2000년중으로 정립, 제도화하는 방안을 강구키로 하였다. 또한 건설교통부가 국토이용계획을 변경하고자 산림청과 협의할 때 적용하는 산림청의 '국토이용계획변경 협의기준'을 강화하는 내용으로 금년 하반기에 개정하기로 하였다. 스키장$\cdot$골프장 등 설치로 백두대간이 훼손되지 않도록 백두대간 마루금 침범을 금지하는 내용으로 개정하고 집단묘지개발시 피해유발 우려가 있는 경사 30$\%$이상지역, 마사토지역과 경관지역은 묘지개발을 금지하게 할 계획이다. 또한 무분별한 산림형질변경을 제도적으로 방지하기 위하여 현행 시장$\cdot$군수로 되어 있는 산림형질변경허가권자를 시$\cdot$도지사로 상향하는 내용으로 금년중 산림법 시행령을 개정하기로 하였다고 밝혔다. 특히 각종 개발사업 추진과정에서 장마철 집중호우로 인한 수해가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여 1년 이상 공사중단된 골프장은 6월중에 일제조사를 실시하여 장마철 집중호우시 수해위험에 있는 골프장에 대하여는 시$\cdot$도지사에게 요청하여 사업승인을 취소하거나 사업중지토록 할 계획이다. 산림경영 기반시설인 임도에 대하여는 피해방지 및 경관유지를 최우선하는 '환경친화적 녹색임도' 정책으로 전환하기 위하여 기존의 부실 임도에 대하여는 7월부터 대대적인 구조개량 사업에 착수하고, 내년부터는 임도계획 단계부터 노선등의 적정여부를 사전평가하는 제도를 도입하겠다고 밝혔다. 최근 산림훼손으로 문제되고 있는 송전탑진입로는 산림 형질변경허가를 엄격하게 운용하기 위하여 앞으로는 한국전력으로 하여금 진입로 설치 대신 삭도$\cdot$모노레일$\cdot$헬기운반을 대폭 확대하도록 조치하였으며 또한 이미 공사완료한 곳 중 피해방지$\cdot$경관유지가 필요한 경우에는 한국전력으로 하여금 설계를 변경하여 추가공사를 하도록 협의완료하였다고 산림청은 밝혔다.

"드림파크CC는 국내 최초로 조달청 발주를 통해 골프장 운영관련 업체를 선정한 바 있으며, 운영과정에서도 더욱 투명하고 공정하게 관리해 나갈 계획입니다." 지난 5월에 취임한 송재용 수도권매립지관리공사 사장은 그동안 말도 많고 탈도 많았던 매립지내에 건설된 드림파크CC에 대해 향후 공정하게 운영할 것을 다짐했다. 그는 또 재임기간 동안 악취와 먼지를 저감시켜 애물단지 매립지를 보물단지로 만들어 지역주민과 상생하는 정책을 수립하겠다는 포부도 밝혔다. 송재용사장은 검정고시로 대학에 진학한 후 행정고시에 합격하는 학구파인 동시에 시인으로 문예지에 등단한 문인이기도 하다 다음은 송재용 사장과의 인터뷰 내용이다.

Recently, 'Apartment community facilities' have emerged as the most optional factor in the apartment market, and their level is becoming very important. Therefore, this study derived each type through latent profile analysis centering on health-related community facilities in 126 domestic main apartment complexes, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that it was divided into a Pilates group, GX and Yoga group, Golf and Table Tennis practice range group, and overall low group. Among the four groups, Pilates, GX, and yoga groups are more likely to belong to Gangnam, Seocho and Songpa compared to complexes with many golf and table tennis practice ranges, and at the same time, the transaction price is also the highest. Through these analysis results, it was suggested that changes in the preference for leisure activities should be reflected when constructing community facilities, and that health-related community facilities should be deeply considered in residential welfare policies in consideration of high preference for fitness facilities in youth housing.

This study has been made as a way of serving the educational-industrial cooperation purpose. By performing a case study of Brand "K", a golf-wear brand, the validity of its marketing strategies will be examined, and desirable marketing plans will be proposed. Furthermore, the case study of Brand "K" aims to provide useful information about forming marketing strategies for other clothing brands. As method to accomplish this study, it is conducted by investigating Brand "K" 's 4Ps strategies, 4 input variables of marketing mix and understanding its problems. In addition, the study includes a consumer inquiry for marketing research. By doing so, the results of the study produces helpful marketing strategies. The results of Brand "K" 's case study show that there is a problem on each of the 4Ps strategies and the consumer inquiry indicates the same problems of the 4Ps stratgies. Therefore, Brand "K" needs to reexamine and reform its marketing strategies. Besides, it has been discovered that the results of Brand "K" 's study are so general that they can be applicable to other golf-wear brands.

In regional nutrient quota system, livestock manure was applied as liquid fertilizer after slurry composting and biofiltration (SCB) process. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of SCB liquid fertilizer on turfgrass growth in golf course during 6 month period from May to October in 2008. Fertilizer treatment was designed as follows; non-fertilizer (NF), control (CF; compound fertilizer), S-1 (1L SCB${\cdot}m^{-2}$) and S-2 (2L SCB${\cdot}m^{-2}$). Every treatment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications. In creeping bentgrass, turf color index, chlorophyll content, and dry weight were measured. Results were as follows; A seasonal change pattern of turf grass quality in all treatment increased in April $\sim$ June and September $\sim$ October, whereas it decreased in July $\sim$ August. As compared with NF, turf color index of CF, S-1 and S-2 increased by 1.8%, 1.8%, and 3.3%, respectively and chlorophyll content by 13%, 14%, and 20%, respectively. Dry weight of CF, S-1, and S-2 was higher than that of NFl by 7.7%, 18.2%, and 18.1%, respectively. For turf color index, chlorophyll content, and dry weigh, S-2 showed the best effect, followed by S-1 and CF in creeping bentgrass. These results indicated that the SCB application improves turf growth and quality.

This research is about set-up own posture standard and enables to compare the set-up and own posture; therefore, this posture training system leads the user's active learning through the method of self-directed learning. This system includes the camera part that shoots user's posture and save the movie clip for comparison about the user and target, the training server that provides a comparison screen playing clips simultaneously by user's input, and the terminal equipment that connects the training server and a network, transmits the user's input to the server, and displays them from the comparison screen.
