This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between golfer satisfaction and the diverse variables of golf course design and operation from the golfer's point of view. It was intended to reflect the various expectations and desires of golfers regarding golf course design and operation. The study was conducted on 119 golf courses in Korea, and 309 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results are summarized as follows. First, the most influential operational service variables on golfer satisfaction were "appearance of the golf courses", followed by "staff service", and "greens fee". Second, the most influential course design and maintenance factor variables on satisfaction were "course maintenance status", "teeing ground characteristics", and "landscape architecture". Third, based on the results shown in these two areas, a linear regression analysis was conducted to synthetically explain "operational service" variables and "course design and maintenance" variables. As a result, it was found that the explanation power of the synthetic model was 36.5%, and a model appropriateness test was found to be positive. As a result of a regression analysis of the synthetic model affecting golfer satisfaction, the most influential factors were "course maintenance status" followed by "landscape architecture", "tee characteristics", and "staff service". Regarding coefficient values, course maintenance status had an influence of 21.8% followed by landscape architecture at 20%, tee characteristics at 17.7%, and staff service at 15.5%. These results were found to be different from preceding studies that emphasized golf course operational service.

본 논문에서는 골프장 부대시설중 고객 동선에 있는 주차장의 조도를 실측하여 평가하고, 주차장 조도 실측과 야외연습장의 야간조명안을 토대로 Lumen Designer 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 한국산업규격 조도기준에 적합한 주차장의 조명 개선방안을 제시하였고 이용 고객의 불편사항을 해소하기 위하여 연습장의 야간조명 설계계획을 수립하여 이를 토대로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 최적의 모델을 도출하였다.

It is a general trend that golf courses have been developed on mountain areas or in valleys due to economical or legal reasons in Korea. Therefore, most of golf courses have special landscape characteristics of brooks and ridge lines as well as peaks. Development of golf courses in the regions of intermediate valley significantly influences ecological factors such as biodiversity, hydrology, and biogeochemical cycles due to changes in original ecosystems of valleys, ridges, and peaks. This study developed a comprehensive framework to incorporate ecological principles and examples into the landscape planning and design process. The restoration system fur water environment may significantly minimize the ecological impacts from developing golf courses. Biotops and artificial damps have been applied to a golf course construction site in southern part of Korea, requiring a restoration of existing water ecosystem by the local EPA. The detailed drawings and water restoration plans were presented in this paper.

스포츠 조명의 목적은 스포츠 종목의 특성에 맞는 조명방법과 조절을 통해 경기력을 발휘 할 수 있게 조명환경을 조성하는 것이다. 또한 조명 설계를 통해 경기자는 물론, 관중 그리고 T.V. 시청자들에게도 경기 내용의 정확한 시각정보를 전달 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 골프코스의 KS조도기준을 바탕으로 하여 티잉그라운드, 페어웨이, 그린으로 나누어서 골프코스 조명 모델 설계를 위하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 실시하였으며, 적절한 광원의 선정, 조명 pole의 위치 및 크기 등을 고려하여 조명등의 에이밍 조정으로 양질의 조도분포를 구하였다. 이러한 모델 설계를 토대로 골프장 현장적용 설계안을 제시코자한다.

The construction of golf courses has had adverse effects on the natural landscape and delicate ecosystem of Korea. Efficiency in planning and design was necessary to minimize the environmental impact of the original construction. However, the ordinal design methods have limited the data processing by the massive scale of the project of golf course development. Conventional design methods did not have a proper tool for alternative plans on pre-estimation of landscape destruction or minimizing of the environmental impact. Therefore, advanced computerized techniques need to be adapted for golf course design to solve the problems concerning the environmental impacts. Geographic information system (GIS) was applied on the process of geographical data input and analysis through the final outputs. Simulation works by the total database management enable the pre-investigation of the design In view of an assessment of environmental impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity calculation of engineering works by computer system should be guaranteed scientific, economic, and environmentally-sound.

산림청에서는 백두대간을 체계적으로 보전하고 골프장 설치등으로 산림이 무분별하게 훼손되는 일이 없도록 하기 위하여 '산림피해 확대방지 종합대책'을 수립$\cdot$시행한다고 밝혔다. 산림청은 그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 백두대간의 실체규명과 보전을 위하여 백두대간의 개념 및 보전에 필요한 사항 등을 2000년중으로 정립, 제도화하는 방안을 강구키로 하였다. 또한 건설교통부가 국토이용계획을 변경하고자 산림청과 협의할 때 적용하는 산림청의 '국토이용계획변경 협의기준'을 강화하는 내용으로 금년 하반기에 개정하기로 하였다. 스키장$\cdot$골프장 등 설치로 백두대간이 훼손되지 않도록 백두대간 마루금 침범을 금지하는 내용으로 개정하고 집단묘지개발시 피해유발 우려가 있는 경사 30$\%$이상지역, 마사토지역과 경관지역은 묘지개발을 금지하게 할 계획이다. 또한 무분별한 산림형질변경을 제도적으로 방지하기 위하여 현행 시장$\cdot$군수로 되어 있는 산림형질변경허가권자를 시$\cdot$도지사로 상향하는 내용으로 금년중 산림법 시행령을 개정하기로 하였다고 밝혔다. 특히 각종 개발사업 추진과정에서 장마철 집중호우로 인한 수해가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여 1년 이상 공사중단된 골프장은 6월중에 일제조사를 실시하여 장마철 집중호우시 수해위험에 있는 골프장에 대하여는 시$\cdot$도지사에게 요청하여 사업승인을 취소하거나 사업중지토록 할 계획이다. 산림경영 기반시설인 임도에 대하여는 피해방지 및 경관유지를 최우선하는 '환경친화적 녹색임도' 정책으로 전환하기 위하여 기존의 부실 임도에 대하여는 7월부터 대대적인 구조개량 사업에 착수하고, 내년부터는 임도계획 단계부터 노선등의 적정여부를 사전평가하는 제도를 도입하겠다고 밝혔다. 최근 산림훼손으로 문제되고 있는 송전탑진입로는 산림 형질변경허가를 엄격하게 운용하기 위하여 앞으로는 한국전력으로 하여금 진입로 설치 대신 삭도$\cdot$모노레일$\cdot$헬기운반을 대폭 확대하도록 조치하였으며 또한 이미 공사완료한 곳 중 피해방지$\cdot$경관유지가 필요한 경우에는 한국전력으로 하여금 설계를 변경하여 추가공사를 하도록 협의완료하였다고 산림청은 밝혔다.

본 논문에서는 지속적인 싱글 골프게임 플레이를 위한 네트워크 시스템 설계를 제안한다. 본 설계는 스크린 골프 시뮬레이터와 자료동기화 기술을 접합함으로써, 언제 어디서나 이전에 정지된 게임 플레이 환경을 재현하여 계속적인 플레이 할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 플레이어가 스크린 골프장에서 게임 플레이하다가 게임이 완전히 끝나기 전에 정지하게 되면, 본 논문에서 제안한 네트워크 시스템이 해당 게임 환경 정보를 서버에 저장한다. 차후 플레이어가 게임 재개를 원할 경우, 종전에 정지한 게임 환경 정보를 그대로 재현할 수 있도록 다운로드하여 사용자에게 제공함으로써, 지속적인 게임 플레이를 가능하게 한다. 본 논문의 시스템은 PC콘솔 클라이언트, 프록시 서버, 사용자 데이터 서버로 구성된다. PC콘솔 클라이언트는 콘솔 기기에 탑재되며, 사용자에게 스크린 골프게임을 제공하고, 게임 환경 정보를 프록시 서버로 전송한다. 프록시 서버는 닫힌 네트워크에 존재하는 사용자 데이터 서버와 PC콘솔 클라이언트를 연결하며, 해당 세션을 관리한다. 사용자 데이터 서버는 실제 플레이어의 인증, 데이터 저장 및 불러오기와 같은 실질적인 서비스를 제공한다.

도시자연공원은 도심에 자연적으로 형성된 숲 속에 다양한 체육시설을 설치하고 이를 이용함으로서 도 시인들에게 휴식을 제공한다. 이 체육시설 가운데에 옥외 골프연습장은 국민의생활수준 향상과 함께 많은 시민들이 주간이나 야간에 이용하는 장소이며 이때 야간에 점등되는 조명설비는 이용자에게 공의 위치를 분명하게 확인하게 해주어야하고 눈부심이 없어야 한다. 또한 주변을 걷는 사람들에게도 조명에 의한 불쾌감이 없어야 한다. 도시자연공원의 주목적은 신체활동의 부족, 자기표현의 기회상실, 인간관계 등과 관련하여 신체활동을 통해 체력을 단련하고 생활에 활력을 가져 보다 밝고 풍요한 생활을 영위하는데 있으며 국민의 생활수준의 향상에 힘입어 향후 도시자연공원 체육시설은 급증 할 것으로 예측된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 도시자연공원에 설치할 옥외 골프연습장의 조명설비에 대한 설계를 소개하도록 한다.

Recently, the lawn has plenty of uses in parks, school grounds, golf courses, gardens, etc. So the lawn market is expected to grow. But the cost of running for lawn management has increased, and there are also environmental issues by using pesticide. In this study, we propose Smart Lawn-management System based on Image Processing which increase the efficiency of management and reduce expenses of operation.
